I've used this location many of times in the past, but will no longer. I simply don't have time to wait twenty minutes, or more per car that is in front of me. Today I had three customers ahead of me in line. I have no idea how long the car being worked on had been there prior to my arrival, but I left after fifteen minutes and no cars had moved. If I am going to pay over $100 for an oil change then I expect faster service. Hire more people and open more bays if you can't keep up, or the problem will fix itself with a decrease in customers going to your store.

I been going there almost every three months, with two vehicles for oil change. Today went there to get my oil change, they told me they can t change my oil because I had dried radiator fluid around my radiator. I told them I added radiator fluid and I spilled some fluid around the radiator.I will never go to them again, they just lost a loyal customer.

They have one decent employee at this location, and he may of quit because I haven t seen him in awhile. no one wants to work, turned away multiple times claiming they don t have the right filter when it s a very standard size, today was the last time I ll be going.Brought my own oil and filter and they miraculously have the right filter now I suppose cuz they didn t even use the 14 dollar filter I just purchased! 50 dollars to come here even if you bring your own oil ridiculous, didn t check any fluids or do the normal rundown I know they re supposed to do and didn t even get me a window a sticker lol just hire better

I will continue to recommend Take 5 to everyone I know! They always take good care of me and also save me money as well. I have gone too early to have my oil changed a few times and they still check the air filter, the a/c cabin air filter and the volicity of the oil, plus show this to me as well for proof and let me know if they recommend any replacement or if the items are still good to go. It's nice to have a place to be able to take your vehicle to and have someone to trust will be honest with you about things. Being disabled it's nice to have that. They always go above service to keep you updated on wait times and about cost as well as unneeded cost. I highly recommend Take 5!

This Take 5 location in particular provided so much care and knowledge about my car, the oil, and the filters. I was unsure what type of oil to use, so they gave me my options and provided detailed information on my different choices. They were extremely passionate about their work, they were kind and above all they were quick and efficient while still double checking and verifying every single step. 10/10 I recommend this place to everyone! I was in and out in 12 mins and I have a 7.5 quart oil reservoir.

This location gave terrible service. I rolled up around 5:30 PM and there was a line. It took approx one hour for my oil change to be complete. I got the advanced full synthetic for $103.99 and they tried to charge me $131 but I caught it by asking for a price breakdown.They still ended up charging $105.99 plus shop fees and tax bringing the total to $116. They overcharged me by $2.00 and it wasn't worth fighting for as I just wanted to be done.It seemed like they had 2 inexperienced techs and one senior guy. The senior tried to blame the overcharge on tax.I've been to other Take5 locations and never had this much trouble. Not visiting this location again.

Would rate higher, but it s been hard trying to get a state inspection. We ve called to verify the person was there. First attempts the call was dropped, then we called again and they said they d call back but never did. Finally the 3rd time they said the guy would be there from 9am - 12pm. When we pull up at 10am, we were told the guy had left for the day at least the oil change service is spectacular.

Oh, let me tell you about my visit to Take 5 Oil Change! I strolled in there on a Tuesday afternoon with my sweet ride, ready for a state inspection. Now, I gotta admit, I was expecting the usual oil change blues, but boy, was I in for a surprise!The service, my friends, was as quick as a sneeze in a hurricane. I mean, I barely had time to settle down in their comfy lobby when they had my ride purring like a satisfied kitty. Just 20 minutes, people! Can you believe it? That's quicker than a squirrel running from a hungry dog!And while I was waiting, they didn't just leave me hanging like a vine in the jungle. No, sir! They offered me some cold water, like a refreshing oasis in the desert of automotive maintenance. I took a sip, and I swear, it was colder than my ex's heart. Talk about customer service that can melt the iciest of attitudes!But you know what really sets this place apart? It's the vibe, man. The whole place feels like a cool jazz club, where the mechanics are the musicians, and your car is their instrument. They handle those wrenches like they're playing a hot sax solo, and you can't help but groove along as they work their magic.Now, I've been to my fair share of oil change joints, and let me tell you, they can be about as exciting as watching paint dry. But Take 5 Oil Change, they make it an experience, like a thrilling roller coaster ride without the nausea. They take care of your ride with a passion that's almost romantic, leaving you feeling like you're in a love affair with your own car.

Don the manager equals AMAZING AND PROFESSIONAL! I have tried this location before due to convenience and received less than great service but Don is a nice addition. Will definitely be back please keep him around and give him a raise because he deserves one!

On 11/27 I went to the Green Oaks location in Grand Prairie. I waited in line for 30 minutes just find out they didn t have the oil I needed and they offered oil that was almost double the price. I did not get an oil change. One of the workers asked the guy that was helping me if he closed my hood. The guy said yes. On my way home but hood popped up. If I had been going at a fast rate of speed that would not have ended well. Please train your employees better.

