Real honest people here. Brandon got my car going after about 45 min of diagnosis. The best part of all this they only charged me the diagnosis fee because it was a simple fix. Even though they could have charged me a few extra dollars for the problem they fix. I'm more than happy to find an honest mechanic to take my car when I need to and not worry about getting ripped off.

Due to incompetence at another "Repair" place by which name I shall take high road and not name ~ My car wasn't properly repaired. I broke down AGAIN today on highway during rush hour. Calling around Precision Tune Auto Care was only place willing to talk to me about it. Others were rude or dismissive. Glad I chose to come here!! Not only found the problem and immediately got the part to fix, but made working with my warranty company seem easy. It's worth pointing out VERY CLEARLY this location recently changed ownership and new owner is amazing. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and takes good care of customers. While I was waiting, a tech that used to work here and quit while under last horrible ownership came in to apply to return. A number of visiting customers today talked about how much better things are since Jesus Avila took over. I highly recommend giving this location a chance to help you. I'll be returning for sure.

I went in to get an oil change. Before arriving my a/c worked. After leaving my a/c was broken. Guy said I needed coolant for it to work again, since I had a coolant leak. Guess what? Still broken, coolant full. My car didn't start and they couldn't figure out why. Four car mechanics couldn't figure out how I went in with a working car, and was left in the parking lot with a dead one. They blamed the battery, and I was stuck outside in 90� heat. I knew it wasn't the battery, my battery was new. They claimed they tried to jump it and it didn't work. I wonder why? Also, they let dogs in the lobby for some reason, I would advise not going if you have dog allergies. I didn't get an actual receipt, since their printer stopped working, so that was great. Added a star, since one of the guys sat down and explained everything that was wrong with my car. A/C still broken though.Overall, employees were odd and borderline cultish. Service was questionable, lobby was small but somewhat clean, won't be going back.The pictures below are where my car died and was left, the list of everything wrong with my car and prices, the picture I had to take of the screen, since the printer wasn't working.

Highly recommended for all around care for your vehicle. Brandon was very attentive and walked me through what the issue was and also the steps in order to fix the issue. 5 stars and will definitely be my primary automotive shop hands down. Thanks guys!!!***Updated review***The new owners are Amazing and have completely boosted my confidence in my decision to continue being a loyal customer. They are very pleasant and attentive. They covered all of my concerns as well as made sure to accommodate me with a ride home and came and picked me back up once my vehicle was completed. If I could give 10 stars I would. They deserve it. Y'all go get your cars checked out at Precision Tune. Great prices and honest and friendly staff. Thanks guys!!

Despite the hold up from the warranty company, they managed to get my truck fixed quickly. Ashley and I had a few laughs about the whole thing. She even managed to get them to include my starter, which was having a problem when trying to fix my transmission.

I was a bit skeptical because repairpal referred me for a specific repair with price & appointment & all of my details, but the shop didn't have any of the info & no mechanics present at the time of appointment. However, they got up to speed quickly, completed the repair within hours & also alerted me to a different misdiagnosed issue which they repaired as well. The rep was pleasant and helpful. I'd return for future repairs.

I highly recommend this place for any repairs. They will answer any questions you have over the phone before going in for service. They were fast when diagnosing the issue and fast when repairing. I just bought a car from Carvana and they worked with the warranty quick and easily to fix the vehicle. Friendly and fast service are important to me and they definitely provided that. Talk to Jesus. This is by far the best Auto Shop in Arlington and DFW. I can not speak highly enough of how efficiently this place is run. Went in to get my EVAC Canister replaced, they had me in and out the same day. To find a shop with this level of urgency is so rare.Receptionist/Manager 10 out of 10Mechanics 10 out of 10Lobby/Waiting Area 10 out of 10Do not waste your time going anywhere else. If you need any repairs done or oil changes....anything regarding your vehicles,I would definitely recommend taking your car here. Very clean atmosphere and helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, staff. The owners are wonderful and had me in my car back on the road in no time!

I have brought my car to this shop in the past and they did good work but this time I called and they told me I didn't need an appointment for an AC recharge to show up on Friday. I showed up 15min after doors open just to have the owner ignore me for phone calls, after 45min he informs me that non of the mechanics have shown so I give him my number to call me for Sat to prioritize me for my car. I didn't get a call so I called 2hrs past opening and spoke to a mechanic which he said to just show up. When I showed up the lobby door was locked and I found a mechanic who informed me that there will be at least a 30min wait. The owner no where to be seen so how can businesses run like this?? I own properties and I would never treat my customers this way.

Diagnosed my car wrong they said I need arm controller replaced and I paid $375 and didn't fix the issue they come and said no it need rack opinion replaced and it will be $900, so I paid 375 for nothing.

Did my oil changed and fixed a hole I didn't know about,. Also diagnosed my car,. They have new owners here for about 4 months or so. Definitely amazing work, fast and friendly!!! Will be going back

As a woman that have to deal with shady lying mechanics this was a refreshing place to visit. Drive a foreign car 2018 and were quoted some extremely expensive rates. Got my brakes done for a great cost in my opinion. Told my husband this will be my go to place. But drop your car off ladies are you ll be sitting all day.

If I can write a book I would but I m going to give you a short summary , please have someone who is knowledgeable about cars to come with you or do your homework by going on YouTube before going to this repair shop. You tell them what s wrong with your automobile they will check by doing a diagnostic and inform you of parts that needs replaced and will take hours and perhaps days without contacting you . You have to keep calling them to check the status of your car. I acknowledged how unprofessional this business is.They told my daughter, husband and I she need to purchase a new car. Basically didn t know how to repair this particular car!!!Finally after spending enormous amount of money (still no A/C ) we took the car back from them and took our business elsewhere. The car is repaired!! So folks I hope your reading this before you decide to go to this particular business because I m saving you time and money!!!!I hope corporate is reading this !!!

