Took my Truck there for Oil Change.Unfortunately needed coolant services as well. And the team did a very good job explaining the problem and what needed to be done. Provided photos and parts that needed to be replaced. Under new management, but these guys are honest and prices are reasonable. I recommend them. Thanks again Fellas for your services. See yall again in the future.

The A/C in my 2013 Chevy Sonic "lost its cool" while driving from Lubbock to Arlington. At the suggestion of my son who lives in Arlington, I went to Kwik Car Auto Service. Everything about my visit was excellent in every way: Promptness, communication, technical knowledge, pricing, and the main thing... cold air once more in my car! If you need auto service or repair in or near Arlington TX, Kwik Car on Brown Blvd. is your best choice!

The staff are friendly and accommodating. I recently had some issues with my Dodge Caliber that they were able to resolve and gave me a fair price for parts and labor. Highly recommend!

I had my AC Condenser replaced because it had a leak. Everything went well with the repair and the price was very fair. Jacob the manager was personable in explaining the repair requirements and getting the work done. I highly recommend this shop, they did a great job!

I have used Kwik Kar Kare for years. They are AAA certified & just genuinely honest & kind. They do excellent work & will not try to upsell you on repairs. Today when I took my car in for an oil change, the first thing I was asked by Mr. Ellison was if I wanted the paint/scratches buffed out of the front right side of my car. Honestly, I was set to live with them since my teen driver swiped the garage a bit too closely. Well, Mr. Ellison got them OUT! I have never cried (for a happy reason) at a car maintenance/repair shop, but today I did. It was a simple act of kindness, but it truly ministered to me. I use Kwik Kar for both of our vehicles - a Dodge RAM truck and a BMW X5 sedan. Both use synthetic oil. These folks do a great job of taking car of our rides and are price competitive. I've been impressed with their staff and highly recommend them.

This was my first time using this kwik kar location. Manager Jacob took a look at my vehicle which i brought in for a tune up and to have my engine valve cover gasket replaced. They were able to complete the work in a timely manner and touched base with me while completing the work. I haven't had any issues! And I'll be using their services in the future. Thanks for the help guys!

Kwik Kar in Arlington is a great place to take your vehicles in for service. They can do all maintenance services along with medium to light mechanical work. I took my car in to get an oil change and to check for an oil leak. In my past experiences, I thought it would be the oil pan gasket leaking, and instead of taking advantage of my assumptions. They advised me that it wasn't the gasket but was something else entirely. I will definitely go there again.

Oil change was good but there s Lack of communication at this location, the tech told me $20 then after the work was done the lady with tattoos on her fingers who checked me out told me $25 & had an attitude. Being upfront with customers when pricing is critical. She earned this company the review.

I preemptively wrote a positive review upon speaking with the owner, prior to finishing the job. Terrible mistake. Several shady errors were made, which is unfortunate when service managers are commission. I spoke with the General Manager who was kind and willing to rectify the situation. Which was only smoke he was blowing. He claimed They couldn t refund my card but would call me when he delivered the check to the store so standby 2 1/2 hours later still nothing. My assumption is they want to write the check instead of refunding my card because they don t want to affect the stores revenue for that day. Shady people. I won t return to this store for services again. I ll be going to Brakes Plus at green oaks down the road, people I know that I can trust. I really tried to give them an opportunity. Initially was pleased with how the owner interacted with everyone. But unfortunately, after he left I was charged for an unnecessary service and $100 for a tire rotation . I guess because I was a female they thought it was ok to try and empty my pockets? But the point is beware and if you see something that doesn t look right, speak up because the hundred dollar tire rotation was apparently a system error But we know that s not true because before I paid, I questioned the clerk and said your tire rotations are $100? To which she replied yes ma am..I now know after calling all of their stores tire rotations are $29.99. I am very displeased with this store. No explanation as to why I was overcharged. No explanation as to why they performed a service the owner told them wasn t necessary.No apologies no nothing they acted as if I had no right to question these mistakes. I am livid just thinking about how many women they have done this to! They tried to play it out as long as they could and was only rectified once I brought a male up there with me. For anyone who is looking for A Trustworthy service station to take your car, Try Brakes Plus down the road. Genuinely honest people.

Best crew of certified techs. They have always taken great care of my vehicles. Yes, they are not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Pride in workmanship is hard to come across these days, and they always go the extra mile.

