I had to buy a new battery for my car. The staff at Auto Zone were all very courteous and professional. Connor even changed the batter out for me! Thank you, Connor! I will continue to be a customer of Auto Zone!

My Ford Escape needed a new battery. It was 14� outside and the placement of the battery made changing it extremely difficult. However, they still changed it even thought it took an hour or more to just remove the old battery. I was extremely grateful. Had I took it to a Ford dealership, I'm sure I would've been charged at least $200 for labor. I've had nothing but great experiences with this location.

Alex, the commercial manager at 6011 S Cooper, is fantastic. I went in to get some suggestions on cleaning my headlights. Purchased the needed items and followed his instructions precisely. My headlights look brand new. Thanks to Alex, I feel comfortable going back. Thanks again Alex!!!!AJ

Time after time I continue to receive great service from this team. Whether I'm shopping in the store or picking up an online order, the staff here is welcoming and knowledgeable.You could walk around the store and wonder what you need. Or you could work with the team and get the right products for your car. They not only save you time but they save you the headaches as well. I suggest you go with the latter.

Came in with my dad in the morning and asked if we could do a battery test on his car. There was only 2 employees and the manager said we can t have only one person on the floor. I understand there are store policies but his demeanor in how he spoke to us was very rude and unprofessional. He said it s a free service so we don t have to so I m going to decline . If he had said this more professional, there would have been no issues.There was not a rush or anything and at the time only one other customer was in the store or at the front counter. We have been coming here for years but will no longer be coming to this location. I went across the street to O Reillys who also only had 2 employees but were happy to assist. We purchased the battery replacement with them and will no longer go to this auto zone.

Again the manager Ron helped me with some issues with the 1965 mustang gt350 clone we just bought. Ron has helped me solve issues with other autos in the past. Thank you Ron you are the best.

Well,I was just in the auto zone to get a trial size can of WD 40. Why did it cost over $6 for such a small can. I was in a hurry so I just bought it. Next time,I will go somewhere else. The staffperson that checked me out was very friendly.

I went to get a new battery, air filter and some other items for my car and Angel G was absolutely amazing!! He is the epitome of "above and beyond" when it comes to customer service/satisfaction. Very knowledgeable and full of great advice and suggestions. Please give this man a raise, promotion something to let him know how appreciated he is. Thank you again Angel!!

I don t mind waiting my turn in line to get help to check my engine but when you start servicing newcomers coming in while I m sitting outside in the hot car with my infant, then I m gonna have to go somewhere. I waited patiently outside for 30 minutes when I was next in line.

This is not the closest Auto Zone to my house, but it is well worth the drive.Ron C and Bill (William) H went out of their way and helped me correct a mistake I made in purchasing a floor jack, and upgrade to one that more fits my needs. Their attitude and approach to customer service trickles down through all their employees, a characteristic that is all too scarce these days.Chris G

To advantage of their Free Loaner tool program and used one of their Automotive AC Vacuum Pumps to diagnose a leak in my AC system and saved over $140 by not having to buy one on Amazon or Harbor Freight. Great customer service and a knowledgeable sales staff.

Well they were supposed to open at 9. We got there at 840 and no one was there till 940. It wouldn't of been bad except my car was on the side of the street broke down.

Came to this store from the Green Oaks I-20 store after I stood there for more than 3-4 minutes with them staring at me while I'm in line to get brake pads and not 9ne person actually came over to help me and I was the ONLY person there. Have had issue with this store before and will never go back. Bunch of clowns there. Cooper store is further away, but have always had awesome service there!

I heard that Auto Zone provides free battery and alternator checks. This is what I needed to determine the cause of my vehicle starting issues. The battery was bad and needed replacement. I paid for the battery and the installation was free. This is very convenient and more affordable than going to the mechanic for a simple issue.

Hey, DONT go to the dealership & pay to get your car diagnosed! Go to Auto Zone & get it for FREE & if it s FREE, it s for me!!! Thanks Auto Zone! It cost me $0 VS $189 at Mercedes!
