The reason why I am given this place two stars is because they charge me $1198.61 to replace my wheel bearings which I feel is extremely overpriced. A part of that cost is an additional $130 because they had trouble removing a screw. The part for the car is estimated to be between $139 and $167 and a little cheaper on Amazon. This repair was way overpriced. I wonder if was it because I am a woman or if was it because they re not as honest as I thought they were. Next, I will for sure shop around. even asked if I could buy the part myself but never got a reply.

This shop has great integrity, character, and knowledge. I had a unique issue and they could of charged me hundreds but they were honest and pointed me to a dealership that could help fix the issue

I've been taking my cars to McGaws since 2016. They do great work at a fair price. They're good about letting you know what's a priority and what can wait. Very good at explaining what repairs are needed and why.

Do you have a car or truck built in 1999 or later? Look elsewhere! Do you need immediate assistance? Look elsewhere! Arrogant owners are too precious to assist you. They think they're too good to assist customers with emergency issues. If stranded, tough bananas... sit on the curb and wait for your appointment. Additionally, they are too good to even be bothered to inspect an immaculate condition classic vehicle.

I had a persistent rattle that got diagnosed as $6k in replacements. McGaw's found the problem and resolved it for 1/10th of that. They were very friendly, informative, speedy and communicative. Highly recommended.

I brought my vehicle in for an Evap issue that another repair shop had tried and failed to fix after several months.At McGaw's, they went ABOVE and BEYOND to discover the root of the issue. And had my truck fixed and repaired in a few days' time. I plan on returning for my vehicle's maintenance and repair needs in the future.

As a woman, it is very intimidating getting mechanical work done. However, I attempted to take my Ford Escape here, i called and Brian and he was heaven sent. He literally took the time to Inform, Suggest, and recommend me of the best options I can take. I will definitely be using their services if any other car issues occur w any of my other vehicles. Thank you Brian.

McGaw's is where I take my car for routine maintenance or when I don't know what's wrong with it and they always get me fixed up. The high level of expertise they provide is what will keep me coming back.

Honest guys that do great work. Brought my wife s older car in for an A/C issue. They found the issue and fixed it quick at a fair price. Definitely will trust them with any future issues with our vehicles.

Finally I found an honest auto repair shop! Today was my second experience getting car repair/maintenance at McGaw s. The first time was when I needed a headlight bulb replaced. Today I had my spark plugs replaced and also got my oil, lube, and filter service done. My car has more than 100,000 miles on it, but Spencer didn t try to talk me into getting a lot of other things done to it at once. I could not be more pleased with their transparency, honesty, expertise, and friendly customer service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Mcgaws is the ONLY place I trust! We have had work done on all of our cars here and the price, speed at which things get done, and customer service are outstanding. I would recommend for any car. We used to think Pratt was the best for Lexus but after finding mcgaws we will never go back. I m telling y all when I say the pricing is fair i mean FAIR. They always call me and update me every step of the way. Very thankful for this shop and their excellent team.

I love that the guys I've gotten up there are always trustworthy ....especially Adam if you need it he'll tell you ...if you don't need it right away he'll tell ya that too...being a female it's nice knowing you can go in & get your vehicle taking care of without the worries of being ripped off ...today I went for an inspection & it was fast & efficient..I was in & out in no time...very kind & nice guy wish I rememberd his name

Repaired my vehicle the next day. They work by appointment only, and I showed up without one, and they still took care of me.The only problem I had, was they were supposed to let me know what the problem was and how much it was going to cost me. I got a call the next day saying it was fixed and the cost was $698.00.I'm relieved I had the means to pay for it..

I cannot speak highly enough of this shop! If I could give them ten stars, I would. I myself took my car in a number of years ago and felt very comfortable and pleased with their service. In the past four months, I've needed to send my 19 year old son in to see them twice, while I am in another city. These folks have been nothing short of fantastic - respectful, kind, flexible, and very trustworthy. Seems to me that sometimes finding a technically capable mechanic is one thing (which they are), but finding capable mechanics who have such wonderful honesty and customer service is rare indeed.

Everyone here was friendly, courteous and honest. Talked me out of an engine coolant replacement (unnecessary). Had my brake fluid replaced (kind of dark for 5 years old). Definitely coming back for any other work needed in the future!

I've been taking our cars to McGraw's for about 5 years now. Friendly, knowledgeable owners who take the time to explain the repairs, what should be done right away, what can wait. Super clean, organized and well equipped shop. They continually invest in the most modern technology so they can quickly diagnose and fix problems on even the newest of cars.Communication is excellent, they're very good about calling you to keep you informed on the expected time they'll be finished.

Not one to write reviews, but have had my socks blown off by the customer service both times using McGaw s. They don t mind taking 10 minutes to fully explain everything going on with your car, what they found, and recommendations if there are any. They treated me better than family and took excellent care of my car only doing what needed to be done and being very upfront with xyz didn t need anything, they didn t show any wear very rare to get that type of honesty. Fair pricing, and excellent results. They did some suspension work for me and this car hasn t driven this well in years. Will be a customer for years to come.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

McGaw's is the best shop around! They are fair and work quickly, and they communicate well to let you know what is needed. My husband likes to work on our cars, so he's pretty picky about where we take them for work when he can't fix the problem, and McGaw's is the only place he's comfortable taking our vehicles.

This is how great this auto repair shop is. They were flexible and accommodating my schedule as best they could. They started looking at my car at exactly the time they said they would. They spent 20 minutes with it, but didn't charge me because the problem I thought I had was not the problem that existed. This is my new go-to garage. I can't say enough good about them, and the customer I was chatting with has been taking cars to them for 20 years. It is not the least expensive shop, but I am convinced it is the best value.

I started taking my car there for maintenance and repairs about one year ago. Each time I have had service needs this has been done in a professional, timely, and friendly manner. I especially appreciate that the owners took extra time and effort to work with an extended warranty policy I have, which is extra work for them, but saved me money. Highly recommend McGaw's Automotive

I had a great experience the other day here. My serpentine belt came off. I drove it to them and they got me done in an hour. I may have been fortunate with them not being too busy but when I called and asked how long, they told me the wait and it was done within the time. Fair price too for the work involved.

I'm glad I found Mcgaw's, and will use them again in the future when I need an independent mechanic, for sure. Brian gives very good explanations and won't oversell you on repairs you don't need. In my case, he didn't just fix the problem (a fried ignition coil), he fixed the root of the problem so it wouldn't occur again (busted heated core hoses spewing antifreeze). He could've easily insisted on more repairs to inflate the bill, but didn't. I really appreciate that. I even suggested extra work and he said he wouldn't bother if it was his unless I really wanted to invest in tuning it up. I think all of the other reviews on Google are accurate. They had my truck fixed in 1 day and sent me home with a list of other issues we might want to address in the future if I hang onto it. If you're on here searching for a good mechanic in the area, you found a great one.

Honesty, integrity, and stellar knowledge of cars and their operating systems. Brian, Spencer and the guys will treat you like family and fix your car in a swift and timely manner. I would be lost without them and I refer all my friends because they treat them the same way. They are certified and the shop is super clean as well.

Not your regular mechanic shop. They're definitely out to take care of the customers vs. make money. Moving from Colorado recently and having to leave my old shop behind I cannot express how relieved/ecstatic I am to find such an amazing place. I'm a customer for life after my experiences here. I highly highly highly recommend going to these guys

First time customer. This is a great auto repair shop! They were honest, direct, respectful, and helpful. They found a big problem with my vehicle and spent the time to discuss options. I greatly appreciate the effort to help me out. I highly recommend them for any auto repairs and will definitely be going back for any future needs.
