I have brought in several cars over the years. When Omar is there, he will actually do the work, and charge you fairly. When Mike is there, he will charge you for work he didn't/ didn't ask to do. The young black guy that was there was the best mechanic they had, but I haven't seen him in a very long time. The last guy that worked on my car, he was on YouTube, learning as he went. I guess they don't hire certified mechanics... My father took his car there to get a tune up, and Mike charged him $380. We took it to another shop, and they said they just put new wires on, but no new spark plugs. He ended up paying for 2 tune ups. They also said he needed motor mounts and brakes, but charged a ridiculous amount for that. The other shop charged half that amount, and actually did the work!! He would rather people pay in cash, so he can get whatever he wants with the money. He would be very persistent in telling you to go to an ATM, to withdraw cash. They were once reasonable, and actually did the work.. now all they want is money.

I would give it a 0 if I could. Very Dishonest People.I was charged $4850.00 to replace the engine. The engine check light still on to this day.None of the mechanics are licensed. Omar is a money hungry lazy person. They're very rude speaking in there language. The Dad Bumming Cigarettes off Me. What a Rip Off Thieves.

Very nice employees I had my blue bmw towed there and the got right to work on it. Gave me a good price and just two weeks early they fixed my shocks... for all repair needs I will always go to them... so proud of these guys

I've never gotten any work done here and am thankful. Im an arlington resident since 1997 and have seen this shop numerous times in passing as I use abrams and collins quite a bit. As i was sitting in my car behind advance auto parts getting ready to reverse and leave i see a car coming pretty quick by the stretch or road that connects all the shops behind the stores. The car then pops the curb PURPOSELY and does a donut in the grass and pops off the curb and then pops a curb on the other side of the street then drives the car into the car shop gets out walks inside the office and then presumably hands the keys to the customer who then leaves the store. I've never seen anything like it, and then i ask a advance auto parts store employee what he thinks about them and he had nothing good to say about cooper auto service. Dont recommend, dont use, stay away. in the google photos posted by google in the back street behind the lot you can clearly see the photos have skid marks of cars doing donuts!!!I only updated this comment to say dr.ish is a savage. Also do g use these guys, they will break your car to charge you more in repairs. Saw it with my own eyes and you can see the Google photos of donuts behind the shop

I came to this shop 3 days ago car wasnt running i had a really bad electric problem went to 3 different shops and they were so expensive so i stopped by arlington auto on 121 s collins and they had my car back running the same day really nice employees and reasonable prices i will be taking all my cars there from now on

I hear good things about the previous owner. The new owner? Not sure but his tiny assistant is a dork. He is not grow up knowing professionalism and is unaware of ethics and business skills. What you encounter is a tiny guy who is a psycho. He behaves like a gangster, like in the movie Good Fellas, without having the guts or even muscles. Uncivilized, barbaric, rude, impertinent, unmannered and lunatic (add additional synonyms), thinks he is still living in a backward country without realizing this is United States. Charges me 3 times the price, speaks nothing but trash and has no skills. Combined it with poor wordsmanship, the behavior is not surprising at all. He gives a bad name to a very large number of small auto repair shops who do excellent work and are honest. Not this guy. I would say run. I am still weighing my options for a legal action.

These guys are awesome! They tracked down the problem and do good work for a good price. I was visiting from out of town so it would have been easy for them to try to take advantage of a woman alone, but they did a great job at a really fair price. When iIgot back home my mechanic confirmed this .Highly recommend.

AMAZING!! From start to finish. I was having some shaking going on with my vehicle and was concerned for the safety of my daughters and I. The owner, Noor suggested I bring it in and he looked at it, even fixed the problem within the hour. His very reasonable price and honestly made me feel so relieved!! I was quoted else where a few hundred dollars more and you really do get overall great service here. he let me know what else needed to be done and I will defiantly recommend his shop to you! Thank you Noor and your crew for great service!

Been coming here for at least 5 years and he has worked on at least 5 of my cars. I won't go to anybody else. Anytime i explain problems on my cars he always finishes my statement on what else is wrong. Very knowledgeable! Prices are cheap and the work is very good. Customer for life!

After receiving multiple recommendations from friends and colleagues, I took my car to Arlington Auto Service and Sales for repairs. The staff was incredibly helpful and transparent. Perhaps even more noteworthy, my car was ready when promised. This shop does fantastic work and their fees are extremely competitive.

I've been a loyal customer for years but no more! The new owner is a liar and a Thief! Since he has taken over all of my repair that I needed I've had to come back twice to get it done correctly. And he suddenly wants you to pay in cash! I'm sure this is because he doesn't want you to be able to cancel any payment done by card in the event that you realize he's just taking your money. Another customer said that they are having the same issue with him right now as far as not fixing it the first time. Do. Not. Go. There!

I love coming here whenever I need work done on my car they take care of it! Their prices are cheaper than every place in the area and they work diligently to get the job done. Awesome friendly people. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I met Mike who is the owner here and I'm extremely happy with the service from this place. I would recommend this place to everyone in Arlington to get their car fixed at a very affordable price. The service is very quick and the owner is always happy and smiling and provides the best bang for the buck.

I haven't lived in Arlington long. Its hard to find someone you trust to work on your car. I had gotten a couple of estimates from other places but didn't feel comfortable. When i talked to the owner i knew this was the place! They fixed my car the next day for an amazing price! They will receive all of my business from now on! Thanks for all your help!!

I work all around DFW area, but always try and get my oil change here! The staff here is very friendly, informative, and very helpful! I ve never felt overcharged and they go above and beyond to help with even little issues that they don t have to help with! In fact as I m sitting here in my car typing this review, they came out to make sure everything was ok! Great place! Thank you!

Went there to get my brakes done and got three tires from there. All three tires was bad tires. Two of them was the wrong size and one was a all around bad one. Now have to buy new tires again smh. Never again will I go there thanks , but no thanks. That's why he wanted me to pay with cash and not with my debit card.

Awesome place! I get my oil changed here on a regular basis! Its in the middle of Arlington and its easy to get to. I never have to wait and the service is always fast and friendly. The best thing is that I trust the mechanics. Highly recommend!!!

Since the original owner, Knorr, is no longer there, this place has gone down hill. Knorr was very polite, professional, and personable. The assistant he had was very kind, too! His brother is completely opposite and is obnoxious. The lady assistant is no longer there; at least I never see her when I do go there which isn't often at all now.

They have great prices, and Noor is always helpful with whatever issue I may be having. I've been bringing my mustang here for a year now. Reasonably priced oil changes.

Extremely satisfied by the service here everyone is so great and honest. Which you don't find at many mechanic shops ,by far the best place to take your car.Great prices and great people. I recommend this shop to everyone . (:

The owner at this shop was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He informed me of exactly what the problem was with my vehicle, it was repaired on the day promised, and I havent had any problems since. I highly recommend this shop.

If zero stars was an option that s what it would be. AC repairs went from $125 to $650. Not the issue. But while executing the said repairs, these crooks damaged the transmission line and then tried to blame it on rust. We will price the part and see how much MORE it will be I don t think so, you damaged something in the process of fixing something completely unrelated? That s on you. Now what should have taken a few hours has turned into days of repair? I don t think so. Terms of endearment my brother friend to disguise your crooked predatory and discriminatory behavior! You got the wrong one. Forget a review. I m filing a formal complaint with the state s attorney general. Don t take your car here for even the most simple routine maintenance. They are trash mechanics.

Always get me in and out in a good time staff friendly and also the owner pretty nice guy these guys have worked on my avalanche 3 times and all times satisfied work I recommend this shop to anyone they take care of you.
