Don't even think about taking your car to this place. They don't know anything about cars, I take my car for an oil leak, and I believe they drive may car as daily drive because the fuel tank was full and when I picked up the car has empty gas tank, a front collision damage also found some beers cans and I don't even drink. Anyway, they charged me to fix the oil leak, but the car still leaking.

Went with a friend to this location with a car he just purchased. The seller states He got it fix at this location and that we can take it if problem arises well problem did arise! Upon arriving to this location and speaking the manager, he told us not to worry and asked for the keys. The car got fixed without no out of pocket cost.I recommend.

The one on East Pioneer is the BEST! They always take good care of our cars and they do honest work. They never try to get over. I've been going to this location for 7 years. I tried the other one in Pantego and the service was terrible both times.

Rude, as a paying customer LOUIS had the audacity to tell me "Miss we busy" I'm trying to get clarification/understanding of my car that they have had in there possession for a week now with ABSOLUTELY NO UPDATES from them to date. And you don't have time to explain to me the in's/and out of my car dealing. Only to understand it will be another week Understand I have been a repeat customer of yours for about 7-10 years and today's experience was absolutely "APPALLING'. Me as a customer shouldn't have anything to do with the shop being busy, it does matter that you treat each and everyone of your customers as if their service and relationship with GERS matter. This is coming from someone who rarely do bad reviews, but the call was absolutely HORRIBLE

Be aware of the lack of knowledge of workers at this place that can put u life or u family at risk.They did a alignment on my suv last month days before I travel out of the state, while driving 70 mph or up I start noticing that my rear tires will pull out of the road when passing a uneven or small pot hole to the point where I almost lost control of my vehicle all the way to my destination(12 hrs drive from Arlington) many times, driving back have to reduce the speed to 60 mph maximum because I don t want to crash, took my car to another place to get it check and that found a rear tire facing inward which cause the suv to be out of control, went back to them and ask for a reimbursement with the right alignment prove from the other place and they told me to no cause u supposed to come back to them to get it fix. How should u trust someone that put u life at risk. What an ignorant people expecting u to comeback so they can keep practicing alignment on costumers vehicles.Don t trust them, take u business somewhere else or they never will learn.

If I could give these guys a 10 star rating I would Jessica was amazing i called to get a wheel alignment which was $25 you cannot beat that you have to bring cash or they will charge a 3.5 rate on your card so 25+3.5% I brought cash it took them under 30 minutes to do my wheel alignment soon as I came they got straight to work I will most definitely will be coming back !!! They are amazing PRICES ARE AMAZING ESPECIALLY IF YOUR ON A BUDGET wanna be cheap like me

I will not go to them ever again. Alignment was done they charge $25.00 .They ripped me off charged me $41.40 and man looked away never looked at me because he knew he was ripping off on what he charged me. I call pantego gers asked lady to give me owners ph# she didnt give it to me. Said shops charge what ever they want but they all charge $25.00 for alignment.Told her to have owner call me so he knows what his shop is doing. She never have owners phone#. Said shops do what they want. So be careful it's a shady.shop.

I went to have my tru k checked out due to an oil leak. I was told I had to get my rear main seal replaced to stop tje oil leak. I paid 800 dollars for the service. After a week of them having my truck I got it back with the oil dipstck left ounder my hood amd something unplugged from under my truck. My check engine light was on. I took my truck back to find beer bottles everywhere and the owner not wanting to take accountability for my truck still leaking oil. I showed him pictures of my driveway and pictures of the space I parked in at work that showed lots of oil.This place is a rip off don't go.

I have a 1992 Buick road master I went to this place to get dual exhaust put on and it was horrible the worst Saturday of my life . Guys took all day to do the job . When my car was pulled off the lift I noticed a severe exhaust leak which made me have to come back to their shop multiple times and the job still wasn t done correctly. Upon waiting on my car to be finished these guys had a crown royal bottle in the office and was pouring each other shots and they also had a case of corona beer sitting on the lift that my car was on . At the end of this I ended up having to take my car to a and b muffler and the driver side pipe was ran in correctly causing it to hit against the frame of my car So Please don t use these guys and the boss and son is very rude treated me like I was nothing when I m a customer.Service: Exhaust

Please please do not come here. I came here for an alignment had to sit and wait and watch him joke and talk on the phone to someone and other employees... and I left with my car worse out of alignment. He didn't even align the rears like I asked and when I asked for them to fix it because my steering wheel is now turned sideways while driving straight he told me I needed to wait till tomorrow or wait 2 hours (even though they close in 1hour) because he wanted to work on another vehicle that's on a different lift. This is really Unprofessional and they do not know what they are doing. Now I have to go somewhere else and pay more to have my car fixed. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME PLEASE.

