My experience with this shop was refreshing. Straightforward competent service. Convenient - even dropped me off and picked me up from my work while they worked on my car. No additional charge. Shop orderly and clean - a good indicator of attention to details.

I bought a car from marketplace that had multiple issues, they fixed everything for a great grand total and were very commutative with me about updates while they did have my car at the shop. When I got there they did a walk through and let me look at everything before they even finished. Alan was the one that helped us but everyone there was amazing, and would definitely recommend going to them!

This is a very friendly family owned auto shop. I was greeted, serviced, and out in 10 minutes. They were very professional. I would definatly come back here.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE AT ALL! OWNER DIDNT WANT TO PAY FOR SERVICES RENDERED AFTER GIVEN THE BILL. BUT WILL CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING ON THEIR BILL.

Worst mechanic shop ever, I wish I could give 0 stars. This place was recommended to me by my dealership and back in October of 2022 my car was towed to their shop and "fixed" my belt had popped off and then 8 months later it popped off again and was fixed July 2023 and then didn't even last 2 months with having my car back that it popped off AGAIN. This dealership isn't good AT ALL! They tried charging me for the work they did when I spent all of August fixing what they supposedly fixed in July. This place is not good. DO NOT COME HERE!!

Familia used to be amazing. They do the work relatively quickly and they do it right. They used to be reasonably priced but something has changed and now the pricing is astronomical. The last estimate I received was higher than taking it to Meineke. It's unfortunate that this family owned business has priced itself out of the market.

I dropped my car off on Monday to get repaired. The engine light came off. They fixed it within 2 days and did my state inspection. I also used car warranty which was a smooth process as well.
