This place has been amazing every time I come in. The shop is clean, the bathroom is extremely clean, and the chairs in the waiting room are way nicer than most places.They got my car in for service and had a really cool texting thing that they sent to me on my phone. It gave me a report about the condition of multiple items on my car. It had descriptions and photos in it. Then Lexie came over and explained everything to me in a very simple way for me to understand.The place wasn't pushy at all and seemed to be genuinely only focused on educating me rather than trying to make a sale. I did spend some additional money with them because I was comfortable with this facility.Oh, the owner Lisa was there, and she is a racecar driver. How cool! Also, they had a super nice shop doggie! The doggie isn't always there, but if you are lucky, he sure does appreciate pets. I will most definitely be back.

Customer service was far beyond amazing! Tori was diligent and detailed when helping me better understand and prioritize the work needing to be done. Tori was also personable and made me feel like Midas should be my new car maintenance home. The entire Midas staff that I came across while there all played a different role in completing the mission of getting my vehicle up and running smoothly! Highly recommend this location!

So I would say this was one of the most expensive, more than 10 hours now, quick get it done so we can clock out jobs I've had done on my car. I scheduled an appointment at 10 am on 2/29/24. I dropped my car off and was told it would be ready by 3 pm. I contacted the shop 1115am because I received information that my car wouldn't pass inspection unless I got my brakes done. Which the quote for my brakes on 2/28/24 was $580.00. On 2/29/24 after inspection the new total was $980.00. She stated if I didn't do it they wouldn't pass my inspection. The price is now $450.00 more than what I was quoted. If you look at the photos the new cost is coming from labor, mind you it's 1115am and no one person has touched my brakes yet. I asked what time they would be done she said 230 pm to 3 pm. So I show back up to this shop at 245 pm only to be told they haven't even started my car at all. They stated they were behind and to come back by 530pm it would be ready. So now it's a rush job to get done before they close. I get a call about 455 pm saying my car is ready for pickup. So I asked how many hours for labor was I charge he said he gave me credit so roughly an hr and a half. As you can see in the photos the hours are showing 9 am to 11 am, nowhere showing the true times my car was worked on. On top of that I drive and hear a loud squeaking noise when I go to brake. So I call and let them know about the sound, she stated we're not doing brakes on the weekend. I asked to come back on my off day on Wednesday, she scheduled me for 8 am. I am here now and she come and tells me they don't hear anything squeaking. So the man comes back after the second drive, she says he still doesn't hear anything but my transmission is messed. So now I'm like what in the heck is going on. She tells me to wait for it to cool down and the he can drive with me. I was like it's my off day now I'm about to be here all day again. I asked could I take it to another Midas she said no the 3 year warranty is with us. So I was over it, I go to leave she was like give it 2 or 3 weeks are if you still hear it come back. I'm like it doesn't matter if I hear it you guys don't so I'm the crazy person that hears squeaking. So I could only post this because I won't get any help there. Listen to my driving videos. Do you hear squeaking or am I crazy? Hopefully you don't get scammed like I did.

I had a great experience here when I went to go get my shocks replaced!!! It was cheaper and faster than expected. After the service they also inspected my vehicle and let me know about anything that might need to be fixed soon! Very good environment, and helpful staff!!

Was in town all the way from South Carolina and started having car trouble. We called around to several local shops and they all wanted to give me the run around because it was a Mercedes. Lexi was straight up from the get go and helped us get our car back running good. I would definitely recommend this Midas as I feel they are a fair and honest shop.

They took good care of my Sorento when came in for a oil change, they gave my vehicle a full look over and made me aware of things that may need attention in the future. They were professional and courteous. Would go back for service.

Midas on Pioneer in Arlington is the go to for work on your weekend track toy.Trevor maintains the owners M3, and it's a very capable car. He pays special attention to my MX-5, and the work is always top notes.