I needed my 2013 kia optima looked at took it to kia dealership to my surprise they thought it was something else when it wasn't so i drove it to my favorite shop to my behold JACOB ROGER one of the mechanics at kwik kar in Arlington found the problem right away to my amazement SMH you would think kia dealership would have known since it was one of there vehicles now I see why I keep coming back to the shop I been coming to for years it's nothing like being back check them out when you find you have a problem with your vehicle of vehicles thanks again JACOB ROGER AT KWIK KAR

Who does this??? I mean seriously??!!! My sister took her Lexus in for PM issues and they sold her a $150 tire rotation. Her car has staggered tires which do not ever need to be rotated! Beware and visit this shop at your own risk. Place is a circus!!! Would give ZERO stars if possible. Brakes Plus on Green Oaks would do a full service oil change with full synthetic oil including a tire rotation and fuel injector cleaner for $99! Boo Kwik Kar you lost a lot of customers behind being so dishonest

Different than the last few years. Maybe new management. They used to offer AAA discounts. We used to receive quotes via email with photos for repair estimates, with clearly defined repair timeline. This was definitely not the case for our last repair.

Overall good. Service was good. I had an appointment but they didn't get me in until over 30 minutes after my appointment. Pricing a bit high too. Just needed my oil change done.

I was referred to this Kwik Kar by a friend that always takes his car there for repairs. Well, I see why. The staff and mechanics are so courteous and do a great job. I feel like I got a great job for a very good price. I recommend this location. Jessica was so easy to communicate with. It's not one of those 5-minute oil change places they really take the time and do it right which makes me feel a whole lot better knowing that it wasn't rushed out. What a shady business they're running. I had a very opposite experience compared to some other reviewers. They seem completely dishonest AND if they were actually honest, can't even provide proof to show for it.I took my car in for an oil change and to fix an oil leak, and the mechanic point out a part that needed to be replaced so I give them an OK to fix it. The repair excluding the oil change probably would have cost around $600 - I paid then picked up my car. Shortly after that, I noticed another leak around the same spot on the floor so I brought it back for another inspection. They now said they see the oil coming from another spot close to the motor, but they're not able to fix that job there and would need to take it to another place. OK so why r u telling us this now? How is that problem not discovered the first time around, when I took my car in for the very reason? As a customer I began to question your dignity in the way you do business, and also the quality of work you do. So at this point I already lost trust in your business.Also I don't understand why mechanics don't take pictures or something to prove the quality of the job done. You can tell me all you want that u fixed whatever u fixed, but if u see the same problem happening, would you trust that person again to finish the job? I've seen other body shops take photos just to show the work they did. I'm sure I'm not the first person who asked to show photos for the job they did.Readers: PLEASE go somewhere else, where they're EXPERT mechanics. PLEASE save the headache of having to deal with a team of crooks unlike me.

Took the car here for oil leak. They charged us $800 to replace the gasket and valves. The oils leak problem was not fixed. Still leaking from the same spot. I asked them to recheck the problem. They said the oil is leaking from the top and it is not something they can help with. They just told us to bring the car to another shop. They also refused to issue a refund.Customer service was horrendous. They keep talking over you and would not listen. Calling us rude, a fraud and threaten to call the police.I want to know why they can t identify the issue on the initial check up. Why would they take on the job if they couldn t fix the problem. Why don t they own up the mistakes and just issue the refund?$800 lost with the same an oil leak and full of disappointment.

My maroon 2010 nissan altima looked about the same other than the 2 main parts of the vehicles I would've done myself but opted to allow someone else to do it if the rest of the car would be detailed. My headliner was not touched. I was quoted $175 when a year ago the other Kwik Kar charged $150 and didn't have to check around to find someone to give me a quote. Also the interior was worse back then. I do not like half done jobs just because certain parts look clean from afar. And to claim they were on it all day only added insult to injury because I waited at the other kwik kar for less than 2 hours and it was worse. I dropped my car off at 8 called at 2 and was told they would call back when it's done. They called back shortly after 3 for me to come get the car. I was not impressed. I could've been happy with the way my arm rest and center console turned out but as I stated I could've done it myself. I've detailed cars growing up. I was truly disappointed thinking I would get the same experience as the other Kwik Kar. It went down heel from the moment the guy stared at my car like it's a big job then quoted me $175. Then had to let the cashier know what I was charged. It did not go down that way at the other kwik kar. The woman that quoted me never touched my car. I will attach the head liner images once I pick my car up from my mechanic.

Never bad service when I use this shop, the lead mechanic is a magician and the new manager will bend over backwards to make sure the customer is taken care of. Only one there and took 40+ mins for oil change. Convenient and when I have a low tire they put air in it so I feel an obligation to use them for service but damn that s a long time without anyone else in front of me must have done a really good job checking my fluids

Bad place. Told me they could do any kind of repair but no, only made it worse by breaking more stuff. Never got back to me about actually fixing the issue. It s ok to admit your limitations but to cause more problems and offer no solutions is not good.

I always get top notch service, and this time was no exception. I had to get my car towed, and made it there with two minutes to spare before closing. Someone had to jump my car to get the key fob out of the ignition, which meant they all ended up leaving 15-20 minutes late. However, I was treated with kindness and patience.
