Knowledgeable and honest sales on quality vehicles. Friendly, Professional, Efficient and direct service department with fair prices. Hometown atmosphere where you can feel appreciated and be comfortable asking questions. We prefer it to the big city dealers where you are just a number. Self entitled hide behind the keyboard whiners probably deserve and appreciate the big city treatment.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT UNLESS YOU WANT MORE ISSUES!!!!! These people aren t to be trusted with your vehicle at all ! They won t fix the actual issue and charge you for work that was never done. You will come out with more issues and these scammers could care less. They will give you a runaround, won t keep you updated, and will over charge you for parts and work they never worked on nor replaced. They will get you if you re not mechanically inclined.

Went in for an oil change on my F350, which I had them do a fuel filter and tire rotation. When I was ready to leave, there was diesel on the seat and arm rest. I told them and they took it back to clean it off, it didn't really come out!! After leaving I stopped at the gas station just down the road and my hub cap was not snapped into place. If had gone farther it would have been gone. Very disappointing appointment. I won't be back.

Friday before Xmas my F250 began leaking fuel 30 miles from home. I had it towed to Commercial Motors in Aransas Pass within an hour (thanks AAA). Then I called service department and was told the truck would be in the queue to be looked at the Wednesday after Christmas. Totally reasonable, however, I was scheduled to go on a hunting trip on Thursday morning. I asked the service manager if he could possibly look at it sooner. He indicated he would try. To my surprise I received a call two hours later saying my truck was ready. After all this is Texas and I needed my truck to go hunting!!Hats off for Commercial Motors and their continued excellent Service Department!

This rating is for the service department only. I visited this dealer on my vacation in 2016. The service department recommended replacing parts that did not need to be replaced. I am a mechanic and have been since 2000. I did not have the tools or equipment with me to repair my vehicle myself. Also I told myself I wouldn't repair my vehicle myself while I was on vacation. I have doubts the same service department employees work here now. If you want to know the story keep reading.I noticed my 2005 F150 front wheel bearing grinding while driving when I arrived in Port Aransas from DFW. I called the nearest Ford dealer around 4pm which was in Aransas Pass. I called the parts department and verified my part was available and it was (rebuilt) $300. I tried to schedule an appointment with the service department but their suggestion was to come as early as you can the next morning.I arrived about 7am and they opened at 7:30am. I told the service manager the symptoms, what I thought it was, and told him I verified the part was available with the parts department. He took the vehicle to the back and came out 30 minutes later and told me I was wrong. I needed two other parts replaced on the other side of my vehicle. The parts and labor would be over $700 and they could have the parts in my noon. I told the service writer I did not agree with that. I had expected to be gone with my truck repaired way before noon.The service manager attempted to show me the parts they wanted to replace while my truck was on the lift. The service manager requested he take me on a road test. The service manager test drove with me in the vehicle. The service manager was not budging. "It's not your bearing". So I told him we were done road testing. I paid my $60 and left straight to Auto Zone. I give the Aransas Pass Auto Zone 5 stars by the way.I bought all the tools I needed $220 and borrowed a few from Auto Zone. The part was about $85 brand new. I can't say exactly where I repaired my vehicle at (I promised Auto Zone). Nevertheless, it took me about 45 minutes to repair my vehicle. I test drove my truck and there was no more grinding. Now I have duplicate tools to take back home with me for cheaper than the cost of the dealership to fix my vehicle.So I was so upset, I drove back to this dealership and asked to speak to that same service manager. He was unavailable, I was told he had a doctor appointment but who knows. I did speak with other employees but they could not refund me my money. So I waited to speak with the service manager. 2 hours pass and the same service manger came from the back and wanted to look at the truck. He pointed out parts that I had replaced recently and asked when I changed them. I told him the same thing I told him earlier. He asked to drive it and I went with him on another test drive. He was amazed the noise was gone. The service manager did not listen to anything I told him from the very beginning.So he took me to the back and refunded my $60. The refund was the only professional service I received from the service department that day. I actually should have been compensated for having to wait so long. To be honest I just wanted to go back on vacation. I was hot and sweaty from the summer heat.That service manager tried to make some extra money from me knowing I work on vehicles. I can only imagine how many people have been treated the same way. Most individuals that take their vehicle to the dealership for service have no or very little mechanical experience. The service manager knows that vulnerability but should be morally obligated to be honest to each customer from within. If you treat the customer correctly, you don't have to be dishonest to make a living.If you have read this entire story I have never taken my vehicle to a dealer before. This was my very first time. Hopefully this was the last time. I plan on vacationing Port Aransas this summer for the first time since my last visit 2016. I'm sorry I didn't leave the review back then.

