Needed an oil change fast and I called Walmart and they had a time available the very next morning. Went in and took about a half hour did a little shopping and they texted me when it was done! I paid inside, walked outside, and they handed me the keys and I was off! Great price and great service! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Never have I ever had a worse experience with a Walmart automotive like I have at this location. They re usually attentive and fast but not this location. I walked around for 15-20 minutes to find someone to talk to until I asked a gentleman who only told me to hold on cause he was doing something. Only for it to get worse with him making me get my own mileage and oil so he wouldn t have to get in the rain but I ended up getting soaked. Definitely incompetent and unprofessionalService: Oil change

The most incompetent tire department I've ever seen. I ordered a set of tires because they were not a normally stocked size. They came in and I went to have them installed only to be told I would have to come back that afternoon or the next day because the only employee that showed up was too busy with his oil change job. There was only one other car in that place...nobody in line, nothing. Just pitiful, I loaded up the 4nnew tires and took them to the Portland Walmart for install.

This place is absolutely worthless. It's unbelievable how inept this place is at doing their job. It shouldn't take 3+ hours to put some tires on with 1 person in front of you. And then they lie about the estimated time and have u sitting there looking crazy.

They do the job, came in to get the oil changed on a family members car. The following week I needed a tire and they had everything I needed, I checked on the app prior too, made everything easy. Getting air for the tire was free too.

Went for tire rotation, website said 5 per tire but they quoted 10 when I got there. Said the website wasn't their fault. Who's is it then, Walmarts? Your Walmart...

This is the first time in years that I have been to WallyWorld's auto service center.The last time they trashed one of my aluminum rims and did nothing.15 years before that they left a rag on the exhaust manifold which eventually caught on fire. Fortunately I had a fire extinguisher on hand.I know, should never have gone back but I did.It was an easy job and they did a good job.However, because of their previous record I suggest that you be very careful and vigilant. I suspect that some employees are not the best.

If you have a truck with big tires don't waste your time going there, the guy started crying and making up lies saying he can't do it because his machine to small that the most it could do was a rim size 22 and I told him my rim size is a 22 and the look on his face was priceless and still didn't want to do it saying he didn't want to mess up the tire and rim and bringing up hurricane Harvey then says as he walks away he not from here. I told him I'm near to popping this tire and just need it replace I got my own tire to put it on and he still refused to work on it, don't waste your time traveling here to work on your truck

Went when no cars were in line. They told me 2 hour wait. Came back two hours later they said additional hour. I cancelled the tire repair so all i got done was an oil change. Don't understand why it would take so long. He even said 2 cars were in front of me and one was an appointment. I didn't know walmart does appointments.

I thought patching a hole in a tire would be a simple job but couldn't even get the tire off without breaking a lug nut stud as well as other suspension parts; causing $1,500 worth of damage. I had submitted a claim to Claim Management, its been over a month since i've seen my car or the check to give to the shop my car is at. It has been a complete nightmare dealing with this situation. Please save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

Went to Wal-Mart after i spoke to Jason from automotive for tire rotation n balancing, they tell me my tires are no good and will not balance or rotate them. What does balance have to do with rotation? If my tires are so bad....why did they pass inspection? And they guy that drove my truck moced my seat so far down that it will not go up again.Still .....why refuse to rotate them?They offered to sell me tires....bullcrap!!! If my tires passed inspection 2 months ago why are they not good enough to balance and rotate???

The first couple times I went here for an oil change I noticed little things missing (change, a useless check that had already been deposited I had in my console...) and I had tried not to go again but unfortunately had to before a road trip and everything else around was closed (believe me, I tried)...well anyway first of all I was one of two waiting and it took almost an hour and a half. Secondly, there was a HUGE, dark oil footprint on my TAN drivers floormat. Bottom line they kinda suck.

They said that I would have to wait 2:30 for 1 car in front of me to get tires 5 mechanic's on duty but only 1 can do tires. Then they tell me they have no floor Jack's so they can't jack up my trailer. They act like it's a inconvenience for me to be there

I made an appointment for yesterday and when i got there they said it would be a 3 hour wait and i said i had appointment why would there be ab3 hour wait then they said i will be back and the never came back so i have to leave very poor service. So i went to discount tire in Portland i bought 4 new tires.

I've never met anyone with more excuses on why they couldn't do there job. "we don't have enough oil for your truck" ,"we have 9 tires that fit your truck. Wait we can't sell those to you", "we change valve stems but we can't do ram trucks". Waisted an hour of my time just telling me "we can't ".

After oil change two days later, oil light indicated little to no oil at all and was bone dry. 2 hour wait and a 30 dollar charge.

Waited an hour to get oil changed and then all employees took break at same time. WTF!!!! Bad and slow service. Total time 3 hours.
