Firestone exceeded my expectations with their outstanding customer service and hardworking staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and felt valued as a customer. The staff members were knowledgeable and attentive, addressing all of my concerns with expertise and efficiency.One thing that stood out to me was their commitment to going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. They took the time to explain the work that needed to be done on my vehicle and provided transparent pricing, which I greatly appreciated.Moreover, the hardworking nature of the Firestone team was evident throughout my experience. They worked diligently to complete the service on time while maintaining a high level of quality.Overall, I highly recommend Firestone for their exceptional customer service and the dedication of their hardworking staff. Hands down the best and most honest Firestone I've ever been to. They have gone well above and beyond to help us out. 10 out of 10 stars will definitely be back. Xavier serviced my vehicle and the dude definitely deserves all the props and recognitions possible. Ian in the front office is awesome. Great customer service skills all around.

DON T GO HERE - THEY WILL LOOT YOU!!!!!I have recently gone for the diagnosis of the front passenger window regulator. Before the check, they have said that it would come under the complete vehicle inspection check and costs me $19.99. After the check, they said that the diagnosis would come under the Electrical diagnosis and charged me with $99.99My point here is, why should they say two prices before and after? Why can t they give a better communication service on which type of service they will be doing and how much they will be charging?

This young man Tory serviced my vehicle and I was more than pleased with the results! I came in for a simple oil change and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and he gave me a courtesy check on my entire vehicle! I was incredibly pleased with my service and this young man definitely deserves a raise!!

I needed tires and I called and talked to Jacob. He was super knowledgeable, courteous and was reasonably priced. When I got there, he made me feel like I was his only customer, even though they were very busy. The quality of the Bridgestone tires I got are A+. I'm so glad that I have a new place to go for all of my auto needs. Thanks Jacob and thanks Firestone!

I was contemplating purchasing a used car, but had some reservations about it. I test drove the vehicle to Firestone to have it checked out. I was so obviously stressed and upset with the seller already. Everyone at Firestone was so considerate, in shock at how unprofessional the seller had been to me.Within just minutes, the mechanic asked to show me something. Upon looking at the car while it was up on the lift, it was incredibly obvious that this car not only had a myriad of issues, but that the seller was intentionally trying to make it look like it wasnt, by poorly washing parts off. The Firestone mechanic told me that, in his professional opinion, I absolutely should NOT purchase this car. I thanked him, and knowing how stressed I already was, he told me there was no charge for looking at the vehicle. I was so thankful and appreciative that they were all not only very professional, but kind and considerate. I would 100 % take my vehicle to this shop! These guys deserve a raise!

Great service! I came here to get my low beam light fixed and received awesome customer service. The attendant, Ian, was very informative and understanding. The service was quick! Would highly recommend this location.

Worst Firestone experience ever! I have always serviced my cars from Firestone and never had this much bad experience unlike this branch. They keep adding extra fees and did a terrible brake job on my car, it keeps making squeaky noise and needs more force to stop, which was not the issue before . Poor communication and tries to overcharge. Terrible customer service, made me wait in cold just for a tire air while I saw three staff hanging at the front desk. I don t trust the work they did on my car and I believe they use cheap parts. Never had such experience with Firestone except this branch. Avoid this branch.

UPDATE: 11 Jan 2023Had to take my car back because one of the tires kept going flat despite them being brand new. Also the throttle body sensor kept coming on and it was starting hard. In the end, I had a hole in my exhaust manifold, my tire was repaired, I got a new starter, and an oil change. Pretty pricey but hopefully this fix will keep my car running another year. Thx to Jacob, Kat, and all the mechanics that worked on my car. These folks are all hard workers and very professional.Took my 2009 Dodge Caliber in for tires, alignment, and replace my throttle body assembly. I was expecting to leave it there pretty much all day but they joined forces and got it done in 2 hours. The service was great, very professional and courteous. My car runs great. I hope it will last because this is the 3rd time I've had to replace the throttle body (different mechanic).

I brought my car in to get checked out due to vehicle running slightly hot, and engine light .Firestone suggested an oil change, and coolant flush. Later that day it was still running somewhat hot. Firestone then suggested spending another 285.00 for a thermostat, after I just spent 310.00 I am overwhelmed with the bad service at Firestone.

