Michael and his team are honest, fair, and do quality work. I bring personal and company vehicles for service. Everything from complete engine rebuilds to AC work zero issues!

Brought the Jeep in because the check engine light was on. $1000 later, it's fixed. Came back on a few months later. Brought it back. $600 later, it's "fixed." Check engine light came back on, while I was on my way home from you guys. Was told to just bring it back. Unable to do so, since my vehicle has now died in a parking lot. Unfortunately, I worry about bringing my vehicle back, because it gets worse every time I leave.Only reason I'm giving 2 Stars is because everyone there is super cool, but clearly the quality of work isn't there.Highly, highly, disappointed, and I really wish I felt differently.

I brought my 2007 BMW 328 xi to A1 Committed 2 weeks ago because it was not idling properly nor getting power. I was told by previous mechanic shops in the Arlington TX area that my car had jumped timing We now know that wasn t an accurate assessment. They were going to charge me $3500 for a service I didn t need. A1 properly diagnosed my vehicle, changed a few Coils, added a few electrical modules & now my car is working as good as new for under half the price

Simply the best. We took our car here recently as we had just purchased it and there were some things going on. I wish I d known about these guys and their pre purchase inspection beforehand but they informed me that the car that was sold to us by the used car dealer was actually very dangerous to drive (and also illegal in the state of Texas to sell to us in that condition).We were given a list of things wrong with the car and they offered to be witnesses if we decide to take the dealer to court as I could have been killed in this car it was so bad. We probably won t do that but we are definitely going to talk to them to see if they ll do anything for us. The dealer is definitely breaking the law but A1 came to the rescue and gave us a great price for the amount of work needed and turned it around so fast! She rides much better now and even though she s not perfect yet and there s more work to be done they were honest about how long we could go without doing the next step and what the next thing we should do would be.It s so hard to find a good honest shop out there, especially as a woman I tend to get taken for a ride quite often and it s so disheartening. I will recommend this shop to everyone I know. Thank you guys both so much for the professionalism and treating us like old friends. We will definitely be back very soon and I ll be bringing my other cars here as soon as I can.

Hands down the best shop I ve ever been to. Very polite, affordable and they have a lot of integrity. I had gotten a tune up and inspection and I didn t feel pressured into anything. They also had the old parts available for me to look at without even asking. I didn't actually go there as I live in Missouri, but my dad just got done with them. And I can't thank them and Greg (or Craig?) enough for how well and kindly they treated him!! My dad has had nothing but problems with his truck lately and we had a passing in the family 2 months ago so it's been hard on all of us. They EVEN picked up my dad from his residence and took him to pick up his fully fixed truck. They went above and beyond for my dad. It's a break he needed very badly. And I'd recommend ANYONE to them that live anywhere near Arlington.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

These guys really care about their customers. Both Craig and his Dad made sure my son s car was fixed when promised; even though there were other issues that came up. They stuck with the price originally quoted. The technicians are great! The price was very fair! Their customer service is outstanding, and they are very honest people. The garage is nice and non cluttered. This friendly establishment definitely deserves four stars!! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a good mechanic.

Let me just say if you are looking for a mechanic in the Arlington area, look no further. You have found the place!! I was buying a car from out of state and needed a pre purchase inspection. I had called another mechanic who did not seem very thorough. Boy am I glad I called these guys instead. Let me just say Craig is the man. He immediately starting going into detail about everything he inspects. He told me he checks for flooding, signs that it's ever been in an accident, and he checks the computer. If these 3 don't pass he won't go threw with the rest of the inspection and will not charge you. I think that alone was unbelievable and shows how good and honest these guys are! Well my car passed and came up with just some very minor issues. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail. He made it so much easier to be assured i was getting a solid car. So fast forward about a week. I ended up flying down to texas and buying the car. Right after getting the car i called him up. One of the things with the car were the breaks and rotors were around 30%. I asked him if I needed to come in and get them done. If it would be safe to drive home like that. Instead of trying to sell me, he assured me that it would be safe to drive home and that everything he points out on the inspection is more for you to use as a tool to help negotiate with the seller. Talk about honesty. If I could leave 100 stars I would. Sorry for the long review i just want everyone to know if your looking for a solid mechanic to look no further. I ve used these guys for repairs on 3 of my vehicles now and have always been very pleased with how well they do and how quickly they get it done. The price is great too! Every time I call with a new issue, Craig greets me over the phone by first name basis and treats me as if I was a friend rather than just some paying customer and I really love that about this place. Craig and his team make you feel safe and take care of you as if you were one of their own. I d give them 10 stars if I could. I trust these guys and will continue to go here and refer anyone I know. Keep up the great work you guys!

