I have read all of the reviews here. I have not experienced any of these problems. I've always been treated with respect and they solve all my issues. I live over 2 hours away. I will bring my jeep back in for work or maintenance. The dealerships in my area ..Longview,Kilgore are absolutely the worst to deal with. So everyone can have a bad day. Honey goes along way . Had my 2011 Ford Focus go nutso on me and towed into Don Davis for repairs. The repairs appear to have worked (just got it back yesterday). The issue I had with them was taking eight days to get to it. Once they did, actually fixing it was fast.My advice is to be sure you have a spare car. Their service department is pretty backed up.

Customer Service was great at Don Davis. Joshua Kelly was great. He asked all the right questions & made sure my needs were met.An overall great experience. I recommend Don Davis to any looking to purchase a new vehicle.

This Don Davis location has the best customer service. I d like to give a special thanks to Chelsea in the sales department. She takes special consideration of her customers. She has helped me get into 2 great vehicles that fit not only what I want in a car but my budget as well.

Shoutout To Kevin, Since the beginning was very nice to me and my father, I normally don t ever do reviews, but he made purchasing a car easy and had my back from the beginning! The hospitality from him and the rest of the staff was amazing and it s hard to find that in dealerships. Thank you Kevin, you invited to a cookout when you see this!

Randall Mims was an amazing sales person. He was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me purchased my new vehicle with ease, and without worry. He was with me the entire time and answered all my questions. He has an awesome personality. He even continues to call me consistently to this day just to say hi. I will recommend Randall to all my family and friends and because of him, I will return to Dan Davis to purchase my next vehicle.

Took 3 1/2 hours to get an oil change! No communication during the wait! The guy in front of me was there for 2 hours for a flat for the vehicle that he purchased the day before at this location. Do not take your vehicle to this place for any type of service! Very inconsiderate of people s time!

I took my Nissan Maxima into Don Davis service department on 6/27/23 for diagnostics and they kept making excuses for why my car hadn't been diagnosed. They finally gave me the results after about 2 months and during this time one of the mechanics ran into the side of my car.I really have never had such a horrible experience with mechanics before and I would not recommend these guys to any, EVER.John P Turner

They give a good oil change with free recommendation of things you should do to your vehicle. I think this is a great service that you can t get elsewhere for free.

Got a headlight filament. $25 good price.They were very helpful.I originally bought my Ford Fusion from Don Davis: Thanks to the Account Mgr who put my Name first then hubs who Already had credit. With Me first on the preapproved contract. It was a GOD send I needed my credit to grow. The Staff at Don Davis has always been very helpful. Ironically I took my car to have my L headlight filament replaced after praying for a price miracle. Our LORD allowed my headlight to come back on .Again it was raining Adams Auto Repair said My Headlight was not out . They checked no electrical short just a small miracle. I know the headlight was completely out. I saw it on the reflection of someone's tailgate. I only drove during the day until I could get it fixed.I highly recommend Don Davis Auto Parts dept.

Zach Wilder in the parts department was a great help. He went out to our vehicle to see what we needed on our Jeep Wrangler wheels. Jadon Campos was there to help us with the service we needed. Both of them listened to our concerns and provided us with excellent customer service. Jadon got us in right away and resolved the issue we had with our wheels. We appreciate both of them for being such a great help!

If I could give "0" stars I would. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE. They do not look over their vehicles - and will not cover or help if you if something is found. (even under 30 days)I drove 2 hours to Arlington to look at Jeeps - which was not an issue at first, I knew what I wanted and was willing to drive to get it. Spent most the day there, and felt good about my purchase. Came back a few days later for pickup and nothing was done to the vehicle. It wasn't even clean. Spent 3 hours or more at dealership to pick up the car, got moved around like cattle to finally get in the car, and realized all the things promised were not done.On the way home I realized the brakes had a lot of air in them. (the master cylinder is going - on top of brakes only have 3mm and need rotors) Took about 30ish minutes for me to notice the squeaking. A few days later I realized the rear wiper was broken and the service light came on. I called the dealership and told them, (more like they told me they didn't care) Was supposed to get a call from the Manager - and now a week has went by and I have not received a call. Like wow. Way to value your customers.So now I'm facing over $1,000 or more in repairs and I haven't even made my first car payment. The dealership refuses to help - or even care about the car that they claimed was "perfect when it left the lot." I am absolutely appalled and disgusted to be treated like this.I went to several dealerships/mechanics and asked if it was normal for this kind of treatment after purchasing over a $20K car --- they all apologized and have been helping me ever since.I will continue to turn people away from this horrible establishment. I have amazing credit and was am a good buyer. I will not stand for places like these who sell cars for THEIR benefit.JUST DO NOT GO HERE. It is not worth it.

