3 folks greeted us. Extremely nice. The cc machine was down and the manager made time to get change for us, otherwise we would have had to go to another place. Excellent service. at a time where people don't believe in customer service. I do believe that they think customer service is important.

Hands down the best jiffy lube I've ever been to. Can definitely expect my business from now on. The store was so clean you would never guess they do oil changes! The manager and a young lady were there alone and even though it seemed a bit busy they never skipped a beat. I love when i see companies like this help support women showing they can do anything men can..... and in this case id say maybe better!! Great work! Couldn't have a better attitude!!!

Honestly was a good experience. I was service by the general manager Wendell, who was not only personable but knowledgeable and kind. It truly makes a difference when people enjoy what they do which you can easily tell he does. I was also helped by Zachary who was great friendly funny and truly made the experience enjoyable.

Zane and Zach were so friendly and helpful when I came in for an oil change. The waiting room was clean and warm and the service was completed in a reasonable time. Highly recommend!

Zane, Zach, and Casey did a great job for me yesterday. They all had a hand in changing my oil and doing my inspection. Did a pro job & double checked every step of the way to make sure it was done right.Very friendly guys who chatted with me about my car, and looked like they are happy to be there...not just "punching a clock".Thumbs up

A week ago I would have given no stars. The staff was clueless and had i not gone back a few days later and recieved excellent service from Mandy, my engine would probably be blown. I can only hope that the other lady who works there is new. But even if that's the case, there is no excuse for her to have over added on oil as much as she did. If I'm correct, I do believe those oil guns measure for u... so I'm just not able to understand how that happens or even justify it. However, i will return to this location or whatever location Mandy is at... her customer service is genuine and I appreciate the time and effort and attention she put into my car and in to listening to what I had to say. She drained all of the oil and replaced it with the right amount and it's been a week now and it seems to have solved the problem. Thank you for caring abt your customers and for knowing what your doing.im sorry that your help is so "limited" for lack of better words.

Timely, courteous, Mgr explained differences between what Dealer recommended and what I wanted. I chose what dealer recommended. It was better for my car and I got coupon discount. I used to come here with same vehicle years ago. Now I moved back and same Great Service.!! Faith was my initial contact.1/10/24 still excellent service. My 4th year coming.Service: Oil change

Wendell and Maury were Exceptional the care they took with my car,as the latch on the hood wouldn't open, so they sprayed it with WD 40, so I guess I will have to get some for future issues. These Two get a 5 star from me. He also replaced a filterService: Oil changeService: Oil change

They forgot to put my reminder sticker in the window. But other than that great job guys thank you. The prices for a diesel oil change is higher than the dealership but the gave me a pretty decent deal. And I need a the oil change right away being that my truck was going to be out for work.

This is my favorite Jiffy lube hands down... I actually received excellent services today with an oil change but was offered a headlight cleaning!!! When I tell you my headlights are sparkling like they're brand new. Man, come get your vision back. for real great service to the young men working today.

Really happy with the great service & the GM Josh was very friendly, professional & such a great asset here! Another Employee (Zachary) took the time as well to ask me how my day was which was really nice. Customer service was fantastic! Very nice man named Eddie showed me my filter that I will need changing soon. As an older woman-it s important for me to not feel taken advantage of & I know I can trust them! Fast & economical! Much less expensive than up the street & in addition-I had a coupon for $13 off a regular oil change I easily found online. I ll definitely be returning, they earned my trust

Was able to get in and out, car has a code error so did not pass inspection(reason for my visit), they took my $25 payment with no explanation and a smile.

This establishment deserves a 5.0 rating. The General Manager was completely honest with me telling me that since the last oil change the mileage didn't warrant an oil change. She showed me just how clean the oil is and recommended I come back in 6 months. Other places would have changed out the oil anyway just to make a buck...

Quick, clean and fast!!! I came in for an oil change as I use to go to the dealership- Toyota of Irving to do my routine maintenance. Jiffy Lube has earned my business. Mya was very professional and provided superior customer service. Mya made sure to keep me informed throughout the process and advised me that the dealership did not do the services I paid for during certain mileage requirements! I love when employees and company s do their due diligence.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

My experience was horrible. We pulled up to get an oil change in 100 degree heat and had to get out to wait inside. There was NO AC and no where to sit. My family and I stood in the corner while nearly melting away. When asked why is it so hot in here the MANAGER WINDELL said when Black people come up in here the AC stop working. I said huh? He said ON God I swear. When he walked back outside I asked the man at the desk what s his name and position? He said Windell is the Manager but we are our own Franchise. So I asked for a discount since the whole experience was hot and sweaty and the price was $75.00. They charged me 74.00. Never again! Poorleadership,poor customer service. Racist comments. Never Again!! I cannot believe this happened in 2023.

I went there to get my oil changed for my car. The people there were amazing, helpful, and cool! They got my oil changed and when I had trouble with my battery, Chaz got me up and running with a new battery! Not my normal Jiffy, but was passing by and thought I'd save time and use this location. Big mistake. I don't know how many F-150s pass this place, but you'd think mine was the first. Didn't have the drain plug in stock. Couldn't find the correct socket to change the filter. Then, used YouTube video to reset my automatic warning message. Really disappointing as I used to visit this location when it was under a different name.

I just received the best service from Jiffy Lube. I came in for an oil change today and the new team there was very nice, answered my questions and gave some feedback on car maintenance that will be helpful for the upcoming cool weather.Kentrell, Chass and the lady (sorry, forgot her name) are a great team and their customer service is excellent.I will definitely make this my location for upcoming service.Service: Oil change
