Ladies and Gentlemen. I just picked up my S550 from Carter's Car Detailing and I'm absolutely amazed at the job Anthony did on my car! The transformation was Outstanding! Plus the walk-thru at the end was an example of customer service at it's finest.Listen. If you care about your car just a little bit. Take it to Anthony! Think of it like getting an oil change. You never know when you might want or have to trade it in on for another ride. Clean rides/Good Maintenance = More cash back!Thanks again Anthony! I'll be back Bro..I got a Denali that's dying for some attention :)

Anthony and crew did a superb job on our vehicle. My wife can t stop looking at the pix we have taken of it and our neighbors are asking for business cards. On a scale of 1-10 I would give it a 12. Top notch service and communication. Do not hesitate to give them a try, you will not regret it.

Carters Car Care got my pops truck looking right! It has been sitting up for a couple of years and I was the recipient when he passed. Took it to his location in Arlington for the car bath and must say that I m highly impressed! Check out the before and afters I see why all these celebrities in the area trust him with their treasures. He was quick and efficient getting a very dirty vehicle looking brand new. Highly recommend!!! I will be going back with both my wife s truck and mine, as well. Appreciate Anthony and Stephen for their help in ceramic coating my Mustang. 5 out of 5 stars. They were very helpful when I had questions regarding the types of coating available. I will definitely be bringing my other cars here. I went to Carter's after work. I had a long day at work but I got there early for the appointment I made. Anthony was really pleasant and chill. He detailed the engine bay- looks brand new!.I do my best to clean my own car but I took it to the professional to get the dirty engine job done. Thanks Anthony!

I was nervous about what all could be done for my car as I have a toddler who has had some spills in my car, a cat who has peed in my car and I ve even had a jug of milk burst in my trunk on a drive home one day. Needless to say, my car smelled awful and despite spending numerous hours scrubbing and cleaning it myself, the smell just would not leave completely. BUT, I brought it to carter s and I am so impressed with the turnout. My car is BEAUTIFUL and smells so amazing! Anthony was beyond encouraging and helpful - he was honest and upfront that he would try his best with my car and didn t let me down in that. I love my car and recently, it needed a lot of Tlc. When I reached out and explained what I wanted done, they addressed all my concerns. Was able to get an appointment in a timely fashion. Once I showed up at the shop, I received remarkable customer service. I got my engine bay cleaned, exterior wash and leather treatment done. After being so impressed with the work that was done and talking with them about how to keep the longevity of my exterior paint in great condition. I invested in their full ceramic coat, to completely protect my exterior. Super happy with out come. Hands down, best detailing service ever, will be a lifelong customer. Welp...this gentleman deserves allll the stars! Called and made a reservation and showed up to the establishment with expectations but unsure due first time. The customer service, car care and even customer waiting area all on point!! Attention to detail was impeccable and well appreciated. Above and beyond all hopes and expectations. Been surfing the internet for a while looking for a good hand wash and wax for a decent price, stumbled upon Carter Auto Care took and Kelvin took care of me and hook me up with a nice sealant which will protect my paint on my pretty new vehicle and keep me away from having to continuously having to get washes. Would definitely be coming back and would recommend to anyone who looking for a quality wash, wax or sealant for good price.

At Carter's Car Care, every customer is treated like a celebrity and every car like a Bentley. I stopped by Carter's (after reading all of their reviews & seeing their work on Instagram) 2.5 weeks prior to scheduling an appointment. They were preparing to launch an April special for ceramic coating, which would benefit my car due to the surface scratches in the passenger side paint. I booked an appointment for the 2nd Saturday of April. I did encounter a few minor issues, but their commitment to correction and service was above standard. Anthony provides excellent customer service & Kelvin (who worked on my vehicle) does great work. My car is a carbon black metallic that looks navy during the day and black at night & looks better than the day I purchased it. Swirls corrected. Scratches vanished. These guys are the whodinis of car care. If you want your car to look even better than a showroom floor drive off, Carter's Car Care is the place to go.Service: Paint repair

As a business owner myself, I love to support local businesses. I'm glad I came across this place on Google maps - conveniently close to my house! Then, I realized I heard Anthony's segment live on K104 radio 2 weeks ago!Before heading out to Dallas for a mini staycation - I booked a detail service as a surprise for my husband, and we needed the S63 AMG... Awesome service . This place is no joke a great place to shop and friendly owner. The cars look super clean but I went to buy some product to clean my car. Friendly service and the prices are really reasonable better then paying shipping.

If you go get your car cleaned, be warned. I don t want anyone in my car now. My car is 13 years old it doesn t look brand new, but it looks new new! I love it. I just want to ride alone and enjoy my new car now. Anthony s services exceeded my expectations. It s good to see him & the workers in action, doing what they love. I have to say the team at Carter s Care definitely did a great job on my vehicle they didn t disappoint! They took time to listen to the key items I wanted them to focus on. When came to pick up my car they were excited for the walk through and show their work. Their establishment is spotless, nice and clean which gives comfort knowing your car will be in good hands. Customer service was great. 5 stars all the way. I went Monday but around 10 til 5 was closed. But came again and the owner helped me out. Such a great person. He had new shipment come In and he went and looked for a product I wanted. He's such a great person. This place deserves the 5 star review. Has great products and also brushes, towels, wheel cleaner everything such a great little store. Worth the stop to buy product for the car.

I wish that I could give more than 5 stars, I really do.Anthony is extremely professional, personable, and knowledgeable. His entire shop is clean and organized as well; and all of this made my entire experience very comfortable and pleasant.My car came out perfectly, looking shinier and cleaner than when I bought it new. Anthony is literally the BEST in the business! I never have to worry about if he'll take complete care of my car when I'm not around or if he'll rip me off. He's done mobile vehicle maintenance for me and detailed my car on numerous occasions. I went for the first time upon hearing from them on social media and I am amazed at how neat the store looks. I was properly informed on products as well as how to use and dilute said products. Will now be my go to place for my detailing supplies!
