This is the SECOND time I went to get an oil change for my car and they broke my coolant hose with everything spilled onto the engine bay. I noticed a large cut into my hose after coming home from work, the worker didn t even tell me that he cut the hose blamed it on me.The First time I went to get an oil change the morning after getting ready to go into work I was backing out of the driveway and noticed a large puddle of oil that came out under from my car. These mechanics at the shop are unprofessional. Go to a shop that actually cares for their customers. Don t go to this place.

1st Experience- putting it mildly, not a good one at all. I had brand new Struts installed on my BMW, not by this place, at home. Heard some horrible knocking, went to them for their expertise opinion. Their advice I needed Struts, those were no good. Brand New, no good! Told me Spindle was also not good. Can only get parts from dealership, can't find aftermarket. Went down the street to Brakes+. Sway bar was loose among some other things, tightened all that up, no more noise. Charged me 1 hour labor my baby back in business. always get a 2nd opinion. Always. They were going to be in my pocket for nothing. Trust Not! I'm just saying.

Great location, friendly guys. Needed an alignment, they quoted a great price and took care of the ESC light that kept turning off and on.

EDITTried again, they still are terrible. Sat for 20 minutes for a state inspection and said no cant do it. I had a FULL size spare on and would not inspect it, previous inspector here and that is not something they can fail it for. I asked to see where it says I have to have all 4 chrome wheels and they refused. Stay far far awayWorst customer service I have ever received, i was asked if I believe in god as I am trying to pay employees showed up 15 minutes late and the 10 minute oil change was 45 minutes long. Was told that God gave me money to pay.....I will never step foot in there again.

I always do my oil change and state inspection in this place, first because the crew are always happy to help and answer any question you have, prices are reasonable. A+ for the crew, A+ for service, A+ clean environment

Great shop. Really friendly people. Got my tires mounted quickly and got a reasonable price. Definitely my go to for tires in the future!

Update 12/29/2018...Against my advice, my wife took her car again to this place to get the oil changed 3 months ago and I brought the car to Jiffy Lube just the past few days ago. Prior to her having oil changed at the 10 minute oil I had it done at Jiffy Lube and I notated the serial number on the oil filter, after I took it back to Jiffy Lube this past time I asked them if the oil filter was the same or if it had been changed because I suspected 10 minute oil change of not properly performing oil changes and changing the oil filter for their $19.99 special. Come to find out, just as I suspected, the oil filter that was in the car was the same oil filter placed by Jiffy Lube the prior time to my wife taking it to 10 minute oil. So for the $19.99 special, 10 minute oil change is not replacing the oil filters as they State they are and I have proof on a receipt if ever need be to show. If you value your car, do not have your oil changed at 10 minute oil they will lie and they will not perform the work as stated and you will end up with a damaged vehicle as a result.Original Review...Liars, and potential damaging stupidity with my car.Took car in for oil change, have been for over a year and only have done so bc the oil filter is in a wierd place you can't get to without having a lift or a pit to access it, and have NEVER been told that my car required synthetic and I find out today, that AFTER them putting in standard oil for this ENTIRE time, that it needs synthetic... and he even showed me where it says that under the hood. But they will be happy to do a full flush and replace it with the right oil for $99!He then said that coolant and brake fluid was also almost empty... but I KNOW better than that, bc I JUST flushed my coolant myself and my brother who is a master replaced the brakes, bled the brake system and refilled it! On both occasions, I have triple checked fluid levels to make sure that they are good, SO I opened up the accesses and asked the guy again what was low? He looks at me and says, oh well they looked low when I checked them a second ago.Stay AWAY from these people, it's obvious they have NO CLUE what to do with cars and are liars "refill" your fluids and charge you the extra money, when I guarantee they would have never done it say all! I am NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS SCAM ARTIST PLACE! What's funny is they have a sign that says good labor isn't cheap! Hah... especially when it's SCAM LABOR!

The service was fine, and we have used this place often. It bugs me though when places don't keep up with their landscaping. This place would look more attractive and kept up if landscaping was maintained.