I got my front brakes and rotars changed out in 4 hours without an appointment. The price was one of the lowest I found and I'm glad I found this place. I will definitely use them in the future.

DO NOT GO HERE i went in to get an alignment and louis there drove my 2021 lexus is 350 of the ramp and crashed my car and have been avoiding to fix my car and so is the shop owner avoiding the issue and uto body shop avoiding calls. they refuse to fix what they caused and didn t even get an alignmentService: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

This is a very professional affordable place.I have been there twice and the service was very quick and done right.Changed the whole muffler for $140 in 2 hours for my Nissan Sentra!!!I checked the feed back and the rates before I went there and the true is that this guys need to take 5/5.

The old fashioned SCAM repair shop is here. Stay away from this super tricky auto repair "Gers Brake Aligment & Mufflers" . They did silly job on my car s alignment and went wrong quickly. I brought my car back for warranty adjustment. They lift the car up and called me to look at my car s suspension system. They saying bushings are old and lower arms are losing and need to replace for the wheel alignment. I own car related business and immediately felt they are lying for tricky plot. They estimated freaking $580 for parts and labor! I bought my car to other service shop to check and confirmed nothing wrong with my car. I will report this evil shop to Better Business Bureau. To be careful specially for Mexican people because I saw simliar conversation in Spanish language and that customer was easily trust what they are saying.

Literally the worst shop! Don't go here!! First of all the wait time is super long and for the alignment they didn't even align it. Each corner of the car the camber was off and they didn't know how to fix it lol. Second, my exhaust. I had them do some exhaust work which they did a terrible job. Owner cut my bumper and messed it up, exhaust tips weren't angled equally and then they didn't split the pipe correctly so I had an exhaust leak. Wasted close to $200 here and won't ever come back.

I took my car for an oil change, decided to do the next one at home. We tried removing the oil filter cap but it was extremely tight where it would not come off. Took it there the next the day to see if they could help me out since they were the last to touch my car. Well to my surprise they came back and told me that they had no idea how it got so tight and the only way to take it off was to break it and I would have to buy the part or my car was not going anywhere. Took it to another shop and they actually took it off.

Just bought vehicle and noticed alignment wear so took it to Gers for their $25 alignment. After an inspection of the suspension I was told it needed inner tie rod ends, outer tie rod ends, upper control arms and lower ball joints for only $965. They said they would not be able to align it until this work was done. Took it to City Garage and Firestone for a second and third opinion. Neither of them found any concern with the front end parts. Had it aligned for $80 at Firestone. Since automotive diagnosis is some what subjective I will simply say that Gers is not concerned with repeat business. Their $25 alignment is too good to be true. BEWARE

At first, I had my doubts after glancing at past reviews for this place. I went in for an oil change. It was really inexpensive which is nice. I have been driving my car around for about a week since the oil change & there are no issues, no leaks, or anything. So far so good!

Went for a alignment car has new struts new tie rods, new sway bar link, and i was told i needed new struts? Went for my car after being told it would only take an hour (2hours later) the guy handed me the keys and said sorry couldnt do it?...not cool God bless them.

