This place is the best! From Craig in the valet area keeping things moving to Brian, a service provider. Brian, Craig and both of the Josh s ( one in parts purchase the other service advisor, they re all so genuinely friendly and extremely helpful! Always smiling and always a pleasure. Park Place Mercedes-Benz Arlington service center hands down is the worst service I've ever received. The first time I took my vehicle in for repair they didn't hook everything up properly so while on vacation it stopped running and I had to get it towed and was stuck without a car for almost the entire vacation. It had to be towed a second time this time to the Arlington service center they called and said they received it but sense they were closing it wouldn't be until tomorrow before they could tell us what was wrong. It has been 3 weeks and I still don't know what is going on with it or how long they will have to keep it for. We also asked for a loner car and still nothing. I can't believe this kind of service comes from Mercedes-Benz.

This was my first time servicing at this location and I was quite surprised with the excellent service I received. Veronica came out and greeted me right away. She also kept in touch with me throughout my whole service process. Which to me shows a lot because other locations I have to track people down to get a status on my car. I definitely will be returning to this location and specifically requesting Veronica as my service advisor. Thank you!!!

A Luxury Vehicle and Luxury Experience!Every since the purchase of my GLE350 I have used Park Place MB Arlington for maintenance and service, and have only worked with Josh Spain.Park Place MB Arlington never falls short nor cut corners on the service and customer service provided, but Josh Spain makes my experience personable. Josh, is always prompt, attentive, professional, thorough, communicates effectively, and clearly values and enjoys his customers and role with Park Place MB.I love the simplified online scheduling process and vehicle maintenance information/details, and history.My experience has been very consistent from service, parts, sales, and customer service. Brittany Garza, at Park Place s Service department delivered AMAZING customer service! She was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable throughout the entire service visit. I came to pick up my new plates here because the Ft. Worth location shipped them here for me since it's closer to my home. My car was missing the plate holder for the front of the car. They refused to get one for my car without having my salesperson from the Ft. Worth location send an email promising to pay for it. This place prides itself on luxury cars and service but neglected to provide luxury customer service to a customer that's only had their car for 3 weeks! Despite the efforts of my salesperson to remedy the situation by a simple phone call, she ended up having to send a "WeOwe" (like an i.o.u.) to the service advisor to get a plate holder for my car. The crazy thing is that it isn't something that has to be purchased separately or some sort of addition to enhance the car. It's literally a piece that comes with the car! Needless to say, I waited nearly an hour, only to be told to come back tomorrow because they didn't have one for my car. I was given a ticket to claim the holder for when I come back, and it included the cost of the holder. The piece was $86!!! I couldn't believe how cheap it was for them and how much of a fuss it was to provide one for a new customer. I'm extremely disappointed and would have NEVER expected this kind of service from a Park Place location.

My service advisor was William Casey. He took care of us very friendly and professional. I had some questions about brake systems and he made me communicated with technician directly. That made me comfortable. I forgot the name of the technician who did the service for my 2018 E coupe. I have had services with him since 1 year ago. He always doesn't hesitate to explain everything and very knowledgeable. The fee for maintenance is quite expensive. However all staffs are doing very nice work. If there are discounted service coupon, it would be perfect.

Continue to be impressed by Park Place MB - Arlington. The waiting area is really great with comfortable places to wait, work-stations with outlets, TVs, conference tables plus drinks and a super-bougie coffee machine.The check-in guys are friendly and energetic - and the service process seems efficient.I'm very impressed with Josh Spain in service - he's friendly with great communication and we feel like his advice and recommendations are spot-on. Lastly and most importantly - our service and warranty work completed here has been really solid.Service: General repairs & maintenance

What a pity that a Mercedes Benz car has so much problem and that the Mercedes dealer tells me that he has to talk to the Mercedes agency used to solve a problem that they sold me a car with a noise in the brakes after a week of having taken it out of dealer I will never want to get a car from that Mercedes dealer in Arlington again, lousy service from their salespeople. I do not recommend anyone to walk what happens to me.

Park Place Arlington never disappoints! The service department greets me by name as soon as I pull up and they are always eager to help. The service managers are quick to get my vehicle serviced and keep me updated throughout the process. I have a location closer to me, but will make the drive out to Arlington as Alex Licea and his team always provide extraordinary service meeting and exceeding my expectations.

I did not have a good experience. Before I start, I will say the two times I spoke with Veronica, she was always polite and never gave off a rude attitude towards me. However, I arrived to this service department after I had made an appointment and I waited for my tire to be changed for 2 1/2 hours. When I got there, there were about 3 cars ahead of me. As I watched people come in and out with wait times less than mine, I became very aggravated and confused as to why it took so long for my claim to be approved (as I was told at the end was the reason I had to wait). No one thought to come and update me or let me know what was taking so long. Then when asked about how much longer my wait would be, I was told it was about to be washed an vacuumed. Well, 30 minutes later I asked again about my car and was told the exact same thing, about to go through wash and vacuum. I ended up declining the wash because I had already been waiting for a very long time and had other things to get done that morning. Word of advice, it s always nice to give an update when you see a customer has been waiting for longer than usual.Service: Auto tire replacement

I had a flat on Sunday evening and called first thing Monday morning to Mercedes roadside service. By 10 AM that morning my E-53 AMG was picked up from my home and taken to Park Place Mercedes Motorcars Arlington location. Upon arriving around at 11:45 myself. I was greeted by William my service advisor and taken care of. Not only did William take care of me, he made sure it was fast. I was on my way by 12:30 pm, headed back to Dallas to run my errands. One of the many things that I love about working with William is, his efficiency. He knows that my time is valuable and I m always in a hurry. The commitment to service keeps me coming back to this dealership even though it s a 30 minute or so drive (traffic) from my home.

Park Place Arlington did a great job repairing a major oil leak and fuel leaks on my 1998 turbodiesel along with maintenance and tire replacement. William Casey kept me informed every step of the way and even helped get me a loaner car after I moved down from the location in Grapevine. I am happy that they can still keep this car in great shape as it has almost 300,000 miles.