They were awesome! Even after I arrived very late to my first appointment (I am so sorry).... their customer service is outstanding! I have an older foreign car and they were able to use a part I purchased elsewhere, no problem. Their final price was lower than expected. They were very helpful and informative. Thank y'all for your kindness! I will definitely be returning!

I have been taking my cars here for almost 15 years. They have always treated me from day one with World Class Customer Service. Their prices are very reasonable and their estimates are always spot on. They keep in complete communication with you from start to finish and have always delivered my cars on time or before. There is no other way to describe Craig and his fathers work ethic here other than it being the best. My whole family brings their cars here and every time our car is returned it drives as if it were new. These guys truly care about their customers and our cars as if they were their own, which I can t appreciate enough. So glad to have these guys around. If I could give ten stars I would without a doubt! Friendliest guys I ve ever met.

They were very nice to deal with. I brought it in with an engine knock/tick pretty sure it was dieing or on the road to dead. I was just looking for an expert to tell me if it was salvageable. Charged me $95 to tell me what I pretty much already knew. Not worth repairing. They had it for several days. Guess I should be grateful they didn't charge storage.

Its hard to find a good honest repair shop. I have been going here several years and they are fast and do excellent work. They will also tell you the truth about what your car needs or doesn't need. I have had cars that I have taken to other places telling me I needed work that A1 either showed me how it was misdiagnosed or told me nothing needed to be done at all. When I do need things repaired the prices are very reasonable. Craig and his Dad run a great business and I will never take my vehicles anywhere else

We've been using A1 for probably 8 yrs now I think. They are great! They fix our cars quickly for a reasonable price. They explain in detail what's wrong with the car. Answer any questions you may have. They are honest & trust worthy!! If we need a second opinion they are always willing to check it out. We have done business with them for so long that both them and ourselves feel as though we are all family!Deepak is the owner & his son Craig. They are the nicest two men you will ever meet. So very helpful. They get the job done fast & right. They stand behind their word and their work!Love, Love, Love this place! You must check them out!

A1 Committed is a great mechanic shop. Craig and his team fixed the problem with our vehicle quickly and had good pricing, way more affordable than the dealership where we ve had service done in the past. I called Craig and asked him if he had time to work on my car. I did not identify myself. But he recognized my voice, called me by name when I arrived, and a mechanic was standing by expecting me.I thought I needed an oil change but it has only been four months. I was going to do it anyway but he talked me out of it.So I asked them to do a inspection because I m going out of town. They found I was a quart of oil low.I bought a spare quart for the road, and they only charged me for 2 quarts of oil.

When my husband and I were looking for a used car for our college-aged daughter, we wanted to be sure we found a reliable one. After we found a car we were interested in purchasing, we arrangedto have it checked out at A1.After looking at the car for about 10 minutes, the mechanic stopped the diagnostics and advised my husband not to purchase the car because he found things in the engine which indicated it had been tampered with to hide problems. He didn't even charge us for that service.When we found another car, they provided a great diagnostic service that helped us feel confident we were getting a reliable car.We were really impressed with the friendly, professional service we received from Committed Services. The owners were really helpful and patient in answering questions. If we were looking for another car or needed a repair, we would definetly feel comfortable going back to this shop.

I originally found A1 Committed Autocare & Sales because I got scammed on a used car by a major dealer and the "perfect" sunroof had a bad leak inside the cabin. The affected piece was not available by itself. Using some ingenuity and some liquid resin they were able to plug the leak while still allowing the sunroof to drain water as designed. Ultimately turning an expensive and complete assembly replacement into an affordable break fix. That was 7 years ago and I have not used another shop since. They do quality work at a fair price in a reasonable amount of time. Super friendly staff that actually gets to know you and cares. I have had three vehicles serviced by A1 with everything from a leak to a new clutch to new motor mounts. No complaints. What a family run shop should be.

