Don t tell a customer you can have it done before a certain time and then give zero updates why it was past that time. Oh and when I look up the recalls on nhtsa and FORD THEMSELVES say the recall will take 4 hours. Don t over promise and under deliver. Set realistic expectations for your customers.

Don Davis is the only place I take my truck after the issues I had with Grand Prairie Ford. They are always super friendly, very thorough, and the free coffee is the golden ticket for me! They could be a little quicker but that would mean they wouldn t be as thorough, so I ll sit and have my coffee and wait.

My rating is based on my overall experience over a month. I took my car in for a scheduled service. My chief complaint is the lack of communication. I always had to be the one calling to check on the status in spite of promises that they would call me. I had to call to find out if they had evaluated my car. I had to call to see when it would be ready. I had to call to see if my parts had come in. I had to call to schedule the visit to have the parts installed. There were also things that were undone from the initial service and had to be taken care of at the follow up visit. The oil change light was not reset. A mud flap was not resecured. The bright spot in my visit was J.P. who was efficient and knowledgeable. I will likely not take my car back for service here.

I'm actually sad to have to write a bad review for this local business. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but their service is just really not good. Have to book far in advance for basic things, and they are not good at communicating about status updates, which can get complicated when you've had to orchestrate your time around what they do tell you. I had to rent a car a couple of miles away. Enterprise was quick to respond and very timely. Their lack of communication with me about timing for my Bronco made it difficult to coordinate whether or not I would have a car today. It's very hard to make plans when there's no communication.Services: Electrical repair, Tires

Probably the worst communication I have ever experienced for updates on vehicle maintenance. I will be seeking OEM service elsewhere. Do not come here for service unless you just want to wait around indefinitely at home for a call that your vehicle may or may not be ready. Or if you call...get bounced around to everyone on-site before someone will tell you that they will look into it.

As others have said, do everything you can to avoid this place. First time I came here for an oil change after buying my vehicle, I light was on in my vehicle when I left saying the oil level was too low? I had to drive it back to the dealership so they could add in the correct amount of oil. Second time I came here for another routine service and I decided to add a detail, since it s only $150. My advisor was nice enough, but he told me it would take about an hour 40 minutes. He called me 30 minutes later and said I m sorry but it ll actually be about 2 hours from now. I waited for 5 hours to get my car I understand that it takes time for a good quality detail, but how in the world are you off on your estimates by 3 hours?Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Auto detailing

If you can avoid taking your vehicle to this dealership for service, I would absolutely recommend it!!! This is my 3rd time having the take a vehicle here & every time the service gets worse. Not good customer service & Most Importantly the mechanics are not knowledgeable what so ever. Had $5000 worth the work done to find out they NEVER even completed 1/2 of the work! Coolant leak in the engine & NO flush & fluid top off was completed. Took my Lincoln to another dealership & the service advisor said You got Scammed . Completely unsatisfactory work is being done here.Service: Engine repair

Oil change on 2020 Escape and installation of fender liner and mud flap. Also fix the rear passenger side window (does not work) and test the 12 volt charger because it was not charging phones. Told there was a 4 week wait for electrical repairs and even when the 4 weeks were up it was no guarantee that the repairs would be made on time. Annoying!! Asked to have carpet on passenger side front secured. It keeps pulling out from under trim strip. WAS NOT REPAIRED. As for the fender liner and mud flap they did not solve the problem. Told I needed additional part costing $160 more. I ordered the fender liner and mud flap on advice from technician back in July. Wrong advice because the parts did not fix problem. When I ordered the parts I was told they were on back order and I would be called when they came in. Never got a call even though they did come in. I ended up paying for the fender liner because it got installed before it was found I needed additional part. I did not order part and was given a rebate for the mud flap but charged a restocking fee. Also charged $150 fee for installing the fender liner. As for the oil change I was quoted one price but when the bill came it was $20 dollars more because it was for synthetic oil. Would have been nice to know up front. One last thing, I still don t know ifI am on the waiting list to get electrical work done. I am going to dealer and checking with service tech. I realize you are having difficulties not having cars and trucks to sell but your service and parts departments should pick up the slack. I will think long and hard when looking for a new vehicle. My wife and I have bought and leased vehicles from Don Davis and body work done at your repair facility. This current adventure has left a sour taste.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had to have my MKZ hybrid low voltage battery replaced after almost 6 years. While this can be a diy project, I prefered to have Don Davis service do it so that the low voltage battery charging system is properly recalibrated.

Don't get there. whatever they like , they kept my car. I paid $2,35 but nothing improve. They only do on their favors. I brought my car for Coolant system repair but they looks my car tires. Nothing improve my car's Coolant system.Mechanical are not professional and Staff not tells actual things.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

Went in the drop off vehicle after a manufacturer recall on the driver and passenger airbag. The service center was aware and expediently took care of the repair. What was supposed to take a week ended up taking a couple of days. All of this was done at no charge to me.

You make a reservation online for a oil change and when I got there they asked me if I can leave my truck for two days....FOR A OIL CHANGE because they are super booked. If you are so booked why are you accepting reservations.

It is the worst service department to go to. Would not recommend. Go to different dealerships. Have been here 4-5 separate times and each time it gets worse and worse. Better to avoid the headache.