Beware the ownership has changed so has the business practice where these people with cheat and deceive. I use to go here for many years and oil change price were posted on their billboard and other work they perform were also posted inside the waiting area, now that has changed , no price listed anywhere. I thought it was the same regular price for oil change like I did last time which was usually 50 for Corolla, but to my surprise he charged me $85. I was like what is going on but they refused to honor the actual price even 60 or 65 would have been acceptable. These people don t care about customers and will scam you ,thieves.Service: Oil change

I went to this place to get an oil change like I always have at least a dozen times before. I couldn't remember what type of oil went in my car because I always just got a regular oil change. This time the guy asked me what oil I wanted to put in my car synthetic or regular. I said I didn't know he asked me if my car had been here before I said yes. He said he would look up the history and put that oil in. When I went to pay he charged me $80 for an oil change. I have never paid $80 for an oil change. He put synthetic in even though apparently I have never gotten synthetic in my vehicle before. If you go here be aware that they will try to screw you over. If I could give this less than zero Stars I would. Good luckService: Oil change

This is a business run by mature men, not kids in training. They do more than just oil changes and I was lucky enough to have them work on a tire a couple days after an oil change.My experience was amazing and professional both times I have been. I believe they follow the Golden Rule and treat customers the way they would want their family treated.I am a solid customer from now on!Services: Tires, Oil change

Great service and super fast- got the high mileage oil a few months back and my car is still running strong today! I only waited 15 minutes and they threw in a free tire rotation and they topped off all of my fluids because I waited longer than 10 minutes. Love it- the last time I got my oil changed at another business I waited 45 minutes even though I had an appointment so kudos for the great service, 10 min oil change! Will be back!

The only place I go for an oil change. I've been going here for years and they provide quality, professional service every single time. One of the only places that lets you bring your own preferred oil and filter and they've even went above and beyond to make sure all things were in order. I will not go anywhere else as long as they are open.

I had been before to get my inspection, and they were pretty quick. That's the ONLY reason I'm giving them 2 stars. But they are not always honest. I just went for an oil change. Pull up and asked how much. I was told $70. I asked is that really it because I'm in a Tahoe. He said, "Yep!" So I went with it. $112 later, I'm super confused. Apparently they NEVER deal with large engines because they didn't know until they put it on the computer that a vehicle my size would take 5 quarts of oil. The dealership charges me less than that! But what irritated me the most was how okay they were with deceiving me. It was obvious that they do this often. The "gentleman" at the counter could not have cared any less about my concern. If you would of at least warned me, I would of been good!

Do not trust these people. I got an oil change and they forgot to put oil back into my car. My oil change light started going on the fritz as soon as I left and so I turned around to ask them about it and they told me it had to do with my sensor and I d have to go to the dealership. Behold when I check my dipstick and it comes up completely dry. When I confronted them the next day about this, they tried to say they say there s oil in the car (oil that I had bought the night before and put in so my engine wouldn t lock up)and that they have procedures for oil changes but I know they forgot to put any oil after draining it. I highly do NOT recommend their services.

Beware they don t have price posted for anything in the business. They will charge you any price they want with no concern. Always ask for specific price and detail before you go ahead with this scam place. I went there once and they asked me outrageous price for just simple oil change avoid this place if you can, not worth your money and time. Rude customer service and lack of market price and American system just fraudsters.Service: Oil change

READ ALL THE LOW RATINGS BELOW AND MAKE WHAT DETERMINATION YOU WILL. THEY ARE VERY SIMILAR. It was a minimally friendly place and the service was fast and efficient the first couple of times. The last time I went there a newer guy overfilled my fluids and I had multiple leaks afterward. Maybe he didn't like white people? His attitude toward me was not that great though he pretended to be polite. I quit coming here. Reading the replies to these reviews, the owner is more of an excuse artist than a businessman.

