I took my son's rim here. It was bent and couldn't have a tire installed on it. Allen helped me out. He took a look at it and said it would be no problem. They did the work absolutely awesome! Everyone was super helpful and the rim looks better than brand new! I highly recommend this wheel repair shop. They're fast affordable and do excellent work!

Thanks to Alan and his team for doing a superb job on my Lexus rims. They were in bad shape to the point that my dash was vibrating badlyIn q day, this team accomplished an absolute gem, he went above and beyond to make that rim straight and the finish product was super!!Thanks , Alan and team, don't read those bad reviews, it's not like that!!!

After everyone of my wheel guys said the wheel was absolutely trashed .. this team proved them all wrong.Saved me a couple of grand because the staggered set of wheels I had was discontinued.Amazing work.

IF YOU BEND OR CRACK YOUR WHEELS DO NOT BUY NEW ONES! Come talk to Alan here. Excellent service, was always done with my wheels when he said he would be. Great prices, it will cost you 8 times as much to buy a new wheel. Plus their repairs look phenomenal!

Did not have good luck with this company. Brought wheels in to get powder coated, they had my wheels for 4 weeks and still could not get them right. No communication from Alan at all. Finally drove down to check on them, he told me that they bubbled from contaminants (said they tried 5 times). I asked if they were sandblasted before hand. He said yes and tried to give me excuses. I told him to fire his sandblaster guy. He did finally admit to not paying them. These wheels were not sandblasted! I asked where my tires went, he stated that they threw them away. WTH? Also, did not get my lug nuts back either. He wanted me to pay for the powder coating material costs. I told him I did not feel comfortable doing that. He stated well just take them , you wont be back anyway. This described interaction really does not matter because it's a he said she said situation, so I will just let the attached pictures speak for themselves.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took a rim here to get repair and refinished. It was supposed to be candy red and black even said it on the receipt. Took it back to so they could make it right but they told me they needed another rim to match it. Didn't need it the first time but now they do not because they really needed it but just to make it difficult for me. So I saved myself time and headache painted it myself. If they couldn't get it right the first time I'm definitely bot giving them a chance to repeat their mistakes.

Dropped my truck off for simple curb check repair to one of my wheels. Went to pick up a couple days later .the damage was repaired but additional damage was done to the rim. They agreed to repair. Went to pick up a couple days later and different damage was done. Staff wasn t professional at all. I don t recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Rim background was suppose to be black but was painted red. Did not pay attention to request on receipt. I have been waiting for over a month to get my car back now I have to wait longer because of this mistake with the rim. Very upset customer. Alot of time and frustration.

I had a small bend in my rim.The guy that helped me was lazy, didn't want to take my spare tire down, then charged me a extra 80$ to Skip ahead, when i return to my vehicle, he put none of my tools back, nor put the cap back on my tire. 180$ I'll find somewhere else to go if i have this problem again.

I came here for a cracked rim only and picked it up two days later, and Alan painted my rim a totally different color, not matching my others. The entire staff was rude. I had to go elsewhere to have this entire process fixed, which cost me more money to redo his mistake. He refused to repaint my rim. There were two roaches at the front desk, not water bugs. I don't recommend this business.

I ran over something that pop my tire and what ever popped it went straight through the aluminum wheel as well the size of a pea and brought it here and now it Looks good as new. I love the concept of rim repair for a lower price, but they don't have a warranty if it cracks in the same place they repaired . Which it is another $85 for the same botched job they did. I can purchase another rim for $300. To repair at my other spot it's $150 with a repair warranty on their work.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

So I have been using Specialist Wheel Repair for the last 8+ years for all my wheel repairs on my personal vehicles, as well as all my customers. Now over time, they have slowly became a lot more careless of the repairs being done, and we usually end up working it out and getting the problem fixed. But now, being the last time I use them, they had my wheel since Wednesday 11/7 and brought it back to me today 11/12, with no repairs done. The lady I spoke to over the phone was no help at all, she said she wasn t in office anymore but asked how can she help. I explained to her the situation and asked her if she could explain to me what happened, and why they sent the wheel back without repair, or even bothering to call me, and all she said was okay and? If that s the face/voice of your business, that s indeed Very rude.Thank you for your services in the past. But this was the last time working with you guys.

Awesome! The manager is a really nice guy. Professional and informative. They are reasonably priced and do fantastic work. I'm so pleased with my wheels and have had many compliments since I've been driving it! My friends thought I purchase new rims. I would definitely recommend Specialist Wheel Repair, you won't be disappointed.

I clipped a curb that resulted in very deep curb rash on two wheels. I was dreading replacing two wheels at a very substantial cost. Luckily I found this shop who inspected my wheels, gave a quote, and honored that estimate after they were already closed on a Saturday. I brought my wheels back the following Monday around 9:30 and they were restored to factory perfection by 5pm the same day. This shop saved me so much time, grief, and $money$ that I will recommend them to anyone who has damaged a wheel or four. Excellent service. Excellent work.

Phenomenal service and knowledgeable technicians. I came in for a rim straightening because I assume I needed one for a tire, technician pulled off the tire, checked it and told me it was not needed. He didn t require a payment for his services and told me not worry about any payment for his labor. 10/10 professional, respectful and friendly service!!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

These guys are great. Extremely competitive pricing and in house powder coat. Good quality machines in the back, old iron, not import junk. Have had them fix two wheels now, both on a Mercedes Benz and the quality of work was top notch.

I highly recommend coming here, if you re looking for excellent work!The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and their pricing is affordable. Juan double checked everything before I could leave, which I d appreciate! He informed and updated about my tires.When I d got my tires on, I was squealing like a little girl that just received a lollipop at the doctor s office.So, definitely check them out!

Brought my cracked rim here and they were able to get it taken care of within 24 hrs. Dropped it off around 4 pm and it was ready by 10 am the next morning. Rim was like new and didn't have leaks anymore. Their pricing is very reasonable compared to most companies I called. Good customer service. I Would recommend this place to anybody

Very knowledgeable crew. These guys are great. They can fix all kinds of wheel problems. From road rash, to a complete custom color swap. (Powder coat and polishing) pricing that wont break the bank. Super quick turn around. Get your wheels looking like new again, in just a couple of days.

Had a bent wheel on my Ford F-150. Talked to Alan he said it could be fixed and quoted me $120 to fix, repaint and take off wheel and put spare on truck and would only take two days. Wheel was ready as promised and Alan took off spare and put on fixed wheel, the only problem was the fixed wheel looked way better than the other three. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! Thanks Alan

They did an amazing job. I thought for sure that there was no way that they could repair .y rim, nMuss less make it look better than new, but they did. If I ever have anything like this happens again, I will not hesitate to use Specialist Wheel Repair, and I will tell everyone I know about them as well.
