I ve come here twice all the way from Grand Prairie for the most affordable used tires I can find ! I literally roll over with my flat tire going 10mph and come here for a replacement! I m so thankful for this place they always get the job done and WELL! Gonna get my brakes done hereToo! Highly recommend!

This place will rip you off they took my good wheel. Then they put the new tires on an old bent wheel. By the time I find this out it's too late.

i came here to wanting to get only one used tire the guy wanted me to buy 2 for 145.00 i told him i didnt have the money, i was just got back in town and i was taking care of school stuff i only wanted to get a used tire i would have got two new ones when i got paid, seemingly i needed two charged me 100 for two saying i would get a 7 day warranty, apparently while inside paying he did a switcharoo taking my two good tires placing them on the front and placing my bad tires on the back. i didn't make any notice of it until the following day i was driving ran over some water and my back started to tail fin. i got two new tires from discount with warranty the following day i got paid. i went up there to expain to the other guy i know what he guy did all he said was theres no warranty on used tires.. the catch is he never gave me the tires just rotated my tires around for 100.00. my child was in the car bro.. the sad thing is you a muslim and under cut another muslim. regardless of it i had a kid in the car and you seemingly undermined me and put lives at risk for small change. your sad

Crooks & Deceptive practices. 8 day warranty (MOST used tire shops will offer 30 day) oh & catch#2... If it's a low profile tire, then there's NO warranty. I've bought used tires from Regios & Latino tire shops on Cooper for years without issue $40.(they didn't have my size this particular day) I bought 1 tire from Herreras that didn't last 4 days $60. I called them since I was in Plano telling them it wasn't safe enough to drive to Arlington on it. I took a picture of the faulty tire & called them PRIOR to it being taken off my car at this other tire place. They said it was fine bring my car in they'd give me one for the other side since that still need replacing. Once I got there they Wldnt replace it OR refund my money. Stating I needed to bring in the other tire. I asked what if it had blown out& shredded down the hwy? They replied to bring in what remains on the Rim! Used tire shops are a dime a dozen in Arlington. 50/50 chance of a shotty used tire regardless of where u go, 100%chance of being screwed here so bring your K.Y.! BTW reporting issue to Attorney general also

Posted review to fast. Got tire from these guys then the very next day daughters and I almost had a wreck due to a blow out while traveling out of town. They were hospitable and nice but could of cost me and my family our lives. Sometimes it's so easy to get taken advantage of when you're a women not knowing things that men know. When people spend their hard earned money they should be treated just as good as the people they are giving it to for their service.

Rude workers over here trying to hike prices over Some small time work. Don t tell folks 10$ for a tire plug but then discover another nail in the tire and then try to charge 20 when literally just told me over the phone $10 to plug a tire.. MF middle eastern folks come to America and try to overcharge folks. TF!!!!!

I had a horrible experience with the tire shop across the street from this place and I decided to see them next right after. This place took care of my car very professionally and they were all so nice. I definitely recommend this place for your car needs. Thank you all for your great service.

Victor did an amazing service fixing my car/tire. He was very helpful and generous giving me information of parts I needed for my vehicle as well.Manager and staff , very professional and great service! Will definitely be back if I have tire/car issues in the future.

Fast and helpful! Went to Regio s tire shop and were told they were closed even though online it shows 6pm. Herrera s were kind and inexpensive! Definitely recommend!

Needed a patch done for my truck that we ran over a bolt and was leaking. Awesome service and very kind people. Was surprised with some of the bad reviews on here but almost all of them are consistent with used tire purchases. It seems very odd to purchase something used because you are cheap and to blame the person simply trying to help you out. But patched my tire and told me if it EVER has an issue or leaks he will take care of it for free. And obviously the cost was cheap as can be and we were in and out in 20 minutes at 7pm at night.

This people are the fastest mechanic have evern see or been to. But be aware they will talk sweet you about changing something in your car and i best believe they hussling people but apart from them. Their service is cool

Very rude. I got 2 rear tires replaced less than three weeks ago. Both are now showing threads . I still have the receipt so I went up there to get new tires because the warranty was good . They refused to honor the warranty and argued that they did not put those tires on.

I had a flat tire and they were open till 8 p.m. on a Saturday. California is not open that late. I also appreciated the great service that I received

Horrible experience! They don't like refunding on tires. My tire was bad and I went back the next day to ask for a refund. They chose to deal with the cops instead of with me because I got upset when they didn't honor the refund 8 day refund policy. The cops didn't make them right their wrong and said to take up with small claims court. I took my truck to a shop across the street and the tire had been plugged many times and couldn't be fixed. They sell bad used tires. Beware!

