Such a great customer service experience given by Virgil, he put me at ease from the moment I called to inquire about pricing for getting my truck fixed. I truly appreciate and highly recommend based on the customer service fully!!! He made me feel like I could trust Caliber to fix my truck and I wouldn t be taken advantage of!!!! My truck was fixed in a very timely manner and without costing an arm and a leg! Thank you!!!

I had a bad experience at caliber at first. They did not fix a issue that initially went in for. Truck smelling like it was burning. They charge be to fix and it did not fix the issue. After informing them the issue still was present. Hailey (no longer there) assisted in correcting the issue. She went above and beyond to correct their mistake and finally it was resolved today only reason 4 states and not 5 is the length of time it took was ridiculous. I haven't drove it much since pick up but I pray no more burn smells. THANK YOU HAILEY for trying to make this right. if I have issues this will be updated.

I tell you what when it comes to customer care and service everyone at caliber goes above and way beyond my expectations. These guys while here will have you at ease the second you put your keys in their hands. Very high energy, very direct also very professional. Mike and the rest of the team is a team you can definitely trust and count on ..thanks fellas you definitely deserve raises in my book ...the Conley family

We were traveling through the area, 700 miles from home, yet Caliber treated us like old friends. It's easy to see why AAA recommended them to us.... professional service delivered in a personalized way, complete with photos. We were back on the road within hours. Thank you, Caliber!

I normally take my cars to Caliber here in Houston and I have always had a great experience. I had my son, who lives In Arlington, take his car by the Caliber close to him. I was happy to learn they took real good care of him which is a relief since we are so far away and now I know he has good place to go for mechanical work!!!

We left out 2014 Volkswagen Jetta for an issue of no lights were working, and you cannot put the vehicle in gear. We spoke to Virgil, who assured us that he would do everything he could to get the car back up and running he explained in detail while being professional, courteous, and with the big smile, we are very appreciative of the type of employees that work there at caliber. Thank you so much you have gained another customer.

The team was polite, professional and quick. The facilities were so clean and had a space for kids to play. My little one has never had so much fun running adult errands with me. I will never go anywhere else!

First time to use Caliber. Definitely very nice, well kept, clean facility. The oil change service was cheaper than Meinke. The front desk was kind and professional. Will definitely be back and we'll see how the other services are.

I ve been coming to this location for my past 3 car maintenance needs and all I can say is that I ve had 10/10 experiences each time! Very professional, and kind people as well as honest and trustworthy! The wait area is nice and clean and they have teas, water, and coffee available.

Came in for a routine oil change. Virgil helped me, he was amazing as always. I was able to get in and out in a reasonable time. I love coming here because I know my car is in good hands.

Nice area. Great customer service shout out to Gino for finding some air fresheners last minute. They have all the supplies you need to make your ride look nice. GREAT VIBES!!!

They have the best customer service!!I took my mom up there to pickup her car after the service was done on it. it was rainy and she hates driving in the rain, so one of the service techs was nice enough to drive my mom's car to her house and park it in the garage for her, and let me bring him back to the shop. Thank you guys for your kindness!!

I came here to get my car inspected today and it was a great experience! I originally went to the valvoline down the street and their inspector already left for the day so I came here hoping that they could take care of me and they did just that! Thank you so much for being great workers and taking care of your customers.

It's unfortunate that I have to edit my review but I can't in good conscience give this place the 5 stars that I previously gave for the pre-purchase inspection.I took my car to my trusted mechanic (a 5-star place nearer to my house) for a second opinion, and they didn't see nearly the amount of issues they tried to scare me with here at this location. I paid 119$ here, and my mechanic gave me a complimentary inspection. This place provided pictures to "vouch" for their claims, but given that I don't have a clue what I'm looking at because I'm not a technician, all it does is create the image of credibility for them to scare a car owner into paying for repairs that aren't even necessary.When I first walked into the location, there was a man who was extremely rude and dismissive to me. On the phone, I was told it would be a 2 hour wait to have my car inspected. In person, he argued with me and was very combative and that should have been my first red flag. He told me the car wouldn't be ready until closing time, and even argued with coworkers. He then mansplained what a cash car was to me and why I should think about NOT purchasing the vehicle I had my heart set on. Ultimately, I went with my gut, but it made my vehicle purchase extremely stressful for my mom and I.The only thing that saved this from being a one-star review is the fact that the lady who spoke to me on the phone and in person behind the counter was extremely nice to my mom and I, explaining everything she could about what the technicians saw on the report and assuring us that there were no major issues with the car, only mileage wear and tear. But the $2,000+ in repair they were recommending only came out to $500 at my mechanic, and so I can't honestly recommend this place for an accurate and honest pre-purchase inspection to anyone.

