I went to the location on 5333 Matlock Rd in Arlington on Sunday 4/14/2024. Amber & Jon were phenomenal!They were the only 2 staff members there and I personally watched them deliver great service to each customer that came into the shop. Didn t matter if they were backed up several cars, their good attitude never went away.The best oil change service I ve ever had. Highly recommend everyone to visit this location. Thanks again!

The service was amazing! I had no idea they worked with European vehicles. The tech guys explained the different options of oil for my type of vehicle. He also educated me on my engine filter and changed it for me. I was shocked that my service only cost less than $150. If I had taken my vehicle to the BMW dealership it would have cost me over $350.I was so pleased with the service!!Thank you!

just got an oil change here, the first thing they do is hand me a water so instantly i felt welcomed. they pulled me in and were very nice and polite with the questions they were asking, and the communication and efficiency between the three of them was actually impressive. the guy who was asking me the questions (sorry didnt get his name) was very nice and helpful so i appreciate the great service i got here, would definitely recommend.

Went to this location because it was near where I had business. I usually go to the haltomcity location. However, when a tech tried to air up my tires, they broke my decorative valve cap and didn't tell me. It's not an expensive piece, but don't try and hide the fact that you broke something. Won't be back to this specific one.

I have had 2 oil changes here. The first was great. No wait, fair price, quick service. The last was not great. Stopped by 4 times before I could get an oil change. 1st time, the computer system was out. Next 2 times, it would be 45 minutes or more before I could get in. The last time, I got in quickly, but sat in the bay for 30 minutes or so before the oil change started, then it took forever.I bounce between doing my own and having someone else do it. I guess I'll do my own for a while.

Dillon was absolutely phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I started to take my vehicle to the Honda dealership but quickly realized that was a mistake so I took it here. I needed an oil change and although there was a wait, Dillion made that known and explained the process to me. His coworker was great too although I didn t catch her name. I will definitely be back here going forward.

Great experience! Before I knew it my oil was changed. But there were so many helpful people and I wish I would have gotten all of their names! But Jon and Amber provided me outstanding customer service! There also was a young black gentleman there on Wednesday March 27th and he was so polite. I hate I didn t get his name. That entire team is the reason I will come back and tell my friends and family members.

What a great place! Went by to get my truck inspected. Was greeted immediately and was told it would a slight wait. I waited 15 minutes, no problem. Met the Inspector, very professional young lady. Total inspection done in 20 minutes! Waited in the office. Very clean. Friendly staff. Fast and efficient ! I only go here to get my truck inspected. Kudos to the Team!

I recently had an outstanding customer service experience at Take 5 Oil Change with Sarah and Amber. They were not only funny and professional, but also highly informative throughout the entire process. The best part of this experience was that I didn't have to leave my car. Their efficiency and attention to detail made the visit seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend Sarah, Amber, and Take 5 Oil Change for their exceptional customer service.

After getting an oil change here, my car was in flames. The fire department told me the fire started in the area where the oil is. I will not recommend. I was left unsatisfied and without a car.

Dillon, Sarah and Jerri were amazing. They explained everything they were doing to my car with the oil and the other filtered and were super fast and friendly. And my check engine light is gone now!!!

These 5 stars belong to Mr. Sherill and Ms. Taylor. I had a very unprofessional situation with management at this location that took three weeks to be resolved but when the information was relayed to Mr. Sherill and Ms. Taylor, it only took a couple of hours for the situation to be resolved. Mr. Sherill reached out to me immediately once he was informed by Ms. Taylor with the issue at hand. Both were very professional and I was very happy with the results. I will continue to give my business to Take 5. I want to give a special shout out to both of them for being so professional in this situation.

Will not be coming back here and would not recommend them for others. Let's start off by the name of the company and then say 15min oil change I have been in the bay now for going on 25mins no one touched my truck yet. But 5 people "working" you have 2 working on one truck another person only putting air in tires. Then another guy working around trying to do everything but doing nothing. Now for the price over 50.00 and I have my own oil and equipment. NEVER AGAIN!!! Oh wow full bay and people taking personal calls...lol yeah this place a joke 1000%.

