Euro Car Tech is amazing! They recently did a wonderful job replacing the breaks and battery on my Mercedes. They were able to take care of it quickly and at better prices than the dealer. They use high end parts manufactured by the same companies who often make the parts for the manufacturers. I also take my car there for regular service (oil and filter changes). If you have a European car take it to them, you won t be disappointed!

I ve been taking my car here for years! I m always greeted promptly by Mel who is so friendly! They ve always been very thorough with my car! I always receive a text or call from Elio to see if all my needs were met. I highly recommend this shop! I won t go anywhere else with my Land Rover!

I went to Euro Car Tech to look at a couple of cars for sale. There was zero pressure. They had a good selection of clean luxury cars. Mike assisted me, he was very professional and patient. I will be making my purchase from this place.Pat H.

I have had several positive experiences with Euro Car Tech in that Euro Car Tech s quoted car repair price beat the dealership quote by several thousand dollars and the work done/confidence in the quality of work completed by Euro Car Tech gives me peace of mind. The warranty for work completed is a bonus as well.The dealership car repair quote was astronomical and there was no willingness on their part to look at options instead of their usual plug and play methodology.Euro Car Tech investigated the issue and tried several initial troubleshooting measures to mitigate the problem/price. In addition, Euro Car Tech also fixed a problem that the dealership overlooked at no charge.Euro Car Tech was professional, timely and I am extremely happy with how my car now runs, having the confidence that the repair work done was comprehensive and complete. I have found my new car mechanics.

Preface: this will be lengthy .I got my car fixed here for the first time this week and 5 stars just isn t enough to rate my experience overall. I was calling around for mechanics to fix my transmission module control, dents on my front bumper, damage beneath it and plastic was hanging from the bottom of my car. I called Stress free auto care and they didn t do body work and I asked if he knew any mechanic who did. He referred me to Euro car tech and said they did good work on mercedes. I called, but Mel said they didn t change transmissions module controls and he didn t know who did in the city and then we ended that call. I decided to come in person anyway; a 30+ minute commute, instead of calling back regarding my other needs. When I walked in I was greeted kindly by a different staff member and he showed great customer service and stated he d be right with me. Once I explained why I was there he said Sammy would come out to look at my car. Sammy saw and immediately knew what I needed and didn t need and gave me the cost quickly and how many days. I had received tests from Mercedes Benz mechanic and another mechanic so I knew for the most part what was needed and potentially how much. My biggest concern was having to leave my car for days not having anyone to pick me and my son up and bring us back home and getting to my soccer training session, if I dropped my car off. Sammy quickly offered a solution that was extremely kind and I knowww, no other mechanic would do. Atleast the ones I met until this point. Just from that first conversation I knew I could trust that he would be ethical and my car would be taken care of. I have had a hard time trusting mechanics, but euro car tech made it easy. I was called just hours after dropping it off from Mel with a better solution that will ultimately save me money and may not need a transmission change! It took the exact amount of days, was cheaper than anticipated & Sammy drove my car to make sure it was working well before picking it up. When I came to pick it up today it was so beautiful and he went beyond to clean the floors and make it look & smell so nice, it exceeded my expectations in every regard! My son and I was so happy! I never take great customer care for granted or authentic mechanics! I needed a solution quickly and Sammy provided that and more! Thanks sooo much Sammy for being a major blessing through what could ve been a super stressful experience! Go here and ask for Sammy! They have my loyalty for future auto care.

They did a great job on my wife s BMW. They were up front with the pricing, which was a great price, and got the work done in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to anybody with a European car, and will be going back for any other issues with our BMW.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!! I took my car in for repairs and they did not fix my issue. I was charged for Audi standard parts but was given low quality parts!! I can't speak for any other type of car brands but I can only imagine if they are charging quality standard prices for Audi parts, I'm sure they are price gouging parts for other high end vehicles as well!! I will stick to going to a certified Audi mechanic who uses the OEM parts which could've been purchased, but the owner chose to purchase a lesser value part and charge me the OEM price. When confronted about it, we requested a partial refund and I would remove my review and let it go. Instead his response was to give me back some old broken parts and a full refund!! REALLY!! That's terrible business practice. I just wanted the money back for the parts so I could go pay an honest repair shop to fix it with quality parts. Instead of doing the right thing. I will NEVER take another one of my cars to this place!! I suggest that you do your research thoroughly before leaving your car here.If you are looking for a reliable certified car tech that repairs Audi and Porsche, you should give these guys a call: DubSquared Auto Repair shop, DAS Motorwerks or Lord of the Rings Auto Shop. I have taken all of my Audi's to these guys, and they are legit.

The technician cracked the plastic in my car near my air conditioner vents. I made the front desk person aware and he said they didn t touch it but there was clearly fingerprints everywhere and scratches and scuffs. I m a woman and I purchased my car brand new so I m aware of every scratch on and in my car. Possibly it s because I have a 2016 they thought that I wouldn t notice.Very disappointing, I thought that I had finally found somewhere that I could get my vehicle repaired other than the dealership.

