Mineke Car Care center has been my go to for maintenance on all of my vehicles and have been performing top notch service every single time. What I most enjoy about each visit, whether a simple oil change to the most advanced repairs is that before your actual repair is started, they perform a full inspection on your vehicle with recommendations and prices for repairs of each issue or concer. The mechanics there are very thorough, professional, friendly and caring. I have been servicing all of my vehicles there for three years and will never take it anywhere else. I m extremely happy and grateful for the service that they provide for me.Continue with your excellence in service!

my mom had a great experience here but i did not so my advice is just be wary. today i went and i was rudely talked to by an employee. he went on and on about how long i waited to get my oil changed which i did and i will own. however he berated me for waiting 5,000 miles which i informed him is what the dealership told me to do. i was only following orders. when i left the tag they stuck to my windshield told me another 5,000 miles after he had berated me for 5 minutes about not waiting that long! it was incredibly sassy for no reason. he asked me how i liked my jeep and when i told him i did, he told me i should start acting like it. i ve been in customer service for years and this is not how you treat a customer much less people in general. we also had to wait an hour and a half when there were only 2 others cars present. again my mom had a great experience but be wary. i never ever leave reviews but the whole thing left me very upset and when i saw the tag it was the last straw. i will not be returning.

I m a little torn with this review. They were all very pleasant and nice. Went in on Monday for new brakes and normal maintenance on my 2018 Acadia. They performed new brake pads with rotors on the front along with BG/fuel/Air Induction and removed and replaced spark plugs. I had been having an issue with my car from time to time when it seemed to want to stall in shifting as I went up a hill or stopped suddenly and turned. Never threw a code or anything though. They did all the maintenance and I picked up the car. Within a few mins of leaving, I had several lights come on. I called back and they asked me to bring the car back today (Tuesday). I went in today and they told me that the battery wasn t installed properly and that I needed to have my ECM reprogrammed. I had my battery replaced in January/February of this year. And again never threw a code this whole time until yesterday. When I took the car there this morning all codes were off again. All the pictures were from the day before after picking up the car. I have an appointment tomorrow with the dealership to have the ECM reprogrammed. We shall see if that does the trick. I spent $1573.24 yesterday and will need to pay the dealership for the reprogramming. I will update this review after the dealership works on the car.Update- the dealership will now have my car 6-10 days since the ECM reset didn t work. On to diagnostic testing now.

I brought a 2008 Honda Civic in for a door lock repair. Nice job fixing the door lock but the tech smacked a huge door ding in my driver door you can see from down the street. They knew they did it and didn t say anything to me. It s an older car I know but it is in excellent shape. No class whatsoever.

Spent over $2,000 having most of my front suspension re-done. ~6,000 miles I schedule an appointment to go back because there is serious vibration in my steering wheel at highway speeds, and when I crawled under my vehicle I noticed the inside of my front two tires were worn completely bald.I attempted to work something out with the manager at this location because I like(d) Meineke and have been going there for a couple of years.I asked them to pay for one tire and I would pay for the other because the tires were about half way through their lifespan to begin with. The manager was argumentative and was trying to play me for a fool saying it wasn t their fault. Keep in mind this was within the span of 1 oil change, and this location was the only place I ve taken the vehicle in the past.Needless to say, they lost a customer. Never going back there again and I highly recommend you don t either simply because they fail to take responsibility for their mistakes.

Went in again to my local Meineke to get a oil Change and was helped by LG. He was very helpful and friendly. Along side him was of course the wonderful Phillip. I'll go to them every time for my car needs. They are awesome and honest and reasonable!!! Go see them!!!!

Went in today and was lied to about them fixing my oil pan gasket tryed to get them to fix of course won't admit to not replacing it correctly. Told me it was something else instead. Which didn't tell me before but could tell me I needed brake. This place doesn't fix things properly cost you alot of money and you will still have a problem. Stay away. Go to a better place. Responding to these reviews and do not read them . You need to call Corporate office. Or better yet file a law suit.

I usually dont even bother doing reviews. I believe in karma, and these companies will get exactly what they deserve. But I would be doing an injustice if I didn't share the poor experience. I want to prevent everyone from going through this ordeal. If you have a choice, try somewhere else. The first 2 times I visited the location were ok. It's about an hour or an hour and a half for an oil change. Not speedy service, but I'm patient.This is my third time going to this location, and I will not be returning. For starters, I came in for a simple oil change. There is only 1 car in front of me getting an oil change. Another customer came in after me for a car inspection and left before me. Still, I was patient. No communication from employees and no apology. Nearly 4 hours later is when my car was finished. Before I left, I had to remind the technician to reset the message. Then I noticed my hood was not shut properly with fingerprints all over the hood and side of the car. Could only imagine it flying up on me on the freeway.The kicker is at this point I'm like nevermind the oil change I gotta go. This is ridiculous. Now they are done with the car. I asked for Corporate number and tech gave me the number to the shop. In other words there is no corporate. Finally got an email that is suppose to be for the "owner" since they are franchised. I will be making a complaint with BBB. Word to the wise, stay clear from this place. I wouldnt get any major work here because I'm not sure if they are certified.