I love that this Ford Dealership is Family Owned and that they employ Texas Veterans.If you re looking for a smooth car buying experience, you will find it at this local business. Everyone is so kind and respectful. If they don t have what you want on the lot, they will find it and get it to you.

Our Lincoln Navigator air cond wasn t blowing cold. Service department was very busy but Rock got right on it to see what was causing trouble.Customer service has always been number one at commercial with allMy daughters trucks. They did the same with mine. Very courteous and able to fix right away. Also not just that issue but changed my oil and it had recalls all was taken care of and it was washed and cleaned up. And brought back to me very timely manner. Over and above we appreciate you James - Jay -Rock for taking such care of my truck . We appreciate your service more than youKnow. Took my vehicle in for an oil change, reasonably timely, friendly staff. I'm from out of town, but the shop foreman was engaging and personable. Nice customer waiting area, I'll be back next year.

Was visiting Rockport , ready to return home , 3hr drive. Ac quit, engine overheated. Spoke with James in service, he said couldn t get to for 2 days. I explained we needed to return home. He got the parts ordered and made the repairs, completed the next day at 1:00. Thanks to James and the mechanic, appreciate the great service.

I've given these guys & gals 5 stars. On April 17 2023 our car stopped and wouldn't start in Sinton Tx. The local mechanic in Sinton tried to jump it, nothing. He called in a buddy to tow it to Commercial Ford. James answered the phone when we called and took the frustration that my husband was dealing with stride. He was calm and collected and as helpful as he could be. Rock the service manager took car of us when we arrived and got the car fixed and us on our way. These guys were nothing less then fabulous and are proof positive that SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE still exists. I can't say enough great things about them. All the staff members were super friendly and again, customer service was AMAZING!

When the engine of my Ford Fusion had a major issue, Jay and James in the Service Dept. researched the issue, discovered a recall for this known issue, and saw to it that we received a complete engine replacement at no charge, including labor. Appreciate the dedication to customers and the great service!

Worse place to take your vehicle to get body work . Had good service before in the mechanical shop but the body shop it just bunch of lies. They waited seven weeks to order the parts they needed and want to make excuses. I thought I was going to get great service like the mechanical shop. Don t recommend to my worst enemy.

I purchased my car here and I was not disappointed. I had very specific needs and Dell was absolutely amazing and really out did herself finding exactly what I wanted and needed. I also have been in a numerous times for maintenance (oil change and recall work etc) and my car was worked on in a timely manner and the customer service was phenomenal. Also, the service manager always goes above and beyond to make sure we have the best experience. If you are in the area I would highly recommend not only for purchase of your vehicle but also service and maintenance.

I dropped my vehicle off with the Service Department for a noise going 55 mph to 60 mph, steady speed (with or without cruise control).They had my truck a week and was not able to duplicate the problem. I told them I would go with them on a test drive, but they didn't want to. They said they fixed a recall (an update)and there is nothing else to fix so I picked up the truck, they closed the work order. Eight miles down the road leaving their dealership, the noise starts, loudly. I called the Service Manager and spoke with him. I wanted to turn around so he could ride with me so he and/or the mechanic could hear the noise. He told me to take my truck to a different dealer, try Corpus Christi. Really? Apparently his mechanics are not well versed with fixing Fords and sends owners with Fords elsewhere to get them fixed.Also I was not given any paperwork, no receipt, nothing but my key.

The collision center will be nice to you until they have your car. They have lied more than once and don't take the time to listen to your concerns. They have been dealing with the insurance before us and only wants approval to work on the car. They haven't even put it on a lift and the guy claims his 40 years of experience he can guess what needs to be done with out even looking at it. Would not suggest you take your vehicles here.

I would recommend commercial ford in Aransas to anyone even without a ford! The customer service that we got was absolutely amazing and Jay Fontenot service advisor is absolutely the best I have dealt with in a dealer ship! They did a great job and in a timely fashion on getting my car repaired. They handled everything with the insurance company. When we picked the car up the screen said locked and when I took it back in a week later they had no hesitation in trying to figure it out and asked that I drop it off for a couple hrs so I didn't have to sit there. Such awesome people and polite.