Take 5? More like take an hour. I got there at 1:40 left on my lunch break which is an Hour and ended up coming back to work at 3:15. It wasn t busy we re not an influx of vehicles. Just no sense of urgency from anyone. I don t usually even make reviews about places ever but Take 5 seriously let me down. Next time I need an oil change I ll just take a half day. And go somewhere else. I ll save more money that way. They charged me for an air filter too and were ready to send me on my way luckily !!! A younger Hispanic male stopped them and put my air filter on. Thank you for that guy. But other than that guy making sure I got my air filter on not much else was good.

I went to this business for a vehicle inspection. I was immediately acknowledged and advised of my expected time of service. They were very polite and courteous throughout the entire process. It was nice to encounter people that still practiced excellent customer service skills.

I got there a little after they opened they were really nice and amazing customer service you don t even have to get out of the car they do everything for you. From the beginning they offered me water and came with smiles if u could rate my experience a 10. They also put air in my tires and made sure everything was running smooth for me. I will definitely be back

I went on a Sunday morning around 9:30 am and Sarah and Dillon did a wonderful job on this service for how busy they were and had an equally wonderful attitude. However, my biggest complaint is how understaffed the shop was. Only those two employees were on shift servicing vehicles with no relief. It took much more longer than usual because of this which removes the benefit of coming to this business.

Well treated and respectful staff. They explained everything to me before hand. Will definitely go back for inspection and oil change next time my car need to. I usually don't give 5 star to anything, well deserve it! Thanks

I love Take 5 for their fast, professional and friendly service. I dropped in for my state inspection this time however they are my go to for that quick oil change when needed. I can always count on excellent service. Thanks MT from Arlington.

I drove my car in, the service team changed the oil, filters, top fluids, tires checked and I got the windshield wipers replaced fast, all while I sat in the car in just minutes. Great job at Take 5 Oil Change on Green Oak and Matlock Rd, Arlington Texas. I'll be coming back!

Dunno what was going on but ended up being here for around 85 minutes this past Saturday. Was outside in line for around 15 and then they got me pulled into the bay and I sat. The employees were all scrambling to figure out who was first and it seemed like multiple cars got put in the wrong lane. Which was crazy because there were at least 6 employees I counted.I originally tried to go to the location off 360/Green oaks but was told they didn't have the supplies and to come to this one. Overheard employees talking about that location constantly sending people and overwhelming them.

The wait was a little longer than anticipated but the service was well worth it. Got the oil change and can say the team worked as a well oiled machine. I would recommend this business.

They lady was great and funny and helped us get topped off instead of a hole oil changes appreciate it that because she could ve just done it and charged us and went about our day and never knew so thank u thank u

I have to agree with the recent reviewer. I came in as soon as it opened, but they seem short-staffed: only 2 people here, and only one is going around the various bays to service the vehicles. I haven't even been serviced yet after 25 minutes. Take 5 here should be called Take 50 or more.

I love it here! I will never go anywhere else to get an oil change. They had me in & out within 10 minutes. They topped off the fluids I needed. Showed me the dipstick for the oil they replaced and I needed a new cabin filter they showed it to me before asking if I wanted it replaced. They were so awesome and I love not waiting hours to get an oil change!!!!! Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I was disappointed in the service. I went in for an oil change and was surprised at how expensive it was. They do offer a generous (25%) military discount, so I do appreciate that. They advertise a 10 minute oil change, but this took 30 minutes, maybe more, which is rough with a toddler in the backseat. I was planning to get my tires rotated as well because the Take 5 website lists "Full Auto Care Services" at this location, including tires, but I was told that 3-4 months ago it changed. It seemed like only one person there knew what she was doing, and I overheard her correcting the other employees more than once. I probably will go elsewhere next time...Service: Oil change