If I could give a zero stars I would, I have never ever had a problem with any Firestone ever, and today, this was the worse experience I have ever had, so the only thing wrong with my husbands truck was a water hose busted, that's it that is all, they called to say he needed a new water pump, which we still do not believe we did, but we needed the truck fixed, when asked the price we are quoted $1038, again we needed our truck, so I told the young lady to go ahead fix it, she was like well, there are some discounts we can give, I was like cool, a couple of hours go by and she calls and says, my tech wanted to know if you want him to fix it and I said, i thought you all were fixing it per our last conversation, FIRST RED FLAG, so then she says ok, I asked again about the discounts and was assured it was going to happen, hours go by and we get a phone call to pick up the truck, when we get there, no one was at the desk, we looked around and still no one, so about 10-15 minutes later a guy comes in and yells, does anyone work here, a person comes out the back with a horrible attitude, and begins to assist us, now we were not the ones who yelled but he said to the other customer, I knew they were here, I saw them in the camera, SECOND RED FLAG, then, Mr. Stank attitude goes on to tell us our cost is $1246, i'm like hold up, the original quote was $1038, he walks to the back and pretends to call someone, then came back stating that she said she told me $1400 and we received $200 in discounts, at this point I am livid, because someone is lying, then he said, well we can pull the call and see what she said, I was like fine, pull the call because I know what she said, then he goes to the back again and comes out saying, only a manager can pull a call, OOOOOH NOW IT CHANGES BECAUSE I SAID PULL THE CALL, then he asks, did she call you or did you call her, I said she called me, he then said, oh well it was not recorded, I said if it records one way it records both and I know for a fact what she said, the money is not the principle, its the price gouging that has me in a frenzy, we were lied to and treated with disrespect and I will be following up with corporate tomorrow because I will not be treated like this, we went from a leaking water hose to a whole new water pump and hose and other things that were not wrong, I don't know if they needed the money or not but this is unacceptable and they will here from me, and they better figure out how to pull that phone call, because somebody lying..... I need answers and I will get them, mark my word, I am a very honest person and I treat people with respect, I will not be treated any other way....SN: I only went to this Firestone because one of my favorite people worked there, he use to service all my other cars, if I had known he was not there anymore I would not have gone there, the service is horrible, and the team is crooked,

The service I received was outstanding,Jacob(Jay)is AMAZING.From the moment I spoke to him he was knowledgeable and helpful but when we met in person it was better!!!He is awesome.The young man is refreshing,humble;knows his stuff and he knows he knows his stuff but he isn't the least bit cocky-the young man is kind,well versed,professional and so helpful.Jay multi-tasks like nobody's business.I have been a long time customer,seen MANY managers come and go but he adds a certain je ne sais quoi to the Pioneer location.I am not easily impressed,But that young man impressed me,he is going to go far.He possesses some key qualities:he is respectful,kind,courteous,knowledgeable&that smile while providing great service is priceless.He is a winner.

James luera took the stress of buying 1300 worth of tires and made it easy.Was very knowledgeable on tires and service and what tires I'd get most use of for my jeep. Highly recommend visiting James and team for tires/service

The engine was locked up. They knew that. Still they changed the battery and charged me $400! And it didn t solve the problem. I had to spend $400 without solving the main problem. Bad customer service. Will not return to them again.

I had an appointment at 3. My car was not taken until almost 4:30. I didn t get to go home until 6:30. This was for a wheel alignment, rotation and balance which actually wasn t even done correctly in any part as my car is still drifting.

Great service. Very polite. Very fast for the service I needed. Good communication. I can t speak to prices, but it seemed fair and I was told by other Auto stores that it was the better price found on Pioneer 303.

DO NOT GO HERE. Made appointment for 7:00 a.m. the guy didn't bother to show up until 7:30 to get to open up the shop. Then he's rude saying he was on the road for an hour. Meanwhile customers are lining up just waiting for him to get there and do his job. MUCH BETTER PLACES TO GO IN ARLINGTON. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE.

I had them come replace a tire for me while I was stranded at work with a flat. It was such a stressful situation for me as a new driver but they were so kind and helpful. The service was quick and I was really surprised at how affordable it was. The gentleman who helped me was named Carlos and he was so friendly and polite. I highly recommend calling them if you're ever in a jam or just for basic repairs if you can't get to a mechanic shop.Service: Tires

This was my first experience with this location. I had a 1pm appointment for a oil change and tire rotation. They did not take my car back for service until 2:06 and still one hour and a half later I am still waiting on my car. I will not be back to this location. What is the purpose of an appointment if you have to almost 4hours for this basic service to be preformed.Services: Tires, Oil change

I didn t have any work done, but I spoke with James in order to gather information about fixing my car. He was courteous, helpful, and extremely patient with me and my two young kids who were far less patient about mommy taking care of business. Haha!!I would recommend this place to anyone. Customer service on point!!

They use cheap parts and charge outrageous prices. They don t give status updates about your vehicle. You have to call and ask multiple times. After getting my brakes done, I had to take my car to another shop to have them fixed properly. I won t be going back or recommending them ever. It was my first visit at this location.I got my car inspection and oil change done here. The customer service is excellent! I would like to say Jason cares for his customers! While waiting in the store I saw him treating every customer in a polite manner. I was genuinely welcomed with a smile and treated well. In addition , he is very polite and friendly.Thank you for the great experience- RonI m definitely going back.