Excellent service! Went in to have my headlight replaced and State Inspection done ~ Service Manager, Clint, was so personable, knowledgeable and thorough ~ he had his service technician do a courtesy check of all systems, discovered a dirty engine air filter and low coolant level. Both were taken care of promptly. Lisa, the owner of the shop was warm and welcoming~ I will definitely be returning to them for any future car care needs! Amazing place! I really loved how they broke down what was essential to change and what could wait for a little. The mechanics and service reps were supper friendly and very informative, they showed pictures of the parts that needed work and separated them into urgency categories. I would highly recommend going to this place for your car needs.

New to the Pantego area and was looking for a place to take my 2005 Toyota 4Runner for an oil change. Always a risky decision these days finding reliable and trustworthy places for service.Couldn t be happier with the visit. From check-in to checkout, the entire crew was helpful, courteous, and great to talk to. Very nice restroom, free cup of coffee, and huge panes of glass to view your vehicle being serviced.I ll definitely be a regular here. Thankful for experience.

This location has gone downhill.... It used to be great and we've been going for years. Recently though, I needed brake work done, which is normal and routine. This past summer until now, they haven't been able to get my brakes right, and this last time, they didn't tighten the caliper bolts, so my caliper just fell off in the middle of driving and my brakes started to fail. Very disappointed. Brakes are a standard job, it's routine car maintenance and they just couldn't get it right. Brakes are too important for me to continue giving them my business. Be very cautious and inspect their work if you decide to use them.

I had no problems. My Appointment was on time. Oil change took about 30 minutes in and out. They were very informative and did routine check of belts and hoses. Sent an email link showing all issues that need to be addressed with photos. I was very pleased with their service.

I came here with the intention of it being an average experience but they went above and beyond during the time i was getting my car fixed. I ve been back here twice since then and will only go here because they re the only people I trust with my car. They are honest, fast and want you to have the best experience possible. I highly recommend going to Midas, this location specifically too.

Three years ago I switched our family s auto maintenance to this Midas location. They are efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. I have received so much more value by using this Midas shop as compared to other local maintenance shops. They provide quick troubleshooting, accurate and honest bids and a quick turnaround on repairs. I ve found it very helpful to stop by for an oil change and find that they have taken the time to evaluate and write up a summary of other wear items and their current condition.

Great experience. Came in for an oil change. They did a full inspection on the car and were able to schedule required services quickly. Staff is excellent. Will go back. Would recommend.

They didn t try to sell me on anything extra. Especially as a female getting auto service. Seemed honest at first. However I noticed on the courtesy check report they didn t do the complimentary tire rotation due to some generic reason, even though the front desk said they did. After talking to my dad who is an auto mechanic/tech and has serviced my car himself (brakes, previous tire rotations, etc) he said they were just making up an excuse to not rotate the tires. The report also said I needed to get the coolant topped off but after my dad looked at it he said it did NOT need to get topped off and explained some mechanics about during warm/cold temps there is more/less liquid. So I think the front desk is nice but the mechanics/techs don t have a thorough understanding and can be lazy at times.

Being female, I usually dread having to talk to mechanics about anything automotive, even a simple oil change, and have had bad experiences in the past, but Midas made that easy for me and I am now a happy Midas customer and will be for a long time. I would recommend then to everyone. They truly understand customer service in an age where that is almost a thing of the past.

Called store about brakes and some maintenance work. Clint told me pricing and that they could do work that morning. Got there in about 25 minutes. They did a service assessment and texted me results. I called them and went over services needed and not needed. Basic service and brake costs seemed reasonable. Car ready when they promised. They also honored coupon I printed from web. I would use them again.Services: Brakes, Oil change

4 wheel alignment done on our 2017 Explorer Sport. Mechanic there discovered a bad brand new tire for us. It's to soon for me to say If it was a great alignment. It feels good and city speeds has not been on freeway yet car seems to track better and steering wheel is straight. I am very picky with getting alignments. If I knotice anything I feel is off they told me bring it right back in. That is good for me !!!!
