I ve brought several of my vehicles here and they always do me right. Prices are good and staff is friendly and professional. They offer several different brands and will even install products that you bring in yourself. Definitely recommend and will continue to come here for all my audio projects

Love love love this place! Super friendly and super helpful. They helped me find everything that I was looking for. I dropped my Jeep off on Wednesday afternoon and it was done and ready to be picked up the next day. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back for some additional add-ons. They replaced my headlights, fog lights, back up camera, speakers, stereo and added rock lights.

I've been going to these guys for years. They've tinted 2 cars, remote start, alarm system, and subs. I'm about to take my 16yos car to get a new stereo next week. Had one small issue the first time and it was resolved that day with no questions. Super helpful and friendly. Will always take my cars to these guys for all of their audio and tinting needs. Highly recommend.

The man at the front desk was very rude. He act like he didn't want to sell me a item and acted like I was bothering him. The only good thing I can say was that the job was done right.

updated review, This is probably my 5th vehicle that ive put a sound system on with this company . Everything always comes out great and they never disappoint !!!!!!!! This time i got a Floating screen for my lancer and a subwoofer and they got it going the same day . Thats the beauty of it ! you dont have to wait but just make it on time and you can have your sound on the same day . Everything there is affordable , The staff is very friendly . There is a price for everyone here and they always have all the parts in stock for your vehicle unlike cartoys .

Came in asking to see if they had any LED brake lights and turn signal lights. Guy said no we don t and I looked down to see a bunch of LED lights. He kept saying no I don t have any lights that would work with what I brought. I had to show him and give him some knowledge about how these will actually work for my car. Pretty embarrassing.

Best of the best if you need any and I mean anything up to 5 star quality this is the place to be, the did my door speakers, radio and installed a bad A$$amp and 12 I BEEN BEATING UP THE BLOCK lol 100% recommendations

My experience wasn't that good. Other shop was going to install this cheaper. So I thought if I get cheap it won't be a clean install. So I decided to go to new image autosport paid more money and got ripped off with a auxiliary input installation. They just damage my center console without asking if I approve it or not. I regret going there.

I cam late today but they gave me a quick service( New Screen with Carplay & Backup Camera). Manager and Amed are nice and friendly since they knew which items are the best four your car.Will get more money, come back and upgrade systems in hereThank for your services.

Mason had excellent customer service. He helped us as soon as we walked in and gave my son a great deal on his system. He showed us the difference in a regular compared to a probox. This place was way cheaper fir my son's pocket and he was satisfied with the work snd professionalism. The system is bangin. Definitely coming back.

Came to get the tint on my rear windshield done and they got me in and out in no time, they were upfront about their pricing and very hospitable. Would definitely recommend.UPDATE:Came back to get a sub and amp installed in my international semi truck. I bought the sub and amp from them and they were able to get me something that really suited my needs. Got the work done in less than 2 hours and it sounds amazing. They re the real deal

Sold me the wrong wiring adapter for a stereo. Luckily I was able to get by with it. But only 2 wires actually lined up to the factory connector.I've also seen some of their installs, and I'm not impressed. 4 ground wires all twisted and taped together? Come on....

Spoke with Mason over the phone, he stated that it would be hard to give me a quote without seeing the vehicle. I told him that I lived a little ways away from his location and he assured me that he could do my whole project in the same day. I thought that would be hard given the scope of the work I wanted. When I told him that I needed a full system including Subs, all speakers replaced, he did not blink. He setup a quote for the top end of the product that he had in stock. The first quote was little high, so he adjusted the equipment to get me the best system for the best price.I left there around 10:30 to return to work thinking that it would be close to 5 or 6 before I would hear from them. Mason called me at 1:30 to inform me that they were finished. When I got there he had one of the guys show me everything that they did, it was amazing. The system sounds great and they even insulated my trunk for free to keep the vibrations as low as they can be given the monster bass it produces.I will defiantly be back for more work including lighting and some other things.

Horrible experience .The manager Mason is a greedy crook .He will overprice anything you want done. The quality of the work will not line up with the overpriced charge. I always believed in the more you pay the better the quality. Well I ve learned that s not always true. I let these people do my rock lights and radio installation and have had multiple problems since. I have a 2021 vehicle and trusted these people. I DO NOT recommend this place! Stay away! They take shortcuts and will botch the job just so they could get to the next job quickly.

Completely disgusted. Head unit was put in by a competent installer and was clean. After they were done it was jankey as hell. I called them on it and wow. " Is that good enough now?" Unbelievable. They kept all spare parts that I brought and bought there.They left wire scraps and screws all over my ride. Screws were left in my seats, I have over 500 invested in my seat covers so that was nice. They took forever for a simple sub and door speaker install even though I said I can't be there all day. I was assured 2 hours,It was double that. The worst part was that they ran my ac with the engine off and smoked while they did it. My fresh smelling ride now smells like an ashtray. I'm seriously debating legal action at this point. Should have waited for audio depot but I was in a hurry and they were booked. Don't make my mistake, be patient and go where they care about their work and your vehicle.

Excellent price, service and workmanship!I will look no further in any future services needed. This place did a great job on my car and was $300 less than what Car Toys wanted for the same audio products and installation.My car was ready by the time I was told and the installation looks very clean.Highly recommended

All my experiences with New Image Autosports have been great! I've known the owner for a long time he has decades of experience and knowledge. I am picky who works on my car and I only go to New Image Autosports. Don't sleep on them!

I was 100% taken advantage of at this store and I feel horrible about my experience. Please stay away from this company, they are very bad. I came into the store for a Bluetooth transmitter yesterday, Mason (manager) told me he doesn't sell transmitters and recommended I switch my radio to a monitor radio with apple car play. I inquired about the speakers in my car and he said it would sound better if I switch out my radio to monitor screen radio. He recommended/insisted I purchase the "Dual DCPA701W 7" Double-DIN In-Dash Digital Media Receiver with Bluetooth, Wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay." He assured me that he had the same radio in his Honda and it is good quality. He told me the price was 500 with installation. I was very skeptical about the product and I began look up the product while at the store. I found that Walmart sold the item for $267.69 online and I told him about it. He told me that he will drop the price to 450 plus tax, 270 for the radio, 100 for labor and 80 for the kit. I didn't hear the quality of the radio as they didn't have a display in store although they had other radio display. I took his word that the product was good quality and brought it. I also purchase an DayLead mini DF headlight for 120, b/c I have been blind and my vision driving at night is very bad. I later found that same headlight online for 19.99 the next day .After the installation, I went home listening to music and it sounded so very bad and the radio would cut off at random times when I touch buttons on the screen. Also I had issues switching radio, to my air pod, there seem to be like a long pause or prolonged muteness before it connects. To say the least I am very displeased with the quality and wanted to replace it the next day with a better quality radio from Best Buy.I called the store spoke to Mason and he told me that I brought the item and I couldn't return it. I just purchase this just last night and the quality is not good at all. I told him I didn't mind if he charged a restocking fee and put my new radio on as I have already paid for the installation and radio kit, he still refused. At this point I will take this company to small claim court to try to my money back as I can't have product that doesn't work well in my car. This experience made me look up reviews from other customer experiences at this store and some are bad and similar to mine, and some implied that they were scammed. I feel the exact same way!Customers please beware don't spend your money where you will be treated poorly. I just want a good quality radio, I didn't sign up for this headache.