This review is for the service department. I took my 2021 Ford bronco Sport to them 2 weeks ago because my vehicle was not driving right, felt like it was jolting forward as I was driving. I explained this to the service department and I also needed the 7 recalls looked at. They kept asking me what was wrong with my car as if i should diagnose it myself. I left it with them for a week and the problem still occurred, but 10x worse as I was driving it over the harbor bridge. I called them back again and one of the service men asked if it was the transmission or the brakes (it is not my job to diagnose my car) and then he said I can't bring it in without a diagnosis. This conversation took place as I was on the side of the highway. When I took my car to Auto Nation Ford off SPID, they knew exactly what was wrong just from the description I gave them, but their transmission technician is booked for 4 months unfortunately. I decided to take my car on a trailer all the way to San Antonio rather than taking it back to the Aransas Pass dealership. I experienced this TERRIBLE service during a very scary situation.

I am very satisfied with the service that was provided to me in the service dept. Jay Fontenot Service Advisor kept me posted on the status of my vehicle. I have taken my vehicles to be serviced at other dealerships and was not satisfied like I was with Commercial Motors. Thank you once again for the great customer service.

Seconding the review of my wife, Tammy, the service department at Commercial Motor Company is stellar! When I called in and spoke with Herb, explaining that the front stabilizers on my new/warrantied F350 had gone kaput again (previously "fixed" under warranty) and that we were on an interstate road trip pulling a 44' toy hauler, leaving for New Orleans in just a few days, he classified this as an emergency and told me to bring it in as soon as I could and they'd get to it as soon as they could, even though they were booked out several days.The first dealer I called before said they were booked out for a week or more and let me go.Jay had it fixed the same day (!) and called to tell me I could pick it up in the morning. The basic fix was warrantied, but he also reduced the labor cost on the "Pro stabilizer" kit he convinced me was worthwhile.I've had similar experiences on interstate motorcycle rides, where the shop I had it towed to told me to rent a uHaul and go home, but another non-dealer shop fixed me up and got me back on the road, and didn't even want to charge me! I REALLY appreciate that kind of customer service for travelers in a bind. The kind of service that I got at Commercial.I am a VERY happy customer and just wish I could have all my future work done by this shop in Texas, even though I live in Arizona.

Amazing Customer Service!!!! Seriously puts other dealership experiences to shame! My husband and I were traveling through the area pulling our 5th wheel when we experienced issues with our truck. While calling a couple different places (They basically told us to pound sand, they were too busy) the folks here told us to bring it on in and they'd work it in. This problem has happened before so they recommended an additional stabilizer kit which we decided was a good investment considering the length of our trip and the quote was reasonable. They finished the repair and installation in less than 24 hours AND the final bill was 1/4 of the originally quoted price! I'm now wondering if my Triple AAA plus will tow all of my vehicles to this place from AZ!!! Herb, Jay and Team, you guys are amazing!! Thank you!!!

I never take my truck anywhere but Commercial Motors for service including state inspections. The entire staff from sales, finance, body shop to service and all the others in between is nothing short of amazing. I will never buy another vehicle or have service done by anyone other than Commercial Motors. Thank you all your great service and attention.

Absolutely exceptional service from the Service Department. They were quick to fix another dealerships error. They were extremely polite, courteous and had me out the door in the time promised. Will be returning if I have any future problems with my vehicle.

if i could give them 0 stars i would. not only did they not tell me when the part for my car arrived, but when i put my car in their shop at the time they asked me(very early in the morning) they didn't even get to it by the next day. if you promise a customer that their car will get worked on you shouldn't knowingly lie, which is what they had to be doing or why else would it be 2 days later and yet my car isn't being worked on despite them saying if i put it in early they'd get to it that day. the people in the office might be nice and polite but they really need to do something about their mechanic area.

Update: They made the sensor issue worse on our Escape. We traded it in amd upgraded back to a Lexus. I think the only thing I will let them do is an oil change on my truck as I have many points and they are free.They are short staffed whi h is one issue tgat is hard for everyone. What I don't appreciate is the communication or lack of it. If there is an issue own up to it and let me know what you are going to do to fix it.