I got a flat tire as a Wednesday morning surprise, on the way to work. Luckily, it happened right in front of Caliber Auto Care off of Sublett & 287. I walked in, before they had even opened, and was greeted with a smile and pure kindness. Christian and Robert had my tire fixed and I was on my way in 30 minutes. I have found my new car care home where I feel treated like family. Thank u Caliber Auto Care for renewing my faith in being treated with value. You have earned a customer for life.Service: Tires

I love going to caliber.. I used to go to walmart and do groceries but their wait times were getting up to 3-6 hours sometimes.. and nobody got time for that.. Caliber is right next to my gym and they are usually done by the time I get an hour in at the gym. It's very convenient fast & friendly

After bringing my vehicle/s here a couple of times, I m fairly confident in writing this review: SOLID, EXCEPTIONAL, no frills service, without the upselling or add-on of services other dealers may have, at reasonable prices, with no appointment required (usually).In addition to the basic services (tune-up, oil change, tire rotation,etc.), one of my vehicles had a lingering AC issue that they were able to resolve without issue. Did have to make an appointment for this one service as I believe it s specialized. That wasn t a biggie, no issues with that.Recently had one of my vehicles serviced and they forgot to do tire rotation. Didn t see it on the invoice and confirmed it wasn t done. They were able to allow me to bring in vehicle another day and get it done at no extra charge. Appreciate that gesture given I explicitly let them know this was one of the things I needed for my vehicle initially. When I did bring my vehicle for that complementary tire rotation it did take longer than usual but this wait time pales in comparison to your dealer service centers where they may take hours.

Ive had two cars fully serviced here and I am beyond pleased with Caliber. Virgil has been an outstanding representative at this location. He's knowledgeable, helpful & honest. They have earned a long time customer & I will most definitely recommend this location to anyone.Superb customer service, & honest service repairs on your vehicle. This is your place!! Well trusted.

Poor diagnostic. They couldn't get to the root of my truck problem. They only came up with scenarios with no definite fix. I recovered my vehicle asap & saved $900 they tried to charge on the backend after spending close to $300 initially for nothing.

These guys really came through for me in a pinch when I needed them too. Provided outstanding Relationship Based Service, and were willing to work with me and my financial situation in order to solve the problem, get the job done, and have me back on the road. Absolutely grateful for everything they were able to do for me. This auto care place was the cleanest I ve seen. I waited in a comfortable room with free coffee, tea and water. There was a micro USB charger for your phone or laptop.The front desk was efficient, friendly and professional.I was there only for a state inspection. But they inspected additional other aspects of my vehicle. They checked the battery, fluid levels, tires, etc. The technician even texted me the status of the inspection. Included were photos of what they inspected. I love how thorough and transparent the inspection was.Finally, they also washed the vehicle. What a pleasant surprise!Wow! Going beyond my expectations in a timely manner. At a reasonable price They have my appreciation. I ll be back.

Caliber Auto Care had been my go to place since they opened, they 5 minutes from my house, much closer than the dealership and they've always done a great job, I take my truck there every 6 months for an oil change. Virgil is normally the service advisor that I work with, he's good about recommending the maintenance services that's required based on the vehicle's record, he even showed me how to view my service history on carfax which I din't know about before. I worked with a different service advisor today, there were no issues with the oil change but there was also no recommendations on other maintenance that I should do right away, worst of all, when I was updating my maintenance on Carfax, I saw that my last inspection was done in July 2021, I couldn't believe it so I went and looked at my registration tag and it shows that it expired in July 2022. I know that's my responsibility but they shouldn't let a 3 month expired registration pass through thief shop without at least asking if the customer wants to do their inspection. I'll say they likely missed this because they've been extremely busy but Vandergriff never missed stuff like this when I used them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My Service Advisor, Virgil, did an amazing job. My vehicle had broken down a few miles away from the shop and he arranged the tow and, based on our conversation and since it was later in the afternoon, ordered the suspected defective part proactively. Additionally, he stayed a couple of hours past closing to ensure I got back on the road to Houston. He kept me informed and even took the time to discuss a particular issue I had with my vehicle face to face with him, the mechanic, and myself to insure there was no misunderstanding. Basically, in every aspect, outstanding customer service.

This was a lengthy but great experience Louis, Jeremy, Anthony, Bianca and Haley where all very helpful and the management team was great and had no problem following up with me numerous times. Love this location. Very professional. They have a machine for coffee and hot cocoa, A play land for kids. They also send you a report of what was done and what needs to be done. Love that I can drive up and they take care of the rest.
