OMAR X M was amazing ! I was at the wrong store but my tire was flat and wouldn t hold air. He went out of his way to make sure I got to the next store safely. He definitely went above and beyond. He made a randomly inconvenient day so much better. 10/10 recommend this store.

In and out in less than an hour with impeccable customer service! It's been a while since I used this company because past visits were unnecessarily long with minimal service but this location is on top of it. I don't live in the area but I do frequently come to Arlington and I will be sure to return in the future. Keep up the amazing work guys!!

Amazing service! The staff was very friendly and patient!! Definitely recommend. They take the time to talk to you, explain everything and understand when you say I can't right now, or not that one but maybe another one. Definitely willing to work with you and for you. Always recommend and will continue to come back!

Best experience ever! Had a nail in my tire and I chose this location by mistake but I am so glad I did! The staff are all friendly and professional. Aubrey was a Rockstar! He helped get me in 2 days before my appointment. Highly recommend.

this place awful, the management is horrible people I had a new tire and rim asked them to mount it and would not refused, it was against store policy 14..5-8 tire and would not install my spare on my trailer, so had to change my own tire in front of store like hobo, later that day went to different discount tire ,rowlet store, they mounted my new tire, no issues , no commit about 14.5 policy , waste of time, buyer beware long wait, and I am old man the temp was over 100, stay away s. cooper store , they will try to kill you with made up policys

Discount Tire has an amazing staff...they took my car ahead of some others because it just needed the tires to be the right pressure. The young man brought me a cold water & proceeded to take care of it. I am impressed!

Everyone who works here is so nice! As a senior citizen when the low tire light comes on I panic (don't want to get stranded). I came to discount tire in the worse weather and, with smiles on their faces, they checked my tires, put air in, and assured me everything was ok! They have a customer for life.

I have been using DT since 2015. They never disappoint me. Lately, I had to buy 2 front tires for my MB E 230 coupe. I met with one of the team but I was not satisfied with qoute he made to me so I decided to shop around. As I headed to my car, I heard a voice telling me "Every thing is OK ?" I turned to see who's talking to me and replied "No not OK". Then he told me not to leave and he will be with me in a minute. He accompanied me back into the store. He was very professional and did everything to fulfill my expectations as a returning custmor. Thanks to him I continued to be a loyal custmor of DT. He even convince me to buy the 4 set of tires as my rear tires were in a bad shape as well. Thanks to this person, I bought a full set of tires for my car. Although people who work at the facility are very helpful, yet one person excelled in what he does. I have to give him credit for being everything a customer can expect. This person is Mr Perry Shirk, senior assistant manager.

Came in for a patch yesterday and they patched the WRONG tire?? LOLI didn t notice because they were all topped off with air, which lasted a few more hours. Attached is the photo I took 5 hours after my appointment, with the tire that was the culprit all along.

This is my tire store. No hard sell, just good prices and service. The road hazard insurance is inexpensive and has saved the day more than once. Plus, you can drive by and get your tire pressure corrected any time without getting out of your car.

Came in 15 minutes before closing since my tire had gone flat just down the road. I came in fully prepared for them to tell me they couldn't work on it. They did work on it. They weren't able to plug or patch the tire but they worked with me to get the tire replaced under warranty. I've dealt with this store and the store on i-20 in Southwest Arlington before and both stores have always been great to me.

After shopping online and going to some competitor's tire shops I came running back to Discount Tires. They worked with my budget and satisfied all my concerns and got me a set of tires I could be proud of. I added the lifetime Road Hazard Warranty after they took my 19 year old original spare off and mounted one of my existing tires from the previous set for no charge. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great set of tires reasonably priced!

Their staff is always friendly and good at what they do. I have been with Discount Tire on Cooper St for 7 years and will keep going there as long as I own a vehicle.

I'm sure this is a good discount tire, but the location of it being right off Cooper street makes this almost impossible to enter around rush hour and will even generate traffic from morons wanting to turn right and getting stuck. Which that blocks traffic on the far right lane and makes it such a headache.Be sure to come here either in the morning or the weekend, any time during the weekday after 4pm excect both traffic and a massive wait.

In a world where customer service seems to be fading, Discount Tire remains true. Bought a few sets of tires this past month, and every time it has been a pleasant experience. Service is fast, and a representative is usually at my car door as soon as I am getting out. Why people buy tires elsewhere is beyond me.

This was possibly the fastest bestest experience of my life buying tires. I was in and out in less than 1 hour !! Great Job guys !!If you want a great tire buying experience, drive on over to Discount Tire on S Cooper. You won't regret it!

Great place! These guys are awesome. They were super friendly and had my car ready to go at exactly the time they told me. They even fixed a few other minor issues I had for no extra charge. If you need tires or wheels, definitely come here.

We have a small fleet of vehicles & we take our personal vehicles here too and have been for years. Other than the long waits, things typically go well. We've had one or two not-so-good experiences here, but like I mentioned, other than the long waits, it's typically a good experience. The 3-stars are for our bad experiences with scheduling our appointments online, showing up on time (or even a little early) and still having to wait in line--and watch all the folks the didn't schedule an appointment get in ahead of you anyway. It's terribly frustrating. Not sure there's ANY reason to ever schedule an appointment (online or otherwise), but I wish there was. So, the "stars" in this review are for all the folks working here for being so nice and the missing additional "stars" are for the frustration with the broken process in place with regards to the illusion of a quicker experience here by scheduling an appointment. If you schedule something, you should receive service ahead of people that didn't. Seems simple.Scheduled an appointment for tire rotation & balancing @ 9am. It's 9:50am and I'm still waiting. (The actual work usually only takes ~15 mins.).

Bought tires and made appointment online. Showed up a little early. They got me right in and had 4 new tires installed and was out in less than 30 minutes.Outstanding customer service!!Good deal on the tires and got a veterans discount as well.I will definitely go back again.

I really like this store and the management is great but do not work with Jonathan there. I had spoken to Perry on the phone, who I believe is the manager, who was very nice and told me I would be able to receive a credit for my tires since they had worn down quickly (as the ones I had they had installed). I came in and Perry was busy so Jonathan approached and asked to help me. I agreed and when I told him the situation with my tires he looked at me very skeptically as if what I was saying was not possible. (Two of the tires had been over filled at one point and so had worn unevenly). He examined the tires, determined their age and told me there would be no credit on the tires because they were 2017s. I told him the tires were installed after that and when he looked it up they were in fact put on in 2018. He still refused a credit until I spoke with Perry, who kindly looked at my account and then gave me a $450 credit towards my tires, which I gratefully appreciated. Jonathon was obviously irritated that I had asked for another opinion and continued to have a poor attitude through the entire interaction, even seeming condescending about the grade of tire I chose. I would recommend this store to my friends but talk to Perry or any of the other great service members (everyone else was a delight). I would decline to work with Jonathan again.

Pulled up to get air in my tires, the employee ( Did not catch his name) filling my tires let me know my tread was low. I pulled into a spot and Daniel promptly assisted me in finding the appropriate tires for my vehicle and ran me through a large selection of tires. I drove back up a few days later to purchase the tires and again was promptly assisted. My vehicle was in and out in 30 minutes. The customer service, speed and efficiency in which me and my vehicle were handled was awesome. Will return for future tire needs.
