In and out, very professional and nice. Got a quote from 2 other places, they were much higher. I called and asked if I could come by right now and he took me in. Got there and he checked it out, hooked up the hose and filled it up right away. 10 out of 10 for service and price! Extra point for playing awesome music! David is the man!

David and his staff have excellent customer service and are very knowledgeable on how to fix your AC. He is very up front about costs which I appreciated very much. He had my repair done extremely fast and everything is working great now. Will only bring my vehicles here now for AC repair from now on! Highly recommend!

I went to Discount Auto Air with an A/C issue and they fixed it right way. David was very courteous and professional. I was also having an issue with my engine light coming on and other mechanic shops in Arlington kept trying to fix the issue but all they did was keep replacing different parts hoping that would fix it. All that did was continually cost me more money. I asked David if he could look at my problem and see if he could fix it. Boom, right away David fixed the problem for me. David solved my problem in hours verse other shops working on it for weeks without fixing it. I highly recommend Discount Auto Air for your numerous repair needs, not just A/C. I will definitely be going back.

I called asked about pricing. I pulled up he handle my issue very quickly and provided me with my solution. This was the cheapest Freon recharge in the whole metroplex. And you get a discount if you pay cash. I saved 16$ Mann this was win! I would recommend the place to anyone!

I was looking for a shop that can convert r12 to r134. Most shops quoted me over 2k! David took care of me and did a great job keeping me cool in the summer. I also had him change my evaporator core which wasn't needed at the time of converting, and again he took care of my car. I'll be sure to take my cars to David for other services as well, as he takes pride in his work and does it right. It's been a couple of years now and I don't have any problems as of yet. As of matter of fact, my ac is too cold to having it on full blast! :)Services: Auto A/C recharge, Auto A/C replacement, Air conditioning

**More Than Just Auto Air Repair**A friend referred me to Discount Auto Air. I was having an issue with a grinding sound and something was hanging under my car. When I went in to make an appointment David walked right out to my car and found the issue. All I needed was to replace a few missing bolts on the fender liner. He fixed me right up and I was on my way. Thank you David for saving me from an expensive trip to the dealership.

I m so glad I found David. I had a problem with my A/C and he did great taking care of it. Since then I ve brought both my cars to him for all kinds of jobs. He s replaced shocks/struts, brakes, cracked oil pan, starter and more. He does great work, uses OEM parts and is fair. He is a trustworthy mechanic and I am thankful for his service. Discount Auto Air did some major repairs on the AC in my Chevy Traverse this week. I was amazed at how quickly the owner, David, got my car in and diagnosed the problem immediately. He gave me a good & fair price for the repairs and did the work quickly. He was great to work with, and I will definitely be going back to him with any future problems. Let me just say spending money on AC repair to my vehicle was not my choice, but glad I found Discount Air! David was AWESOME!!! I was looking to have to pay a hefty payment was pleased with cost. Not only did he find the problem quickly, he repaired my AC within an HOUR!! I appreciate you sir! Living in Texas ain't no joke! Have to have AC!!! Wow. I have never been so impressed with a repair company. Very fair prices. Fast friendly service. I have done AC work on and off for 50 years but I did not want to remove the entire dash from this car as I had no good place to do such a big job in this crazy heat. I wanted a specialist with experience doing this kind of work. As a mechanic who does all the work on my high mileage cars, including AC (380k and 280k miles,) I didn't have a trusted mechanic. I was worried after hearing horror stories about car repair outfits, so I turned to Yelp and hoped for good luck. I wanted to hire a pro for this repair on a Highlander with only 100k miles. My fears were unfounded with Discount Auto Air. I say again: Wow. They replaced the evaporator (the hardest job in auto ac repair) in just a couple days and did a great job at a very fair price.Honest , hard working, friendly, family business. The price I paid was exactly what was quoted for the job and even included a minor extra part (TXV) at no charge.

Absolutely amazing experience! The AC went out in my teen's car (in this 105� plus heat) and I was getting the run around with having appointments being set then pushed back at two other locations.We showed up at Discount Auto Air not long after they opened and not only was the car looked at immediately, the problem was also identified and resolved at a fair price. My son said he had to turn the vents away bc the air blows so cold now!Very pleased with the experience, and will be returning for any other concerns/auto needs. Honest assessment, fair price, quick service... it's a gem!

David was absolutely amazing!!! I have brought several cars to him and have recommended him to several people that all have had glowing things to say about his service and fairness with pricing.I had an overheating truck that needed to have the radiator replaced. I called him from the road on a Thursday, dropped off my truck on Friday morning and it was ready by 4pm....AND $150 LESS than what he originally quoted me bc he had the extra parts in house. He didn't have to do that but did.The topper!! He followed up 3 days later to make sure everything was still great. Absolutely outstanding service, very friendly and professional. David diagnosed the problem very quickly and he did excellent work on my entire AC system. On top of that, I saved hundreds of dollars! Highly recommended! Five stars!
