Got there 10 minutes early for my appointment to get my oil changed. I was the only person there with the exception of one other customer. It was a ghost town. It took them 2 hours (pulled up in their empty service drive at 11:50, paid my bill at 1:49.The thing is, I asked for the shuttle back to my job, but was told the service would only take an hour, so why shuttle?Also, I just noticed they charged me a document retention fee. WHAT?I won't go here again.

Came In To Simply Look Around And See My Options And Left With A 2020 Ford Escape $0 Down . Eddie Was My Sales Man I Simply Told Them What I Was Looking For In A Car And He Came With The Best Fit For Me ,Him As Well As John Assisted Me Quick, Confidently And Were So Patient .The Process Literally Took About A Hour Max On Their End. I m Beyond Pleased And Love My New Car .

Sales person Jessica was great to work with. And finance guy CHUCK PATEL is freaking awesome! Top dude and the best person to work with in financing to get you in and out. He is super informative and helpful. Overall excellent team player. We initially had finance dude with last name Hernandez, we were not happy with his delivery and was not too enthusiastic to help us. His attitude towards the whole thing sucked so we were super ecstatic to end up with Chuck in finance. Ask for Chuck and ask for Jessica they will go above and beyond.

My mom went to get information anbout a car and ended up leaving with one that same day. Teresa and Chirag (Chuck) were great with her with their customer service. Teresa translated very well and helped her throughout the whole process answering my every question she had. Made the process and experience even better and easier for her than other dealerships she has been to in the past. Chirag (chuck) helped out with the closing, financial paperwork and was very efficient and professional. My mom s experience was great and didn t need to translate much since the customer service was really good. Excellent service she got

I had set an appointment at 9am , I missed that appointment so they called me and asked if I wanted to reschedule for a later time . I agreed, and they made it sound that the vehicle that I was interested in was still available. I emphasized that I live 1 hour and some change away from there dealership. I left early from my house thinking there was going to be traffic , and got to the dealership 2 hours early. Only for them to tell me they sold the vehicle and all I got was a sorry , bye . From reading the other reviews , it shows they do trick people into thinking they ve don t things right or have things available. Save your time and money . Buy a Toyota/honda instead . They re down the street from them .

There's usually talk about it's a hassle going to a dealership. A lot of people now shop online through all these different car apps. But this I can truly tell you I went to Clay Cooley and it was a good fun, wonderful experience I drove off in a 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT. The staff there is amazing, very understanding, and get down to details about different options and wha best suits your needs. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy and satisfied with their service. Which I am to the max. I've never experienced a better time at a dealership than I did here at Clay Cooley. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who's out there looking for a good deal and a good ride. There's no hassles or pressure to get you to buy anything. They listen to what you are looking for in what you like and want. Then they try their best to make it happen which I think honestly they always make it happen that's how impressed I was. They treat you like they have known you for years, and that's what I truly like. No hassles, no gimmicks just real friendly good people that take the time to understand you and your needs.Thanks again Drew and Martin you guys are the best. I took my truck in for an oil change and a young man by the name of Adam just the sweetest advisor. Really took the time to explain why I needed an alignment my tires were really bad he helped me not have to change them all at once but very helpful. If you make your way down ask for Adam his great. Good Customer service is hard to find.

Went looking for a truck but left the same day with a nice 2020 Chevrolet truck, thanks to Carlos Cruz the salesman. Helped me look at every truck I wanted to see and gave me all the information about them. When finally came down to get the paperwork ready, finance man Martin helped a lot and gave me the best offer possible. Thanks to them I get to drive my dream truck.

The whole car buying experience was just wonderful. It did not take hours of back and forth to hammer out all the details like in any other dealership. I am very happy with my choice! It was worth driving 2,5 hours to have everything I wanted. I would recommend this place to everyone as people are wonderful and service was great. You won t be sorry!

This location was able to determine that the throttle body on my car needed cleaning and was causing the issues I brought it in for. Issues we've been dealing with and haven't been able to figure out have all been fixed! On top of that, the dealership remedied our initial displeasure with the initial diagnosis and fee, and we were able to walk out with a fixed car with a much smaller bill than it would have been. Thank you so much!!

Please do not buy a vehicle here or any vehicle of that matter. There is a more detailed review on the Irving location of Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and the Nissan location in Dallas. If you know what s good for you please run from any dealership with the name Clay Cooley. They practice shady dealings and commit fraud, by telling you they replace a transmission only to find out that you were lied to saying it was only worked on. This dealership and other dealership with Clay Cooley does not care. Take your money elsewhere. I hope this reaches more and more people to understand that this place is not good. Thank for your time and have a better day than the past year I have been having with Clay Cooley of Irving.

I worked with Jessica in sales and she kept up with me through texting and sending me the inventory. Set up an appointment and very quick made a decision. Her and Chuck in finance were very professional and met my needs. Would highly recommend them when needing a vehicle. Easy process and in and out.Love my new Outlander.

The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Adam was very helpful, I had a situation where my tires was very worn because I badly needed an alignment, I needed the new tires first, Adam explained to me that it was dangerous to drive with the worn tires. I was able to leave my car until the next, he gave me time to get the tires and bring them in. I had a wonderful experience. Thank you so much for taking care of me.

4 stars because nothing is perfect. But they came close in my opinion of doing so. The atmosphere and energy is solid. They made me feel welcomed and didn't force my hand at any point of the process. Professional and humorous, you can't beat that. Mr. Eric and Mr. Patel squared me away all within 1hr of being there.Shop them 1st and last!

They flat out lie and do not stand behind the cars they sell. Sold us a 4Runner with 13k miles on it, almost new but it had a leak in the roof rack. They lied and said they fixed it 3 times and ran it through the car wash to verify, nope they didn t. After buying $6k in warranties they will not return our calls. Stay away .stay far away. Have txt from employees saying the same thing, a very shady place. Turnover is horrible as well, apparently nobody wants to work there. We will never ever buy a car from any Clay Cooley dealership again. Just bought a new 4Runner from Toyota of Richardson and it s clear this dealership is on a different level that any Clay Cooley dealership.

Loved everyone I dealt with except the older lady in the service dept. She had called and left a voice mail and sounded perturbed she had to leave a message. Then when I came to pick up my vehicle she was sitting there and an older gentleman was on the phone next to her. I stated I was there to pick up my vehicle. She proceeded to shush me and pointed at the phone she was not on. She then looked angry that I dared to still state I was there to pick up my vehicle. She then made a production and waved her arms around and yelled to the younger guy with the beard to help me. He was awesome and the younger guy I dealt with when dropping it off. I used you because my Father in law used you and talked highly of your dealership as we both own Mitsubishis. I already stopped doing business with Fort Worth Mitsubishi over some rudness and staff that lied to us. Other than the older lady, it was great. I do have some other items I will be back to have done. Thanks!! And maybe more Training for the grumpy sad lady. Life is too short to hate your job and customers.