If i could give it a negative star i would. I brought my truck in for an alignment after replacing the front end bearings, bushings, ball joints, and sway bar links. This shop was referred to me from another reliable shop, so i ignored the negative reviews. I was told an alignment was $25, so i was happy it was cheap, only come to find out later after the job was done, that's for a PARTIAL alignment only (toe only, no camber). They didn't say that when i dropped it off. I've never had anyone do a toe only alignment bc that's not aligned if the camber is off. During the day, they called and said both my outer and inner tie rods needed replacing, although i just replaced my outer tie rod ends, they said they couldn't warranty the work without it, i told em no, just align it. When i brought it to them, the camber was a little positive (top of wheel sticking out) on the passenger side but pretty good on the driver side. When i got the truck, the camber was way negative on both sides (tops of the tires slanting in) and the wheels were so outta align even my 10 yo daughter asked why they looked like that. With the inner tie rods needing replacement, there was only a half inch play, NOT ANYWHERE NEAR enough to do this, plus tie rods do not affect camber in my situation. I asked what happened, they then changed their story n said they tried to fix the camber, but it was adjusted out all the way, although i know this was not true bc i know what it looked like before as i has just replaced the upper control arms. Basically i feel they saw my truck as a piece of junk, and since they weren't gonna get the inner tie rod job and didn't have to warranty the work, they did nothing except move the camber inward badly. If i could post pics before my work, after i did my work, then what it looked like after THEY DIDN'T DO THEIR WORK, for those that don't know mechanics, you'd get a very clear picture. Plus when i got my truck back, they had left greasey hand prints all over my steering wheel. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! I TOLD THE SHOP THAT REFERRED ME TO THEM AND THEY APOLOGIZED AND SAID THEY'D NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THEM AGAIN. Also, my gf had her alignment done there before this, they said she needed new tires, which she did, so they "aligned" her car, we just replaced the tires, and the car pulls to the right as it had before. Took it back n they said they weren't gonna warranty the work bc we didn't replace the tires before it left the shop, again another shady sales scam, if they'd done the job correctly, if they they even did the job, the car wouldn't pull to the right with 2 brand new tires on the front (the rear tires were only 2 mos old). Do yourself a favor, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, READ THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS, BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS.

Horrible Place, do not take your car there. I needed to get a Catalytic converter replaced he said I would need to leave my car one day and pick it up the next day my car has been here for almost 2 days and he still hadn't repaired it then he called and said both need to be repaired but my husband said no we've already had the diagnostic and bank one needs to be replaced. Never never agsin

I'm went in to have a simple job done come to replace 02 sensors on my vehicle. My vehicle was running fine, starting 5fine and in general besides a few O2 sensor issues fine before I took it to them. Their counter person had even had to start my vehicle not long before that to run a emissions test and she said that my vehicle was running fine before. After they put it on the left and didn't work the vehicle was not starting, and it kept popping fuses for the crankshaft position sensor. Turns out that the wires had completely melted and it was shorting out. Now the first story was that they were nowhere near it then it turned into oh it was already crowded before we got to it and did any work, so no not only did I have to pay for the work for the O2 sensors which I already did before I found out that it wasn't running I then personally had to go out and buy a new part, and he told me the wrong part so then I had to go back personally and exchange it for the correct 1. They kept saying that it was messed up before they got it even though it had no problems or indication before they did any work. Furthermore after looking at the park they not only wood to do something for it to cause such a catastrophic failure but due to their incompetence for trying to diagnose the problem they very well could have set a fire within my cars engine I will never bring my vehicle back to this place and I will discourage any and everyone who asks my opinion on themDesired Resolution: RefundDesired OutcomeI want a refund, I not only payed to have the work done but I then had to pay for a part you broke.

I had a basic service done to my car (oil chang... I had a basic service done to my car (oil change and tire patch). Adrian, the mechanic on duty, approached me after about 30 min. of waiting and said he's going to look at it. After about an hour, he came back and said there's nothing wrong with the tire. When he gave me the invoice (#49615), it showed a charge for the tire repair. The next morning, I checked to see if the tire is still fully inflated. To my disappointment, it was not and IT WAS MISSING A SCREW! When I ask Adrian about it, he said there was only 4. I told him I just put air in the tire before I drove to the shop and they were complete. I also told him that I find it strange that he never reported it the day I brought it in for repair. It would take another 2 hours for them to patch the hole I pointed out to them and still with one missing screw! AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COST!The same car above was brought in for re-service the same day to a shop across from Ger's. While I was inquiring about lug nut replacement for the missing one, the shopkeeper noticed a piece of metal piercing near the edge of the problematic tire and TWO bolts destroyed! Now I have to find TWO replacement plus pay for the destroyed bolts! And have someone plug a second hole! The guy, Adrian, not only lied about the missing lug but also tried to sabotage a perfectly working minivan that my wife and kids use on their daily routines. Thank God these mishap was discovered before any serious harm can be done. In fairness to the other mechanics (those from the Dallas location). the problems were fixed as soon as they were discovered. This Adrian has to be fired for endangering the lives of my family! And I don't think I should have to pay for the additional repairs! Calling the attention of the shop's owners...

If you prefer professional expertise and quality service then do not look here. Employees are unattentive, unhelpful, and unqualified for automobile repairs. You'll be better off driving your vehicle it into a ditch. You have been warned.

Reasonable prices for repairs. All the guys are very professional. I go to them anytime I need a repair or even a oil change. Would recommend them anyone looking for a good place to take their car!