**edit to add** they have offered to fix the issue with the AC, again but... "we will not give you a vehicle to drive". What is going on? This is crazy to me. Thank goodness I have my vehicle from Sewell Lexus Ft. Worth. Because it's 5 star service over there. Out of my vehicle and into a loaner anytime I get service and my car is half the price of this truck. What a joke. **We have had a new GMC Dinali for one month, $80k vehicle. The AC dies not work properly. It has been in the service department twice, not fixed. So as I'm riding in it today with my husband on Easter, sweating I'm very angry and disappointed in this dealership. This was a major purchase and his dream truck. I would really like a GM to reach out to me ASAP. He was in yesterday and had another ridiculous experience. Buyer beware.

Since changing staff this joint is the worst dealership I've felt with ever. I had an appointment two days ago to repair a recall only to have been told today they are three days behind, as if that is my problem. Why not tell me this before?

I had a terrible experience at Don Davis in Arlington on N Collins. We bought a Jeep there for my son who is a marine in the United States Army. He is stationed in Virginia, but is set to deploy to Afghanistan on September 1st. He saved $20,000. to put toward the purchase and we were financing the rest, which was $16,000. It was a 2017 and not a cheap car , but my son had ben waiting and saving for 2 years to get the Jeep he wanted. One week later my son is back in Virginia and driving his car when the battery blew up and caught fire under the hood, doing plenty of damage. We had purchased an extended warranty and contacted the dealership. We were told that we would have to have it towed back to the dealership so they could look at it. That cost us $2000. plus another $850. charged to us for keeping it on the parking lot of another dealership in Virginia. When the jeep arrived back to Don Davis, we met it there ready to see what could be done so that we could hopefully buy another Jeep. The sales manager there, Cody Wiggins, kept us waiting over 4 hours. He was certainly not in a hurry to try and make things right with us after all we had been through. When he did finally sit down with us, he made it clear from the start that our options were to let them change the battery on the jeep we had bought and keep it or trade it in at a $4000. less value and buy another Jeep. We argued about the fact that we didn't feel that it was right for us to take a big hit on a vehicle that blew up on my son less than one week after buying it! Cody wiggins was not moved at all and unfortunately they didn't have very many jeep options on the lot. The only one that came even close to what we were looking for was $50,000. Much much more than we could afford to spend. We asked if we could wait 1 week and see if they got some other Jeep's in. No! was the answer! We could buy that one or leave with our broken down car by having it towed once again. We were very upset! We felt taken advantage of because of our language barrier (I had to get an english speaking friend to type this out for me), and just treated very disrespectfully compared to how we saw them treating other customers. When we expressed our disappointment that Cody Wiggins was unwilling to meet us halfway, he basically said not his problem! Cody Wiggins must feel pretty untouchable because he told me to feel free to leave a bad review and/or hire an attorney! So please, please, please be careful if you are thinking of doing business with this Don Davis that CODY WIGGINS is the sales manager of, they do not care about you, they just want your money!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Cody Wiggins is the worst sales manager ever! Abusive to buyers when a problem occurs. Poor customer service and flat out rude to people that has already purchased vehicles. My friend had to buy a car for their military son stationed in Virginia. They bought a car from here, shipped it to their son for it to not work 2 weeks later. Worse part is when they were there trying to get the car fixed since it was under warranty, the guy told them to leave and hire an attorney. As if his shady business dealings would not be identified because my friends are immigrant Asians. This sales manager should be seriously trained and or relieved of his position. Don Davis Group should be ashamed of this and fix this situation. This was from the Arlington dealership off Six Flags.

Terrible customer service, I had a vehicle inspected here and had to initiate every bit of communication with David, the service manager, I would call and he wouldn t answer, I would leave messages for him to call me back and he never would. When I finally got a hold of him he said he would send me the invoice and it took him 4 hours to send that over when I was trying to get the vehicle out of the shop in a timely fashion. Sad that this is the supervisor of this department, that should definitely be looked at.

Worst service go somewhere else. I checked my vehicle after they worked on it and I found out that there were a damaged cause by there mechanic. Believe or not they try to hide it and when we found out before we drove off they blame it on us .Don't trust them there are crooks and liers.. Never go there .

Hello , my car was overhead and smelled like plastic..I took it hare in Don Davis in Collins ,i left my car for 3 days there somehow I thought there better on reappearing cars ,but unfortunately !! Im not going hare anymore, the workers are very rude , and they didn t touched the car to reaper ,i call again and took it at the shop one more time , i staid for more than 4 hours and again ,i fix it my self home ,They charge me more than 1700$ :/ I ve should read the reviews before, my fold !! ,but no more they lost me forever..years ago there were the best service but NOW ,, there are the worst .. needs more experience workers there ..