Worst experience ever. I took 1 hour get my oil changed from start to finish. Employee quality has hit rock bottom.Then I was given a bill for $147. I protested their math and my bill was adjusted to what I always pay for the same service.

Went back April 1 for my inspection and Mark the inspector was in beast mode! He worked 3 cars in front of me and had 2 behind me and stayed professional with top notch class. I had an issue with my reader and had to come back right at his lunch and he remembered me and stalled his lunch to service me! I will keep coming back?

Worker was very rude 3 times. When I went to tell an attendant what I wanted done to my wife s car he yelled across the business at me to get out of the shop. I responded saying Shut Up. It is my car and I can tell him what I want done. He yelled for me to leave so I told my wife to drive off and I headed for my truck to leave. I was then charged by another employee threatening me to fight. I tuned and got in my truck to leave when they came out taking pictures of my truck. I have never in my years seen a business run in such an unprofessional way. Would never go there again.

This is a deplorable company that cost me $100 fixing what they did wrong to my car. I will say that the manager of this location tried to offer me one free oil change as compensation for the issue. However, why would I want that when the oil change what caused the hundred dollar problem? I was told that they were going to turn in the request for Credit back for my trouble but when I tried to follow up, I m not getting anyone to answer the phone. Not only that I ve tried repeatedly to get somebody to rectify the situation only to be put off and consistently leaving messages with corporate that never get returned and no one ever answers the phone. I don t think they have customer service in corporate as a matter of fact. Do not I repeat do not get your oil changed here.

My oil change was quick, but I had a bad experience with the technician that greeted me. He asked me to pop the hood, and I struggled for several minutes while he just watched me. I'm 8 months pregnant and I said, "I'm having trouble reaching the latch because I'm heavily pregnant." But he just watched me struggle until I got it open. That could have been an opportunity to offer help and show some customer service.

The guys that take five off of Greenoaks and Arlington always do good rabbit, taking care of my truck every time I take it there. They ll even take longer than five minutes just to make sure everything is done right if they need to.

I normally take my KIA Sorento to the KIA dealership for an oil change but a few weeks ago I was in a hurry and decided to come here. The experience was not good; it was rushed; I had to go back to get the little sticker on the upper left of my window showing when my next oil is supposed to happen but the worst was when I got home. I kept hearing a sound when I drove and it turns out whomever did the oil change took off the under engine shield and totally forgot to put the screws back in the passenger's side to hold it up. So, I drove it around not realizing a chunk of the shield was dragging and by the time I figured it out the corner had scrapped off. I went to Home Depot for some washers and screws to hold the shield in place but I tell you what, I am not going back to this place because if the shield wasn't properly attached, what else wasn't put back correctly? Lastly, yes, that shield was perfectly in place before the oil change if you're wondering. Thanks.

You don t ignore your clients by using your cellphone too much while attending a clients! That s unacceptable and Don was doing it. The technicians were there just like zombies and totally ignoring their clients needs for a real fast oil change service,,,, I didn t felt appreciated and backed out and left without getting my oil change done. I feel sorry for the clients that stayed! They will have to tolerate their slow attitude.

I've got to say What A Service. Just absolutely amazing went in and got my car serviced.Seemed as if I was at a dealership without the 3 to 4 hrs wait. Lol they really helped me out and got it done. Highly recommend these guys.

First time ever experiencing this at a Take 5, long term customer as well. When paying $95 for an oil change on a four cylinder car, the service Mark and Brandon lacked will ensure I continue going to other locations than this one. Mark and Brandon seemed pretty annoyed by me pulling up to start off. Brandon was on his phone with ear piece the entire time talking. Mark, let me tell you if a you don t take Marks suggestive selling of their $13 fuel injection cleaner you will get the cold shoulder. His tone and repetition of asking me to buy this product was terrible. I had to ask for an oil change reminder sticker and that annoyed Mark. Take 5 has a nice service, but Brandon and especially Mark have to remember if no oil changes or customers show up, then they re not working for their paycheck. It s obvious the employees get a bonus off the product they try to upsell you on, Mark was very annoyed I didn t take his offer, but his aggressive tone and presentation to suggestive sell was horrible. I ll spend my money elsewhere.

Went there to get my old chance. Asked the guy if the had everything for me. He said yes wait in line for approximately twenty five minutes Then guy comes to my car and say sorry. We can't do your oill change because we don't have You're kind of filter I Have a Two thousand twenty One Honda ridge Which made me very upset and wasted my time. I won't go back there ever again.

I was very pleased with the service my air filter light had come on a couple of days ago and brought my own filter the team used it to replace the old filter no problem.they did awesome only maybe 10 to 15 min tops they were pretty busy but still knocked the oil change out.
