The owner Davis surely cares about your need and is very honest and thorough. He explained every little detail about the work I needed and even suggested various options to pick from. For sure will be back. Great spot to bring your loving car for the great care it needs. They did a great job replacing my from air bag suspensions with new parts and even changed the lines for me for free. 10 stars.

I used iride when I was rear ended in April. Iride was absolutely amazing working through what was a frustrating process with my insurance & Davis helped me understand what was going on with my insurance while also keeping me well updated with the progress on my vehicle. 10/10 Customer service! & a fantastic job on my vehicle! Definitely recommend & would use iride as my default body shop in the future!

Davis was very welcoming and knowledgeable about coilovers and air suspension. Took his time to make sure I as the customer was fully informed. He cares about his work and strives to provide quality service. I was ready to pay for a super expensive upgrade but he gave me a ride range of options, including longer-lasting alternatives. Goes to show that he is trying to earn customer satisfaction rather than just trying to make quick money through shady business.

My car got totaled and got referred to Davis by a friend. He's been awesome. If you are looking for someone who you can trust and have peace of mind, not have to worry about the quality of service and cost then he's your guy. Super satisfied.

Excellent Management, Along with Fantastic Customer Service!!!Drove all the way from McKinney (over 1hr in traffic) and it was Definitely Worth it! Will Definitely be coming back for any and all car work.This shop is Personable and Extremely well Managed. Davis did a Phenomenal Job! They go over every detail with you but also give you a heads up if they notice a change during the service of your vehicle. They let you know before they take that extra step.Quality of work: They quality that they provide is unbelievable. They will go the extra steps to make sure everything is hidden away, looking like nothing was done to the car. They even clean up after themselves!Will definitely be back sooner than later to get my Aftermarket headlights installed!

We had a great experience with them at I Ride. Very professional and truly pay attention to the customers needs. My car was done within a couple of hours and i could not be happier with the results. Highly recommend them. Ask for Davis, he is a cool dude with lots of knowledge.

I am so impressed with the customer service and communication from I Ride. Davis was great to work with. I took my Mercedes in because the paint was peeling severely and I needed a mirror assembly replaced. They matched the factory paint well and stayed within my budget. Plus they did headlight restoration. What a big difference! Will definitely be going back with any future repairs!

Davis was very honest and true to his word. Needed a speed sensor replaced on my Prius. Got the work done in one day. Way cheaper than the dealerships price. Showed me the old broken parts that were replaced. I will be going all and future work I need done. Highly recommended. Everyone cared about the work being done, and my car was treated with care. Best place to take your car if you want the work done right and for the best price.

Phenomenal staff and easy to work with. Brought my 2015 Mustang in for some wiring work and they took care of it quickly and were very knowledgeable. Diagnosed my problem and told me how they d fix it. Will definitely do business with again. I would highly recommend anyone with aftermarket products to put on their car to have it done here.

Davis and Vinh are always amazing and very helpful. I ve taken my car for wrecks and they always do a splendid job with repairs and Davis always keeps you updated with what goes on with repairs and the insurance company. If you require a trustworthy auto shop, this is the place to go to.

Amazing people. Very professional and know what they are doing. We were referred by a friend a couple of years back and just took a second car for repairs. They are very detailed and knowledgeable. They are also very good with communicating. Something came up and they messaged me to inform me before going forward with repairs. When picking up the car, they explained what was done, asked to look at everything and made us feel welcome to ask any future questions. Thank you again, guys!!!

They covered up rust damage with 1/2 of bondo, also hammered in firewall to a point that the accelerator stuck!I was sold a lifetime warranty to only find within a couple years that they would not honor it because they changed owners.Paint bubbling everywhere, and bad workmanship in general.I would not trust them with something you care about.I paid 2k+ to have rust fixed around the windshield and the engine bay painted, that included the lifetime warranty.Service: Painting

Recently had my car fixed at iRide and let me just say the service was phenomenal! I personally have never had to deal with body shops so for this to be my first experience it was great!! Not only was the service great but the quality of their work was just as impeccable. I am highly recommending iRide to everyone I know. The staff here at iRide did a awesome job on my Durango. Did some custom interior work, and a custom light installation. I plan on using them more and more on the next phases of vehicle upgrades. Thanks guys and keep up the great work, and providing wonderful service!