I went to get an oil change here at the recommendation of a rental car employee. I was skeptical at first due to the reviews I saw online but I decided to give them a try as the employee told me that they were super nice and reasonable. They had my car for maybe 10-20 minutes before they called me out. I was then told that whoever did my oil change previously had "stripped the drain plug" and that they would probably have to replace the whole oil pan. Ten Minute Oil Change "wouldn't even begin to do an oil change". They claimed they didn't even touch the oil pan at all and couldn't believe how unethical the other company was to not have told me they stripped the pan at the time of the incident. The Ten Minute Oil Change mechanic told me that I should take my car back to where I got my last oil change. I get to the other place, and confront them about the stripped oil pan only to find out that it was done by the team at Ten Minute Oil Change. The mechanic at the other company told me that it would not have been possible to see the stripped oil pan without beginning an oil change and that it looked like they used an improper tool and turned the plug the wrong way causing it to become stripped. He then proceeded to replace my oil pan (at no charge) and completed a proper oil change. He even gave me a discount! Ten Minute Oil Change has the nerve to have signs about supporting local businesses all over the waiting area when they have no respect for their customers and clearly lack integrity. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable place to get your next oil change.

I have been going to this place for over 2 years because they are right up the street. I get the same thing a full service oil change, so they check all your fluids etc. I have gotten this done over 10 times here! Tell me why I m driving and my car stops working! I get it towed cause I m not a mechanic, come to find out the problem was my car was completely out of transmission fluid! Not cause of a leak but because they never checked not even once but I always paid for it. BAD BUSINESS!!!

I had my car serviced here. They tried to tell me I had a antifreeze leak when they filled up the reservoir. I said I would take a look when I got home. I got home. The oil was a quart low. They never filled the windshield washer fluid. I took the antifreeze reservoir out and checked it, no leaks, they manufactured a leak at their shop to try to sell me unwarranted repairs. Stay away. Shady business practices.

Has to be new ownership, I have brought many vehicles here and things have definitely changed...and not for the better. The techs used to wear uniforms, now they just wear whatever and it looks like they are just hanging out, not working. I drive a very common vehicle and had the guy ask what it was...that didn t make me very confident that they knew what they were doing. Then it took 3-4 of them to change my air filter.By the time they upcharged me for oil disposal fees and charged me $20 for an air filter I could buy across the street at Autozone for $11 I spent more than what the dealership would have charged me... I called and asked to verify that. I never thought the dealership would be cheaperThe entire reason places like this are in business are because they are convenient, a good value, and professional. The experience I had all I am left with is that they are convenient, and that s not enough for me to come back. Too bad...had the techs worn uniforms and acted professionally or had any experience at all I would not have called around to check prices. But my car is expensive and I am not willing to chance it and let a crew that didn t look like they wanted to be there and surely didn t seem professional or experienced work on it.

This place was amazing! Sam was so sweet and helpful, it took literally 5 minutes. My oil is topped off, I have a new sticker, everything was quick and easy. Him and the gentleman inside were excellent, I give 5 stars on auto service and 5 stars on customer service! I will definitely be back!

I have been here 4 times. Every time I did oil changes on my car, I had to request that they fill up my fluids every single time, because they never did. No smiles by any of employees ever, no eye to eye contact from any of the employees ever. Not once have I received service by any of the employees with excitement that I am a customer. The last time I was there, not only did they not do the fluids again, that actually sliced my wiper hose with a knife. I went out to check for topping off my fluids, Which they did not again. I've been song fluid running out in out from under the car. I ask the manager to come check it out please and he dictated that i have a leak And I could Check it out for me for $40. I tell down my windshield washer fluid was not leaking when I got there. Not only was I furious and mad I also let them know how mad I was. I then Went two doors down to Jerry's automotive Where they showed me and advised me me that my hose underneath the hood had been cut with a knife. Jerry's automotive fix my hose free of charge. I Have went to Jerry's on a motive for my all changes and inspections now 2 separate occaisions and . I will never go back-to the 10 minute oil change ever again. Jerry's automotive Employees greet each individual with smiles and face-to-face eye contact where they care about their customers. Not only one employee greets you every person that walks through the office reach you as well!