They are the friendliest people and they had my tire done in 20 minutes or less I mean they are amazing I only paid $35 for a tire and that to me is absolutely awesome you'll love this place I've been a fan of theirs for years nobody beats their prices

Great people, great prices and great products. I was rude to them for no good reason. They still treated me with the utmost respect. I purchased a set of tires that look like they have never hit the ground for an SUV and only paid 250.00 out the door. Go see these guys.

I have used this shop 3 times over the last 4 years with good results. A recent event has caused me to change my mind. I went to get a tire repaired on my son's truck and was told by the technician since the tire was over 10 years old, he could't touch it. Upon further investigation, I found that the tires were 18 and 19 years old!!! My son has been driving on these since January 2016. I have contacted the shop to let them know they should have NEVER sold tires that old regardless of tread appearance. The manager has not returned my call. I plan to give them a chance to make it right but if they don't, I will take further action to warn others of their dangerous policy when it comes to used tires!Update from 8-2-16 I had the tire mechanic on duty repair the left rear that Discount Tire wouldn't touch and he did an excellent job! The owner came in during the repairs and I stated my concern for the age of the tires she sold me back in January 2016. Her attitude was they lasted 7 months so what is the big deal? I restated that it was irresponsible of the tire shop to sell any tire over 10 years old. You know what her reply was? " I have several NEW tires that have been in storage for 10 years and they are ok to install on the vehicle! " I am DONE with this used tire shop; they charge too much for WORN/OLD tires and don't take any responsibility for their work!! No wonder the poor buyer only gets a 8 day warranty!!! BUYER BEWARE!

Never written a negative review but now I've been inspired. So here goes. drove 1.5 hrs to meet Denisse I was exited to buy a rare tire size for my 15 yr old Sons truck. He saved the money for some used tires. Before I left town I finally spoke to the boss and she told me she would negotiate price if I took them in the truck verses mounting and balance She said yes. How much tread left and is it even. Yes. There about 50% tread left....All my tires are 50%."1 tire of 4 were even close to 50%. 2 were 500-1000 miles left to pass inspection. And she would not negotiate or let me skip the mount and balance. Very misleading owner. There are about a million better people out there to buy tires from.If your buying off Craigslist...prepare for disappointment

Don't know why people are complaining about how they purchased a used tire here and it didn't last long or how Herrera's warranty is only 8 days. A used tire is a temporary solution until you get a set of new tires. I have bought used tires multiple times in my life from shops all over DFW and hardly expect them to last longer than 3 months. Don't be cheap when it comes to tires and brakes because it has to do with your safety.Anyways, I only went there for a tire rotation and wheel balancing. Also got the air topped off. Great price and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Will return and definitely recommend.

I should have read the reviews before going there. I just got ripped off. I went there to get my tires balanced and rotated and noticed that they Look somewhat confused. They lifted my car, pulled out the tires, took them to the back and just a few minutes later, they brought them back and put them back on my car. I found the whole process very suspicious and I went down a couple of blocks to another tire shop to verify that work even if I had to pay again, just to find out that nothing had been done to the wheels. NO BALANCING AT ALL. No weights on either wheel!!!! I didn t go back to complain only because I know myself very well!!! Someone would have been dead!!!!

I went in to get my tire patched. They had it fixed and back in the road within 5 minutes. I didn t even need to get out of my car. Amazing service!

Absolutely the worst. Bought a tire, within 7 days the tread came off while driving. The tire didn't even go flat, the entire tread came off! Went back up there and the lady, I'm assuming the manager, acted like she didn't want to replace the tire. Finally she had one of the guy's replace the tire. Now the same tire that was replaced has had a flat, along with the tread coming off AGAIN! Horrible tire place. 2 crappy tires. A straight ripoff.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!! We went to buy a used tire and replace a valve stem. We ended up purchasing 4 used tires and upon having them installed were told we actually needed 3 valve stems replaced. Not even 48 hrs later the original valve stem we went to replace appeared to be leaking. We realized it WAS the original valve stem and NEVER was replaced. We returned and the tech appolgized and replaced the valve stem and then said we needed to speak to the owner. She pretended she couldn't conversate with us. After having a conversation 48 hrs prior about buying 4 tires and a price and warranty. She even went as far as getting her daughter to "translate" for her and demanding we pay for the valve stem.

Nothing special about this place they tried charging me $45 for a used tire. Told'em I only had $30 & they graciously made an "acception" just for me.

They quoted me $90 for a used tire. The shop across the street (quality tire) took care of me for $50 for the same size and brand