It's been a while since I bought a car with such ease. Not only did I find the car I was looking for at a good price, but the team, especially Mike and Elio, made my buying experience exceptional. Initially, they allowed me to test drive the car and provided clear information about its previous use and current mechanical condition. Later, they helped me find the best financing on the market. I had been looking for a good interest rate, but all the options I found were very high, even though I had a good personal credit rating. Elio referred me to a solid financial institution in Texas, and I found a low and competitive rate. I really didn't think it would be so easy or fast.At no point was I pressured or manipulated to sign. After qualifying, they still prepared my vehicle, and I was able to pick it up days later. This place has excellent European cars from top brands, and I can tell you they strive to provide excellent sales and after-sales service. They prioritize the trust of their customers, which is not very common these days. This place also offers specialized mechanical service, especially for European cars of medium and high range. I truly recommend this establishment. Thanks, Elio and Mike, for your support and attention.

I bought a car from them and they were very accommodating to my every need. Since I was prior military, they suggested I go through Navy Federal, which I did and I was able to pick up my car. They stayed open past normal hours to complete the paperwork, do an oil change and send me on my way! I can't be happier! Euro Tech has a great group of people!

Long story short , I had my Mercedes GLK at another mechanic in Arlington FOR OVER 2 MONTHS. After finally realizing that mechanic was never going to fix my car, I had it towed to the Mercedes dealership in Arlington. They fixed the main issue (steering lock), and suggested I have the front belt checked out. I took it to Euro Tech on a whim (good reviews and close to my house). Within a few hours, they found MULTIPLE issues the Mercedes dealership missed, and had an estimate for me the same day. They took the time to explain all the needed repairs to my vehicle, and the severity of each issue. My car was ready the NEXT DAY. The best part is that MY CAR HASNT RUN THIS SMOOTH IN YEARS. They were able to diagnose a deep vibration other mechanics missed I just lived with this vibration because I was told YEARS AGO that my car is just getting older and won t run as smooth (my GLK is 11 years old, 160k miles). I will return to Euro Tech with all future issues. Very grateful to find a trustworthy mechanic.

2013 Porsche Panamera - Radiator flush, brake fluid flush, air filter, cabin air filter: Awesome staff, great service, very clean shop and much less expensive than the dealer. This is my 2nd time visiting Euro Car Tech since finding them. 100% recommend them for your Porsche needs vs having to drive to Grapevine or further out.

I have not done business with them but in my experience, applying online multiple times with multiple different cars on their website leads to nothing. They don t call you, text, or email you. You have to call them only to find out it was sold AFTER they run your credit.

I brought my car initially for AC repair, Mel and Sammy did a great job fixing the car and their customer service is amazing. very clear and upfront pricing and even better follow-up and turnaround time. Had my rear breaks and rotors done on my BMW. Brought the car in mid morning and they had it completed by mid afternoon. They also followed up to make sure everything was working and I was pleased with the service.

I originally went to this dealership to look at a BMW 5 Series. But, I ended up buying the Mercedes S550. Elio was great to work with! And I felt that he was very honest with his description of the vehicle. And when during the test drive I discovered that the front rotors were warped, causing a shake in the steering wheel; he immediately said he'd replace the front brakes! And he sent me photos of the replacement being done, with OEM Mercedes parts, not aftermarket! The price of the car was very fair, the condition was very good, and he took care of the brakes... What more could you ask for.These days it's SO HARD to find a used car dealer that is fair and honest, but Euro Car Tech is just one such dealership, and Elio is one such Dealer. I'm SURE, given their ethos, they will grow and have a loyal customer base that returns again and again.I haven't tried their service department yet, but I feel sure that when I do, it will be to the same standards. Give them a try, you won't be sorry!

Super awesome little dealer and auto repair center. Bought my very first ever Porsche 911 and it was in super mint condition. Elio the owner was super friendly and efficient throughout the process, and communicated with me every step of the way. I highly recommend these guys for any maintenance related issues or if you are looking for a great condition European car at a good deal!

Took in my first AMG for a PPI before purchasing. These folks are good people. Mechanic even came out of the shop to let me know about the vehicle. Will recommend coming here if you re in the area and need done on your European/German car. Or just a simple PPI.

Boy! These guys were fast! I have a mini coop and had an unexpected water pump issue. I rolled in on a wing and a prayer on a Friday morning and they had me ready Saturday around 4. So far all is good! They have great customer service. It would have been top notch if they had a car service to take you home in these emergency situations, but I understand. This will be my new car service place for my mini! Might also buy my next car from them as they have some beautiful cars for sale.

First off, let me just say, Euro Car Tech does excellent work. They are also upfront and honest about all prices. They replaced a fuel pump on my 2010 Volvo XC90. It was a little pricey, but I know it would have been even more had I had the repair done at the dealership. With that being said, the only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars, is because I made an appointment to come in on July 29th. So when I arrived, I was under the impression that my vehicle would be looked at and serviced on the same day. But that wasn't the case. I was told that my car wouldn't be looked at until either Monday, July 31st, or Tuesday, August 1st. All of this was fine, but why the appointment? Once they found out what the issue with my car was, it took about a week before my car was fixed. I'm assuming it took this long, because they may have had to order the part. Nonetheless, this is a great shop.

Awesome!!! Thank you so much!!! I noticed some oil leak from my engine, then a few days later a check engine light came on. I found Euro Car Tech through the warranty network, and after reading some reviews I felt good about taking my car to them so thanks to everyone who left a good review for them. The warranty covered my check engine light, but what's even better is the shop found some other issues that warranty ended up covering as well. My car is even better now than it was how I bought it. Give them a shot, their price would have still been reasonable even if I didn't have warranty. I highly recommend this shop, and am glad I found them.
