Worst oil service, there super slow and they have a entire line looking like a McDonald's drive thru.I have waited over 1hr 30 minutes and there's only 1 car in front of me and 1 in the bay. What are they doing in there changing a engine on a car. Never coming back again.

So I haven t actually been yet - but the customer service rep I talked to on the phone was amazing. I was floored. She was able to check if the state inspector was on sight before I took my car in - told me the price of the inspection and sent me a coupon via text for an oil change.That s super refreshing when you call other places and they don t even answer the phone.5 stars so far!!!

The first few times I went there it was pricey, but no other significant problems. However today, I waited just over an hour before even getting into a bay. There were two cars ahead of me when I got there so I knew it might be a few minutes, but one hour and fourteen minutes from the time I got in line until pulling out of the bay is crazy. All for an oil change that used to be $60 but today was $94. Not a good use of my time or my money.Service: Oil change

As far as I can determine, there is no way to reach this local business by phone. The phone numbers I called do not go through. I am simply trying to find out WHEN they conduct State Inspections. The reviews I've read while searching for a working phone number are mixed. It seems like many customers are leaving frustrated with the service they received.

Find it weird they tried to charge me 186.xx for a oil change an inspection. I responded when did it goes up that much I payed like 50 or 60 last time I came they said due to the new system... gave two 100s he brought the change an no receipt asked for a reciept (so i can check the price) said its broke... but I guess it wasn't 186 cause I had 60or so in change. seems very dishonest now...

Today, there were 4 cars on each side for oil change.. we waited and waited.. then i realized my daughter and i had watched nearly the entire Despicable Me Movie before I realized we had been waiting over an hour in line. With 1 in the bay and 2 stacks of 4. Unacceptable.. i hope they go out of business.. I wish Mr D"s didnt sell

Sat in line 20 minutes and 9 cars deep before anyone came out to see what i needed. A car after I got here got in a bay first. All I need is an inspection. They need one lane for just inspections to move the cars out. So now I am sitting behind a car that got here after me while cars behind me are leaving. Hopefully she only needs an inspection too.

Very slow service, 3rd car back and sat their for 1.5 hours, just for an inspection that took a few minutes. At least.its done, staff is friendly, just seems there are a lot of folks on staff to be so slow

We have been here several times to get an inspection. Always turned away. Today we were told the inspector goes home in 5 minutes.Really it's 10am!Won't ever come back here again!

I have used their service a number of times. They are very quick and very thorough. They are also friendly and very courteous. I will continue using them for my oil changes.

Totally unfriendly. Took 28 minutes to perform a 10 minute oil change. "Stay in your car because at Take 5, we're faster than you think" is a joke. My truck takes 6 qts of oil. The extra qt cost $9. Ridiculous.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

When it was Mr. D's, it was affordable and they were honest but once 5 Minute Oil Change bought them out they got expensive and dishonest.I was 1 qt low on transmission fluid but the guy said it barely registered on the dipstick in an attempt to overcharge me for several qts instead of one. I checked it myself, bought a qt at Autozone and topped it up. Before this, they had charged my wife over 100. for an oil change. No more 5 Minute Oil Changes for me, I'll go elsewhere.

The crew did an amazing job with my oil change and the changing of filters. They were very professional and worked quickly and efficiently.The co-manager was so thoughtful... they were short handed and therefore, they had to close one bay. He walked to each car that was in line offering them bottled water while they waited. That was very nice of him.A little pricey but he gave me a discount! I will be a regular customer from now on!

Prices have gone up too much. I told them I wanted new windshield wiper blades...they charged me for them. I went over to wash my Jeep and noticed that the boxes, with the new blades still in them, were on the hood of the car. I do go back and they put them on. I was also not offered "regular" oil.... only synthetic.

My experience was very good. Your employees are very respectful and thorough. But your prices are very high, so due to that reason, I ll take my business elsewhere. This is a small town and word travels fast and greed. gets people know where I m trying to convince people to stop going to the gas gouger s even if it s 2 cents higher and all the other places that overprice that I can get cheaper down the road.

I was in and out in 5 minutes getting an inspection sticker. The guys worked together like a well oiled machine. It was good to see, considering I usually go to a private mechanic shop 15 miles from my home.

This location not only took care of my car but also pointed out some shadyness that was done to my car at another location.I spend to much money for a service and I expect it done right and not be done wrong like I was at the Terrell location .Keanu at the Canton location went above and beyond customer service and I will be sure and return here to service my vehicle in the future.
