Outstanding professional attention in everything. Brett is a superb mechanic who works hard to deliver your car as it should be and he handled all the tough toe-to-toe work with the insurance company. I would recommend this business to anyone who has bodywork that needs to be done. Our car was delivered to us looking brand new.

Excellent body work. Great customer service. I was always kept up to date on what was happening with my car. My car was ready early. Dropping off & picking up my car & getting a rental was a breeze! I would definitely use Caliber Collision again & recommend it to friends & family.

My car was in the shop way to long. The professional painter was out of town. I was never told until after my car was repainted (practiced on) 3 times by a helper . I was left with no car and had to ask friends,family for 18 days for rides to work. This was so stressful and inconvenient. This should have not take 18 days. ( look at pic.) If your a repair shop shouldn't you have more then one professional painter? Come on!!

Best place to go for excellent service from start to finish!! Melissa and the office staff are fantastic. 5-star service!!! The work completed was amazing also. This is the place you want to be in your time of need. They will exceed any of your expectations!

Recently took my car in for body work needed after a fender bender. Kenneth and Derek took care of everything seamlessly. Car was fixed to perfection and in no time. I would 10/10 recommend and would use this location again should the need arise. Kenneth and Derek were friendly, welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. I was also kept up to date with progress calls on the cars status as repairs were being made.

My car was hit while I was away, leaving behind this huge scratch. Insurance told me take it to Caliber Collison in Arlington. They handled me well, helped get to the car rental place after I dropped it off. I received text updates about my car s condition. They managed to get it ready before their initial rate and had it all ready for me when I came to pick it up. I m thankful they helped me out in this confusing time.

Good customer service by our rep Hoa. Initially we were a bit upset that at first we got quoted a price then got a second quote for 1k more, but we're thankful that the final invoice didn't go up much from what we got quoted the second time after we asked for a discount. Kenneth who is the general manager and Melisa the most wonderful advisor ever, help me and my husband throughout the process of repairing my Toyota Highlander XLE 2017. Their job was outstanding and they care for people. Melisa was communicating with us at least twice a week and she was always patient with us. The center is having the most experience staff to get your car as new after an incident/accident. I recommend this wonderful team to everyone who need experienced staff to fix your car with dedication and high responsibility. Thank you so much for all your help and hard work. Be all blessed.

I had a great experience! They took good care of me and my car! They got me in quickly and my car was returned a week and a half earlier than estimated completion date. Took me to get my rental. Melissa was wonderful she stayed in contact with me and when part of the repairs were left off estimate she got it updated and approved. I would definitely recommend this location. My experience at Caliber Collision was the best! My service advisor Melissa kept me updated on all my repairs. I didn't have to reach out for updates she kept me in the loop. This was a brand new repair center and the quality work that Caliber Collision is known for was provided. I was able to get my car appointment the next day. Melissa was on top of my insurance for any additional parts that were needed and was proactive with making sure my vehicle was repaired not just on time but ahead of schedule. Vehicle was not completed on time. When I went to pick up my vehicle there was lots of orange peel in the paint. Left it there to be fixed. Went to pick up vehicle for the second time still orange peel and the bumper was installed incorrectly.

I only my take my car to caliber collision, this my third time having my car fixed by this company. Took my Truck that had been rear ended to this new location out of convenience of location. It is a brand new facillity and Melissa took great care of me through the whole process. They were able to get my truck to me earlier than expected and went above and beyond to make that happen. Very professional organization!