They only use synthetic oil which is an additional $30 charge, (per the manufacturer recommendation). However, I did not want nor have I ever used synthetic oil. Also, they have an additional charge for a blend that I have no idea what it does. The staff was nice, but I was there for an hour just for an inspection and oil change.

Went in to get my AC checked because it wasn't as cool as it used to be. They showed me that there were two filters in the car and the one I had already checked was for the engine. The cabin air filter was super dirty. That fixed the issue.

Worst experience ever! Wasn't able to get my keys until I signed a paper even after I paid. It took over an hour to do my oil change and this is when my car was pulled in. Never going back to this location

First and last time there. I ve worked service so I get it but the I couldn t care less coming from the guy behind the counter was strong. I showed early so I waited patiently as the guy behind the counter finished ordering a part for the customer before me. Not a problem. Once finished he got my named and the reason for my visit he just started typing. Did not say a word to me for a few minutes. I thought the computer was giving him problems. Again, I get it. It s happened to me. Finally he grabs something from the printer and puts it in front of me and say here you go . He didn t explain anything. So start looking over the bill. I ask what kind of oil will he be using. He replied with the grade of oil. I said no what brand? Do I get options? He shrugs and says no just house oil . I then tell him oh hey, I have a coupon for 20% off . He replies with well you didn t tell me . Yeah, because I was standing there patiently not knowing what you were doing on the computer. If they couldn t take the time to talk to me about the oil change what am I to expect when they work on my car. Nope! No Karen or Kevin here. I smiled and I asked them to cancel my appointment and walked out.

The customer service is exceptional! Since moving to Arlington Feb 22, I have used their services 5 or 6 times. Very happy with their work every time.Phillip has been wonderful! He is honest and upright, which is very important to me. I went to this Meineke for an oil change. They ran a service check on my car in addition to the oil change, but they didn t try to sell me on a service I didn t immediately need for my car. Phillip & his staff were very friendly & professional and gave great service. I ll be back!

I will copy and paste the complaint I sent to their customer service. All this happened on 8/14/2023. I took my car in today for an AC Diagnose and I signed the authorization form around 2:50pm. The guy in charge mentioned that the diagnostic was going to be ready today. He then calls me at 5:45pm to tell me that the car was blowing cold ac now and I needed to take the car with me, drive it a couple of days and then come back when the problem shows up again once the freon leaks out.I asked him what time he closes and he said 6pm. So I rapidly called my brother and I finally made it to the store at 6:10pm (the store is closed by now). And I see him walk out of the store and I ask, can I take my car? He responds: no, not really. Then I say: you called me at 5:45pm man and he replies: I know I know. Come back tomorrow and we ll get you squared I don t think it is fair that he gives me a 15 min heads up and he knows how bad traffic is and then didn t give me my car. That is unacceptable how he didn t value my time. What was the point of contacting me if he was about to close. UPDATE: I walked into the store today 8/15/2023 and person in charge starts asking me what is it that I do for a living and how many hours I worked per week (he was going to make a point about understanding that they work a lot). Then he goes on to explain how hard they work, which I have no doubt about, and how he wished that I spoke to him rather than go above his head. He said that he wasn t going to charge me but also wasn t going to service my car.So he had done some work, but he preferred to undo the work and return my car just as it was just because I complained about their services.This is unreal and unacceptable. Be aware people and hopefully it doesn t go this way for you.

Phillip is always very helpful and they diagnose the problem within a few hours every time we have made a visit. He is honest about what work needs to happen immediately and what you can wait to have done in the future. I also love that they provided pictures of the issue so you can see what exactly is happening in your car. We ve visited 3 times over the past year and we have always had our car/truck back within two days. Fixing a car is always a hassle but it helps when you have good people working on it!Services: Auto water leak repair, Engine repair

After leaving had lights regarding stability traction come on dash returned was told I needed steering wheel anchor sensor replacement, after visiting my regular mechanic was advised to return and insist I get a proper alignment, steering wheel not even straight..meineke said no I needed the sensor replaced 1st, got an alignment elsewhere and code saying I needed a steering wheel sensor was cleared, returned a 3rd or 4th time requested refund or partial refund for alignment I paid them for was told by manager Phillip no problem...never heard back from them.Service: Wheel alignment

I ve visited with an emergency brake lights not operating. They took care of me right away although it took about an hour and a half. I have been sick so it was a little hard on me. They did a good job. Thank you to the most personable, funniest service tech ever, lol! I ve had a rear differential service (2022) and a recent visit (8/12/23) for a diagnostic for something related to a fuel leak and each time I had the best interaction with Phillip H. and his crew at the Little Road location! Very knowledgeable yet compassionate and I am truly grateful for the expertise.