Made an appointment two weeks out for a headlight restoration over the phone just to find out (after a 30 minute commute to Arlington) that my appointment was never scheduled by the employee who took my call. They weren't able to work on my vehicle regardless because they did not have the chemicals for it. I spoke to the manager and agreed to give the place a second chance. Now today, the manager refused to work on my headlights because it was going to rain. Mind u that my appointment was for 8 am and didn't get helped until 8:10-8:15 am because the manager pulled up three minutes before opening time. It was not raining, just cloudy. And if my service had been done promptly at 8 am I could have driven home and put my car in garage to keep it dry from potential rain. The manager is very unprofessional. I came in and told him, "I'm here for my appointment for a head light restoration and he answers back "uh, no you're not, it's gonna rain". Learn to speak to your customers if you say you "need the business". I do not recommend this place at all! They wasted my time and gas.

First time having to adult and find my own mechanic.. Online kept directing me to them, so went and took my Fusion, seemed pretty good, asked them if they could check out our other car which had been sitting outside for months.. Brought the Toyota, got a quote for what would be needed to be done, went ahead and did it and now it drives fabulously!!!! Will definitely be coming back, 100% recommend to others. Great guys! Great work!

I have an engine light and not passing state inspection. I asked if they could check it. They told me $75 surge charge up front. I paid and left my car with them. I checked on them later in the day was told the car just need a tune up by changing oil, filter, spark plugs and etc. to pass inspection so I did, but it didn't pass. I went back to them and left my car. Next day I called and still no results. They told me they were still working on it. I called the third day and wanted my car back. They told me they will charge me for three days service. I complaints and they finally gave back my key. I went to my car and it was inoperative. I told them I came with car drivable, and now it was not. They told me because I wanted back then it was up to me to fix it or toll it. I took my tools out and started to put back everything together. I can barely drove my car home. I don't know how they conduct their business, but now a day you don't need a tune up. Cars are no longer have carburetors to tune like old time. This business is very deceitful. I wouldn't bring my bicycle there.

Took three days to get my alignment done on my car. The first day they couldn t do it because the alignment machine was being worked on cool. The second day I took my car up there at the appointment that I had set up at pm from the previous day due to the machine being down. Set there for over an hour just to be told to come back the next day because they had ran out of time. The third day took the car up to get the alignment done. Got the alignment done and my car is still pulling to the left. Horrible place I wouldn t send or recommend anyone to go here to get any work done on your car. Nice people but the service is horrible.

Wanted to share my unpleasant experience at Precision when I went in took my wife s car and got my valve gasket cover replaced. Fast forward got the work done and an oil leak resulted from it. Took it back several times back and forth yet same result paying several hundreds of dollars plus Lyft trips & wasted time. I ended up taking my wife s car to a new shop & this time got it fixed. Needless to say I am not happy with incurring extra cost.Won t be returning as a customer nor recommending.

Only 4 stars because the invoice states that they filled the tires to the recommended air pressure and they didn't. My car has a tire monitoring system and it still indicated the pressure was low. It was a Tuesday morning and they were not busy. There was only one customer there besides me. Not upset, just never going back.

I never leave reviews for locations, but this place I had to leave one. I give this location a 1 and that is only because I am unable to notate 0 . I purchased a Groupon for an oil change. I should have read the reviews before my purchase because this place is horrible. I pulled in and some guy came out who definitely had an attitude I don t know if it was be a it s hot outside or what. I told him I had a Groupon for an oil change he acted as though he didn t care and was very unfriendly. Before I could finish talking or before I could ask him a question he started walking away from the car saying he could schedule something for Tuesday and how I could go somewhere else. I understand yes I can go someone else but it s all about the tone that a person uses. I couldn t even ask him what the process for getting a refund. I agree with what someone said in an earlier comment, this place acts as though we the customers are begging for free services, or trying to beat their door down we are paying customers who deserve to be treated with respect and not blown off.I went to another location to get my oil changed (Cooper Street Car Wash right across the street) and the gentleman was super nice he even mentioned that he had seen the same guy at Precision always outside arguing with customers!!!!Not a good look Precision Tune Auto Care.. I also placed a request for Groupon to refund me my money!!!

Like many others in the review section, I purchased a Groupon for an oil change and they came around with a thousand dollars worth of repairs needed on my car that has been babied and well maintained. Never had a single problem with my shocks but after the oil change and their insisting I needed them replaced they immediately began popping and making noise. Another mechanic friend of mine agrees that my car that has only 40k miles in no way needed shocks replacement and also believes they were tampered with to get more money out of me. Terrible service and looking at their price list for an oil change if you use synthetic, you will pay full price anyway. Buyer beware, they will damage your vehicle to make more money.

I ve had my car taken here twice already. Once by myself and the next by my boyfriend. After reading reviews of similar experiences others have had with their cars here I am glad that no official work was done on my car. The same gentleman, Elvis, worked the front both time. He was rude and demonstrated no customer service nor professionalism in person or over the phone. The second time (after getting new tires for alignment) my boyfriend brought my car again. This time Elvis was not only rude again to him but also was vaping so when he brought my car in for the appointment Elvis was surrounded by a cloud of smoke. He then told him that the appointment wasn t going to happen because there was a car stuck in the port that they couldn t move and it was going to be at least a 2 hour wait. No biggie but there s a way to talk to people, and to handle yourself with others when it comes to basic customer service. I won t be using my Groupon here I m perfectly fine with wasting my money to not go back a 3rd time because this place truly isn t worth it.
