I work 60 hours a week and get off at 4:30 each day. It s almost impossible to get to your location by 5:30. So i speed and run lights just to get thr at 5:32 and still open but the guy at the computer say it takes too much to open the computer to find and order I ve Already call about earlier in the day. Jake says just come back tomorrow. So now I have to try and do the same thing over again. Just not good service at all. I so very disappointed in this careless service.

I have been using this place for many years, the biggest problem I see is people do not check there parts, then want to return them, the lady pulling the parts out is amazing, very good at multi tasking and keeping her cool under pressure, all the employees I have dealt with are great

Great place for parts everything fit amazing brought about 4 different parts for my 2007 honda crv upper bumper, lower bumper, grille, and hood all under 500 bucks in total great prices and product THEY EVEN LET YOU COMPARE THE PRODUCT TO YOUR CAR BEFOR YOU PAY FOR IT CANT GET NO BETTER THEN THAT THANKS GUYS I WILL BE GETTING ALL MY PARTS FROM YOU GUYS THANKS FOR THE AMAZING SERVICE!!!

I come here very often. Probably twice a month. Last time I arrived at 8:27am and the doors were open. The guy at the counter was sitting down listening to headphones or something. I said hello. He said, "we are not open." I said I knew that it would be two minutes and I would wait. There were two chairs in there... "you can't wait in here." He said rudely. I left and arrived again at 8:30 two minutes later. Again he was very short and rude with a poor attitude acting unprofessional.

Good deals on cheap aftermarket parts. Be sure to check your items thoroughly before you leave as many are damaged and figure an extra 30 minutes each visit to walk in a room and say your order then get sent to another room where you see your order come up but the part puller can't hand it to you so you wait until someone actually authorized can actually get it and cross the line into sales territory because handlers aren't allowed in contact with customers then an agent can take your item another foot into customer territory and then if you want to pay cash they have to hand it to a cash specialist or Manager to give you change. Corporate rules to micromanage every step costs the customer an hour each visit. It's actually entertaining to watch how inefficient businesses become.

I had an exchange and had to order a new part. Peter was personable, professional and absolutely amazing to deal with. Dawn and Kevin were so helpful. I am so glad our dealership does business with Certifit.

Yea i dont like the whole stand behind the rope. You cant go near the counter. Plus I had a issue headlight for 2016 Dodge Charger. They only went to 2014. I dont know the reason for that .

This is a great place to get quality aftermarket parts for a really good price. The only downside is you do have to wait a while, and be pretty patient. However when I was talking to one of the employees he said that Mondays are pretty slamming. So it might have also been my poor timing to go. Everyone was kind, and generally in a good mood. I honestly did not mind waiting too much, because like I said before you can get some sweet parts for a whole lot less. Like even better than off the internet, so you kinda trade your time for sweet sweet cash... The only other thing I have to say is that their ordering system is weird. If they do not have something in stock they cannot order it per-say. When an employee searches for the part it send a message to their supplier to put it on the next shipment out. So it could be there in about 2-3 weeks. Which sounds not so bad, but the catch is only if their supplier has that part in stock.... So you might get the part you "ordered" in 2-3 weeks or you may not... so take a quarter.

Clean, organized pick up waiting area. My part came out fast and was in great condition. The employees were nice. Way different than Simco , AutoFit, or places like New World. I will definitely be back the next time I need parts.

They informed me of incorrect information. They said the side mirror I got would be able to fit my car, when it didn't. Had to replace it....but hey. It was $50. Worth the bad service for the amazing price. Keep in mind all their items are black, and you'd have to paint them if you want the right color for your car. But that's not something I care about. So I would recommend. Just be warned to do your research. Don't expect them to know everything and you'll be fine.

Great place, great quality... Love the prices! Bought the same part at summit for double the price and same quality. Except that the side fender we got at summit had a small dent and they said that was their best one. I will definitely keep going back to certifit auto parts.

Had to wait 2 hours to get my bumper and fender. When I got them both were damaged so I told them and they gave me a discount of $3. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Order from rock auto they will be cheaper faster and better quality. Only gave one star because I couldn t give it zero stars.

The guy that brings parts out for customers is supper nice and supportive but the lady at the front office is something else. Was busy with her phone and response to questions as if she own the whole world. Avoid this lady if you can.

We purchased a front grill from them and we received the item at the shop it was just in clear plastic bag . Next day we when we try to install the grill we found it was wrong fit and not for the model we specified . We called them immediate and told them about it and they said next time we order something that they will pick i up and issue us credit . Few days later we had another item come in and they refused to pick this one up because it was not in original packaging. We told them it was just a clear bag that it was brought to us too but they didn't care so I refuse to buy anything else from them because I am stuck with an item that was sold to us in error by them and now they don't want to honor there returns either . I called office and the manager didn't even want to take time and talk to me . I found it very highly unprofessional as well a poor customer service. But I think the worst part of it is that I feel cheated and robed by them . Might still take them to small court claim because I think they violated many consumer rights there . Just hate dishonest people and companies that are robbing people.

The customer service sucks .The two spanish males are very rude . They have a very rude way of helping the customer. When I asked them questions about a certain product they seem to try to make me feel like an idiot. I don't work in auto parts . I purchased two parts I paid for their dinner tonight.customer service needs improvement.

Good prices and phone service is good and knowledgeable. Wish the in store service people were a bit more talkative. Atmosphere felt stale when I arrived but the service was quick. It was just kind of odd and disconnected, but maybe I'm use to other places.

Waited a hour and no parts still. I asked what was up with my order and told them to just cancel the order because my time is valuable too. The manager followed me outside and said I can take my attitude somewhere else when I was already going to National Auto body. So I told him to suck a penis and that he is the worst manager ever. It's his fault employees can't find parts and are slow. He tried to start a confrontation when there was none, I wanted to smash his face so bad but he isn't worth it. He will soon enough piss off the wrong guy with less to lose.

I ordered a headlight for delivery. Called about it at noon,they said its coming. Called again at 4 said it will be there in 45 min, No show. Called next day they said tried to deliver no one was there. I was here until 8:30 pm. Just tell me the truth! They act like they don't even care.