When we needed to find a new mechanic after ours retired, our neighbor recommended A1. Since then, we've been bringing our vehicles here for years. We have brought in our Honda van, Toyota matrix, VW CC, and Ford pick up. They are honest, prices are reasonable and significantly better than any dealership. They get the work done when they say they will get it done and on those few occasions when the repair did not work, they've made it right. We've recommended them many times.

Great service. Honest.mechanics. My car had been "on blocks" for a few months. The guys at A1 fixed a number of problems and kept after it until my car was running great, again. Excellent service and determined problem-solving at a reasonable price ! Thanks to Deepak and Craig for a job well done.

Worst experience ever with this Craig.Guy has problem explaining $500 repair to a woman I can see why he's single.acted insulted because he had to explain. There are many other places who do a great job and don't have chip on their shoulders. I am beyond satisfied with their work, attention to detail, honest prices, and the ease of mind you receive knowing your car is being fixed the correct way. I initially came to A1 needing a complex operation done to my Honda Accord because of a broken bolt in the engine block. Although the operation was unsuccessful, they gave me different, reasonable options almost immediately on how to proceed. What I admired most was the ease of mind I had throughout the situation. The car preformed beyond expectation after the new used engine was installed. Instead of only doing this, A1 took the time to be proactive and change out necessary parts, seals, and various other components while the engine was out. This proactive mindset really shows in their work and care for your vehicle. Along with the engine swap, I went ahead and let them swap out my shocks and struts for my suspension, along with replacing a damaged tie rod I had not noticed previously. They even had my car re-aligned after the work concluded without me asking them to do it. This is another example of A1 being proactive and caring for their customers. It meant a lot to me knowing they cared for my car and my safety as much as I do for myself. A1 is a reputable auto-care provider that cares for their consumers wholeheartedly. They are the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of the stereotypical mechanic that may pressure you into getting things you do not necessarily need. They will recommend justified parts and service while showing you precisely what they are looking at, avoiding any pressure other mechanics might give. I will recommend them for anything car related because of their professional and reputable service, proactive mindset, honest prices, reasonable time frames, and lastly a care for their customers. Thank you A1 for making my life so much easier.

A year ago I discovered A1 Committed Autcare. I have 3 vehicles and the folks there have taken care of all 3 them ever since. They have been responsive and quick to solve any and all changes that I have reported, as well as provide quick and reliable service. The prices are extremely competitive and I have of couple foreign cars. When compared to the dealer prices the quality of work and price break are always better.I recommend this garage no matter what type of vehicle you own.

I trust these guys. That's really hard to come by with mechanics these days, which is the number one reason my whole family has been bringing our cars to A1 for over 5 years now. If Craig tells you something needs to be fixed or replaced, it does. And you can't beat the price or the service. They are extremely personable and work hard to take care of their customers.

I have been going there for over 15 years. I only stopped because we left the state. I was there when the father ran it, now the son Craig pretty much runs it. I can't say enough good things about them. I ve gone there for minor and major work, simple oil change and engine block and transmission problems, and with several cars. I had radiator replaced, transmission work, clutch, blown plugs, even helped me with engine replacement ALWAYS steered me right. Once they even told me to go to the dealer. A-1 could do it, but it cost more so I'd be better off going to the dealer. Sometimes they said it wasn't a major enough issue to tackle right now, other times they said it was urgent and couldn't release it. I'm sure I didn't get special treatment but I felt like I did, that's important to me. They remember your name, the type of car, they remember the work they did, without looking it up. Don't believe me, test me in this, Give my name and ask them if they know me. My son tried to tell me if they were that good they would have a bigger and better building and operation (what do you expect from kids). Quality and honesty speaks for itself, even my son swears by them now. Brownie points for dad. Some things they don't do, frames, inspection stickers, balance and alignment, and they can refer you to other places who will and they trust their work otherwise they wouldn't recommend them.
