I read a lot of good reviews about this place but unfortunately, it was not the service that I received.I brought my truck in for front end alignment. I was told on the phone if it didn t qualify to get the alignment, I would have to pay a diagnostic fee that I agreed to.I understood that it was way of protecting their service. My diagnostic came back with a ton of front end issues and steering issues of course. I was also told my alternator , radiator and another component of my truck needed to be replaced as well all within 45 mins of dropping it off.Keep in mind I did drive the truck up to the shop . At the end of it all I was quoted a $1600 labor fee , parts not included.For some strange reason , I could not wait to pay the diagnostic fee and drive my truck home .I m still scratching my head about it .

I have a car that s out of warranty and wanted to find a reliable, honest, and reputable shop that can care for my vehicle. After doing a quick search I found Guerrero s which was only a mile and a half from my house. Absolutely love this shop. Bernice is a joy to work with. She s so friendly and patient. They were able to perform everything that my car required (new tires, shock & struts, alignment, oil change and safety inspection) and had my car back to me in a day. Thanks for everyone at the shop. I definitely recommend them to care for your vehicle.

These people are extremely customer service oriented and driven. I ve been going to their tire shop for almost 7 years and just visited the muffler shop for the first time. Once again they were very honest and up front about all that I needed done, accurate and quick. No games, no lies, honesty and one time I prayed with them upon opening because I needed a tire before work. I m very glad they are located in my neighborhood. The receptionist always treats me like family and as a matter of fact the staff act like they enjoy each other. All they re missing is a dining room table because everything else makes you feel right at home. I got my brakes and oil changed and it was very reasonable. Thanks Guerrero s!

Great service! They serviced my GMC for the reason it was brought in without any games or upselling tactics. The wait time was also very reasonable. Definitely recommend this shop.

I ve only been out here for a year. And unfortunately finding good auto repair work is hard. Saw the reviews here and was sold. In the last year I ve brought not 1 but 3 cars to this place. The owners wife, great. Her customer service is phenomenal. Pricing, great. Even their diagnostic charges are reasonable. I had nothing to complain about. Until yesterday.I came in with a $300 OEM part directly from Honda brand new unopened in plastic. I explained that the P codes and this part, made me a little nervous that the wrong thing is being repaired. He said he would take the part, confirm it was the right one and the services being rendered are accurate. I m talking with the lady in the front and he comes back and tells me that the part I gave him was actually broken where you connect the electrical piece. My mouth dropped. Then I saw blue marker dots everywhere. I asked well what are these. He proceeds to tell me it came like that when I know I didn t. Now, because I have a temper and this is Texas, I just walked away. I get in my car and guess who has blue ink on her hands?I know for a fact the part I inspected through the plastic before I even got out the car was not broken, and there sure as hell was not blue dots everywhere. But unfortunately I can t prove it. I have no pictures. So not only did they break a $300 part and say it came like that, they put blue permanent marker over EVERYTHING and I can t even return it and say it came damaged to recover the part or cost. I am livid!!! This is not ok. And unfortunately legally, I can t do anything about it but stop going here. I debated about posting this review but I can t just stay all the way quiet. Please be careful going here. And if you supply your parts, TAKE PICTURES. Don t be like me.

I have a van that needed brakes, rotors and some welding done to the back of the step . The van is used for a charity and needed to be safe for the next day . I called here for the first time . They where very nice and got me right in . I got there and they had the work done within the hour . The brakes where done perfectly. So was the back step . They where very fair on the price and went out of their way to get the job done . This is a great family owned business and would definitely recommend them to anyone .Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Customer Service: This is honestly what keeps them at 2-stars. The receptionist is very kind and friendly! Amazing customer service skills.We had taken our Honda to get an oil change from them and they did not screw in our under guard all the way. That same day when we were on the road it started dragging. We had to call our roadside assistance to get them to temporarily zip tie it. When we contacted Guerreros to fix it since they did not properly reattach it they told us that they would fix it. Their idea of fixing it was using stronger industrial zip ties. We tried to get them to replace it still around this time but they were unresponsive. Months later it of course came undone again and now they are claiming they simply don t remember if it was their fault or not and are not wanting to take accountability.I respect when people own up to their mistakes. I do not respect dishonesty. I would not take any of my cars here ever again or recommend it to anyone else. They are not an honest shop and caused $300+ in damages to my car.Service: Oil change

I love these guys! I trust them and that s a big deal when dealing with your car and being a WOMAN! Totally family owned. The owners daughter is the receptionist and she is OH SO SWEET!!! I even go to their tire shop right around the corner from here. The owners son is also very nice! I have a corvette that is lowered down pretty good. Most muffler shops wouldn't even attempt to put it on their lifts. Guerrero's got my car on the lift safely. Loved their professionalism. They did an incredible job fixing my exhaust system that was installed by another shop. I was very pleased with their work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I brought my car here because it had been braking roughly. The man and woman who helped me were very polite and knowledgeable. I left the car, he called me to give me my total cost and again to tell me it was ready, then I picked it up. So simple. The work was quick, they never tried to tack on other stuff I didn t ask for, the price was very reasonable (much less than I was expecting), and best of all: my brakes are back to normal. I took my truck to another shop on Cooper and they did the alignment for my truck. They aligned it well but didn't tighten the upper control arm and it slid out of alignment. They couldn't get the steering wheel straight so I brought it here to give them a shot and they got it perfect. I would recommend this shop if you need an alignment. Very fairly priced and got it done quick.

My daughter and I were visiting from out of town and ran into some car trouble. We were so happy and consider ourselves lucky to have stumbled across this Shop.
