I'm impressed! I needed a state inspection and they happily fit me in. The automotive shop down the road said i needed an appointment and the 1st appointment was 1 week out. At Christian Brothers, the waiting room has uplifting decor and was clean, fresh and COMFORTABLE with GREAT snacks and drinks. I appreciated the smiles, friendly greeting, and prompt service. THANKS!! I'll be back.

Shop technicians are warm and friendly. Steve the shuttle driver will become your best friend. The waiting room is as cleaned and hospitable as someone's living room.But the two service writers really seem to not enjoy their job, and this ruins the entire experience. They were very short with me, and while waiting I witnessed them address several different elderly ladies with unmistakably irritated tones. Disrespect, especially towards seniors, is not a good face for business.

Overall, 2/5 stars. I would not come again. This place is fine for an inspection, but I wouldn't trust them to work on your car. I brought my car here, and they quoted me $2,400 for repairs, including a bunch of random fees. Unsure of the accuracy, I took my car to another auto shop, which confirmed that my car is in good condition and didn't need any of the suggested work. I won't be returning and cannot trust them.

Great service. Awesome employees. I drive out of my way to take all of my vehicles there. I have 100% trust in confidence in their work ethic and ability to service and repair my vehicles. Highly recommend using them for your vehicle needs.

Horrible Customer Service! The front desk guy called Joe is very racist and has horrible customer service. Of all the Christian Brothers locations I have been a customer of in the last 15 years, this one is the worst!!! The rest have always offered premier customer experience including the one in Corinth, but not this one here in Argyle. This Joe guy leaves a very bad taste in every customer interaction and is a bad PR hurting the brand of Christian Brothers. I hope the management (Robert and Cindy Lowe) you are listening to the customers' feedback. Will never ever go back to this location. Stay away please for your sanity!

I m writing on behalf of a friend of mine. She is elderly, works at my fast food restaurant, is the kindest soul, and has endured many life challenges. Her truck broke down and she was praying for a miracle. Not only did this location shuttle her in, but they did her work at no charge. She sobbed for a whole day in disbelief at y all s kindness. Y all gained many new customers from her story, I can assure you of that. Keep doing the Lord s work and thank you for taking care of her.

Came here for inspection. Smooth experience. But ever since my inspection, I started receiving fake mails to our house address. Not sure if they leaked my info to other advertisers, but just a heads up.

They replaced my a/c compressor which ended up failing again, however, they warranted all the work and shuttled me between my home and the shop. I'd use them again.

They are very helpful and friendly. The free shuttle is great. They gave me an extra discount with a coupon for an oil change. I can count on them to do the job economically and correctly. I went in for a simple car inspection to renew my sticker but came out so impressed by their service. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule and went above and beyond with their customer service. They noticed my wiper fluid was low and key fob battery needed replacement. It s the thoughtfulness of those little details that made a huge impression for me. Thank you!

Christian Brothers are communicative, timely, and efficient. However, they fall short in two primary areas 1) empathy: I have been to Christian Brothers on 4 separate occasions (not including phone calls) to remedy my air conditioning. Having spent $2,200 + the issue is still not resolved. I understand issues can be complex, BUT not once did they apologize or show any empathy to the inconvenience this is causing my family 2) profit focused NOT customer focused: each time I returned the car and made calls to schedule another diagnostic, AGAIN no apology for the inconvenience and immediately stated there will be a cost for the diagnostic, despite having not remedied the problem. I will NOT be returning and would discourage others from doing the same (front desk is not polite and business focused only).Services: Auto A/C recharge, Auto A/C replacement, Air conditioning

Got a $7000 estimate to replace a transfer case that I had done for $1000 ($500 for part/$500 labor). Facility was immaculate and people were very friendly but really not worth a $6000 tip on $1000 worth of work.edit: I definitely understand wanting to use quality parts and the parts i bought for thousands less had the same 3 year warranty. I'm not hating on you for wanting to make a profit, just wanted to remind folks to do their homework as it may save them thousand$ and thousand$ as it did in my case. I wanted to use your shop as I was very impressed with the facility but I just couldn't reconcile spending so much more than what it should have cost.

Omg...this place is clean and so nice. It didn't feel like I've waited for my car for over an hour. I love the vibe of the waiting area, it feels amazing . The price I pay for the service (alignment/oil change n inspection) I've gotten is great and so well worth it. Additionally, getting an in depth report of my vehicle with photos is a first for us so it was a really nice bonus.I've felt that Joe is sincere in providing great service from phone and in person conversations and they've delivered. Definitely recommended and should be given a visit. We'll be back.

I walked into the reception area and it looked like someone's living room. Very nice pool, coffee, service, and snacks. The bathroom was very clean and nicely decorated. The team in unison greeted me welcome. Rick signed me in super friendly. Everything was on time and very reasonably priced for my in cab air filter. I don t usually leave reviews. But this was literally the best experience I have had with car repair in my 30years driving! Dropped vehicle off over the weekend using the web appointment scheduler, and after hours drop off. Got phone call first thing Monday morning to discuss issues. By lunch I got text update linking me to a portal with all the things they found including pictures and videos of my vehicle showing specific issues. Called Tyler for the price quote, he had the exact price immediately . gave him the go ahead on the repairs. He called me 4 hours later and said it was ready for pick up!!!Unreal!!Highly recommend!!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Vehicle Inspection

Christian Brothers Automotive Argyle saved me from dying in the Texas heat by fixing my AC! I had already taken my car in to two other service centers 6 months before the AC went out, including the dealer that I bought my vehicle from. They kept saying that there was no problem with the AC and that particular model was just like that. Inevitably, the AC finally went out completely which made it unusable in the Texas heat. I finally decided enough was enough and called Christian Brothers. The online appointment scheduling was easy to navigate and I was able to drop off the vehicle on a Sunday night and they immediately began the inspection process Monday morning and found the problem right away! The price was much less than I thought and they were very trustworthy during the whole process. I will definitely use them again!Service: Air conditioning

They took me in short notice and were courteous and respectful from start to finish. Had shuttle service to bring me home and pick me up when service was complete. Texted updates and link describing in detail the work needed once they had a chance to look it over. Then serviced items per phone discussion with reasonable prices. This shop honestly makes every shop look bad and it's crazy how impressive the service is here. When I walked into this clean beautiful store I could really tell that these guys truly care about your vehicle and will get you in and out. I have a family of three kids and my car is my life. They handled everything so promptly and without any problems. I would recommend Christian Brothers in Argyle to everyone I know. Not once did I feel taken advantage of or over charged. Brand new store close to our house, had 2 great experiences so far for oil changes and vehicle registration. Great service and staff! I brought in my vehicle yesterday for a vehicle inspection and the staff were great. It's a very nice facility (new - only three weeks old), with seating and WiFi if you're going to hang out while they service your vehicle. Moved in the neighborhood so was excited to find a car shop near by. Service was quick but the front desk lady lacks customer service skills or politeness. Surprisingly unlike what you see around in the neighborhood. Not going back.
