Worst place on earth to do business. They replaced my tire and that same wheel the next day ended up literally rolling off of my car while I was driving. I had to find a way to get my car back there and they wouldn t fix the issue they created until I had to make a huge scene about it. They realized I wasn t going anywhere until they fix the problem, but things shouldn t have even gotten that far. The guy with the dentures almost lost his dentures that day, poor attitude and extremely unprofessional. DO NOT do business with this incompetent tire shop. They also steal your items out of your car when you aren t looking.

I have been going to this place for about 10 years and the service is great. Whenever I had a tire issue, the owner have always given me plenty of options to choose from that suited my needs. I ended up buying tires and rims for my truck The staff is friendly and courteous. Thank you for the years of services.

My alignment is WORSE then before I came in. Hard to believe but true. Had to bring it back because the steering where was nowhere near level. It was far better before I came in.Now I'm out 90 minutes and $60. I'll take it to a much better shop and spend $110. Should have done that in the first place.

Never have issues with used or new tires. They do all the maintenance on my vehicle. I will often drive across town just so I can come to the shop. Honest, good, bilingual people.

Even refused to add air to my wheels...He wanted only to change the tire.Rather do something else bring him more money.

I ve been here three times 1st two times was perfectly fine on my third visit to new young kids try to Upchurch me on the tire and also said it s hard to get my tire off so they have to charge me more this older gentleman that I worked with before came out and was able to get it done no problem Lalo is the man five stars for him

Have tried to get a tire change there twice n the guys haven't been friendly. They give me that look hat makes u feel these fellows have some things against a black guy. Won't try it again...the first time I thought it was just someone on a bad mode n the second time another guy, same unwelcoming attitude.

If it is possible to rate them 0 (zero) or negative, I would have. They do shady business. They will tell you a price before service and call a higher price after service. They are rude, arrogant and not customer-centric. I wouldn't wish this place for my enemy.

I picked up a used tire here. They staff is friendly and professional. I've been coming here since 2020 and will continue to do business here. They have a large selection of new and used tires.

Love the guys here. They are so nice and make your visit enjoyable!! Great price on tires!! Had to get a used tire and it was in perfect condition and they gave me a great price for the tire i got!! Will only go here from now on!! Little bit of a drive for me but worth it because of the service and honesty i receive.

Every used tire I got here had to be replaced every month. I would recommend going to regio tires. Used tire $35 versus the $50 they charge you here and the tire never last even a month here.

Great people great prices and awesome service. The guys have the best service, they changed my front tires rear brakes and my oil. They have the best prices on new tires. If you are not a name brand tire person then come here. They have new tires for such low prices.

Horrible Staff, noone was there. Their all watching me watching them. I had to ask for help, then the guy act as if he didn't want to work, I left and took my car to OAKCLIFF where I'm from and got treated alot better... I live in Mansfield, and trying to support where I live, but unfortunately they are the kind that think differently where supporting.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. They put the wrong size tires on my car which i was told today by another shop. I called and kindly explained the problem and asked if they could resolve the issue. Instead of being helpful he argued that they never make a mistake and hung the phone up in my face after being extremely rude and also cursing at me. I was very happy with my service until they were unable to resolve a problem they caused. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS HERE. They are scammers.

I have been going to this place for about five years. It may not look like much but they always have me fixed up within 5-10 minutes. Very fair prices here. Tire repairs usually around $5. I've picked up a few nails over the last couple years driving in DFW. Just had this shop replace all 4 tires on my 13' accord for about $180 less than I was quoted at the "Big Tire Shops" for the same name brand tire.

I got a quote from discount tire $490 for 2 tires and just came here and paid $50 each! So excited! They got me fixed up quickly.

Absolutely amazing. Kind and honest and willing to explain everything being done to the car. Fair prices. I've been coming here for about 2 years now. Will be getting a new car soon but will still drive here for maintenance. Highly reccomend.

I have been coming here for years, even recommended them to several buddies. Today I showed up holding a tire, 3 employees looked at me, 2 of them walked by me, and none of them acknowledged me.I finally walked into the garage and asked if someone can help me with the tire. 2 of them nodded, but never came to talk to me. I stood there, tire in hand, for a good 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Never going back!

I had been coming to these guys for years now. From when I had my car in high school to me returning from college I only came to these guys. I took my wife s car there and waited longer than usual for a tire change but still rode off as a happy customer. My issue came about a week later when I had to ride on the highway. my tires were definitely needing to be rotated and balanced. I actually let this go on longer than I should but, eventually I was on a time crunch at work and dropped my car off a discount tire. Shortly after discount called me telling me I had a tire on the wrong size, the same tire that A1 fixed (been coming to a1 forever remember). I said ok these guys are nice they ll acknowledge their mistake right? WRONG!! I was told rudely when explaining no we don t do that, we no cheat . I do honestly think it was a mistake on their behalf and If they would actually have realized how much of a loyal customer you lost.Mom and pop shop but organization is needed in house to track customers.

Best tire shop in the South Arlington/Mansfield area. It's affordable and they do great work. They also will do some work that other tire shops won't necessarily do like changing rotors or replacing brakes. Highly recommend.

Service was good enough, but $50 for a used tire that everybody else sells for $25 is ridiculous.

Their customer service skill is great but the work is garbage. I came to to them because my service engine light came on (now make 3 weeks for that). They said it was because of my coolant fan so I went and brought a new one and they put it in. MY LIGHT WAS STILL ON!! They turned the light off each time. So, I came back and then they said I needed a new censor. I went and brought that but they said they'll do it tomorrow because they were about to close. The next day I came back and they put it in. MY LIGHT WAS STILL ON!! So I brought it back and then they said it can be because of my wires or circuits. Guess who lost money cause nothing was fixed and the mechanic hasn't been coming to work. THIS HAS BEEN MY WORST EXPERIENCE WITH AN AUTO SHOP EVER!! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE LIKE I DID!! AND THEY DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONE

I went to this shop a total of 2 times. First time for used tires, they were the only ones to touch the wheels, 2 weeks later one of their used tires side wall just gave out while the car was parked in my driveway. I went back for a replacement and they had cross threaded the nuts on the wheel stud and refused to pay for them even tho they caused it AND they broke the wheel stud off the 2nd time, then they tried to charge me extra for the same tire I got the last time. When I questioned the lady in the office about it and tried to ask for a discount due to them breaking my wheel stud, she cursed me, had an attitude, took my debit card out of the machine as I was paying and walked off with my card. Next thing I know police show up. I would never refer anyone to this place, i worked tire shops for years and they have terrible practices that lead to causing damage to wheels and studs AND they dont have Set prices they try and charge based on what they think they can get out of you and they have no concern for your vehicle or the damages they are causing. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE AND DONT WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF
