I rolled in late on a Saturday evening with a nail in my side wall (traveling out of state). The entire team was quick to respond and get my tire replaced and got me back on the road. Friendly, fast, efficient and EFFECTIVE.

Went for an oil change and inspection. Prices were great, they worked fast and answered questions I had about my vehicle. They didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need and they really helped me.

I had been coming here for over 10 years. My last few visits they have been wanting to replace unnecessary items that don't need replaced just to get more money!Today's visit, for a broken dip stick. I was told at the shop that broke it that it would be a quick process to remove they just didn't have the tool.Brought it to Firestone, they said it will be an 2 1/2 hour project costing over $575!!I said no, he said let me speak with manager.They dropped it to $177. Only took 30 mins to fix.My trust for this place is completely gone.

They did such a good job on Sunday that I had to go to my regular guy Monday to get him to patch and plug the tire right.

Good place. Paid a fair price for an electrical diagnosis and they nailed it. The staff was friendly and helpful.They told me what was causing a parasitic drain on my battery. I replaced that part, had it reprogrammed and everything is great again.Thank you!

Made an appointment a week in advance with specific tires requested. Got to the appointment and was told "the closest store with these tires is Abilene" but they could sell me different tires for $194 each compared to $125 for the tires I wanted. Zero communication from Firestone ahead of my appointment that the requested tires were unavailable, classic bait and switch. Total waste of time.

The team here did a good job. I went with the budget tire option and realized on a toyota hybrid prius you need to have LRR tires. Gas mileage dropped to 45 from 55 They swapped out the tires for the bridgestone ecopia plus 422 that I should have gotten in the first place. Jared the manager and his team Eli Isiah, David, Ivan are nice and treat customers well. Blessings.

Worst service ever! Please do not come here! They like to over charge and are just after your money! I brought my truck here a couple of days ago because it was making a weird sound so they told me they could fix the problem, they took a look at it and called me to tell what it was and they were able to "fix it". but as soon as I got it back it they talked to me and said sorry it's still making the noise but I think I have an I idea what it could be?I was so confused they told they fixed the problem as soon as I got done paying they tell me it's something else?! Not only that they more concerned on me getting more stuff done to my truck with them .. than fixing the problem I came here for. Worst place ever! I would highly recommend to go somewhere else!

Stopped here with a flat tire.Randy informed me store policy he could not repair it because I used Fix A Flat tire sealant. Kevin and Randy did get my tire aired up .I Highly Recommend Seeing these guys . I believe that they are honest mechanics .Have a Blessed Day.#TheRealTejasKenUpdate 30 minutes later.Had Kevin swap out my tire with the spare.Mz. Becky - manager sweet lady.Come get your vehicles taken care of.Proper scheduled maintenance will save you in the long haul Tejas Ken

Take what you want from this.We took my husbands Jeep to FIRESTONE on Little Road to have a tire looked at. We had already looked the tire over and no nail. However we had a slow leak in the tire. So we thought maybe it was the stem. Dropped it off and not even ten minutes later they called to say a nail was two close to the inner wall and it had to be replaced. My husband told them to put it back on. Another FYI they said it would be a two hours before they could get to it and they got back not even 20 minutes. They said they already looked at it (supposedly had the tire off and back on that fast ) and Jeep was parked in the exact same spot. With a small crowded parking lot with never a place to park.Took it to another place to have it looked at and they did not see the nail or anything else wrong with the tire. Make sure if you choose to go there to ask to see the tire or that they actually did what they say. We will never be back to that particular FIRESTONE again.It is so sad what this world has come too .. dishonesty with no integrity.

Always have great customer service when I go there. The staff are always courteous and helpful. They don't try to sell you anything you don't need or want. This i believe is why they stay busy.

Certainly not the least expensive in car care! They will always make recommendations for things that need to be fixed. It helps to know what is needed immediately or later on. Ladies, ASK!!The work is always reliable. Ask for coupons and they can help you out. You'll get your car back sooner if you avoid the weekends, if possible.

My windshield wipers did not pass inspection so they Went to buy windshield wipers for my car so it would pass and they stayed past closing to take care of my car! As a single mom with no help I don t have anyone to drop off my car . The last time I visited here I waited 2 hours for an oil change with my kids and these workers didn t care. This morning I showed up when they open and was turned away because they had too many cars already. I won t ever attempt this place again

We've been using this place for 10+ years. They can get busy at times & the wait time can get a little long. However, their customer service has always been very good and I've had no zero qualms about the quality of their work product - hence, my continued patronage.----Update 2023:Used this place for many years and spent a few bucks here on multiple vehicles. I cannot recommend this place any longer and my business will go elsewhere.
