The service was awesome but the price was crazy. 85.00 for an oil change is way above the normal price. Loved staying in my car. Great service but will. Ot go again too$$$

I came in just before closing on Friday and the two gentleman working could not be any nicer. Truly kind in their friendliness and professionalism. The manager even alerted me to an oil leak I was not aware of and also showed me how to fix my wiper blades (which had not been working properly for over a year). Then they charged me over $30 less than their competition. I do recommend

I am a senior citizen and female. I was told my oil change would be $116 for a 2021 GMC Acadia. I was informed it was that high because my car takes 8 quarts of oil! So I said no ,close my hood. Went to a Valvoline $65 and my car holds 5 quarts of oil! Watch out for this place. I will never go back. Also I am exposing them on Social Media.

Super friendly crew, so polite and helpful. Love how quick and easy they make this chore for me. The driveway was a little confusing since this was my first time, so just know you have to take the one FARTHEST from Walgreens and then go LEFT around the building to pull up from behind. Love how comfortable and welcome I felt, like my business matters to them and they were happy to help me. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience!!!! And I m so glad the air filters for our big suv were in stock; a little bit of sticker shock there but not even sorry for how simple and fast the change out was even tho one was behind the glove box (actually what?!?!). I don t want to go anywhere else from now on. Good stuff!

Great experience at this location. Lucas, Emily and the other employee (sorry I didn't catch your name ) went in for an inspection before heading to the tax assessors to register my vehicle. I got a flat tire on the way, a flat beyond repair. They were kind enough to help me change it out with my spare and get my vehicle inspected. I was able to make it to the tax assessors before it closes. Thank y'all so much for making a frustrating situation everything but!

2/1 evening service.Emily was quite pleasant. Adrian handled the oil change. The service I requested was not available. So I chose a different one. No water in the building for washer fluid refill. Had to remind regarding coolant check and tire check as well as it was not originally performed. Oil reset was not done so I did myself. Not deal breakers just seemed to be part of not being prepared this evening or growing pains. Whatever the reason this was my experience. Best of luck!

They changed the oil, and checked off everything on the list.......except.......they didnt do everything on the list.Said they cleaned windshield......um nopeChecked air filter.....another nopeTire pressure......nopeThey did top of wiper fluid .....that I just filled day before.

Got a oil change a day ago in my black jeep cherokee. Group of guys came out and got it done fast. All of them were polite and helpful. First time going to take 5, will definitely go back. Appreciate it boys!!

I went to get My inspection sticker renewed and the young guy was kinda busy but he was fast! He did an oil change then my inspection and was starting on another oil change when I was leaving then the other wker showed up but he held it down!

Gave one star only two post this reviewNever visit this place, they stripped the oil pan on my wifes car and told us the car was already damaged. Car is now just sitting in the driveway with no oil. i ve already told all my friends and family to stay away from this place. They would not help with repairs.

The price is a little bit high but the service was good. The facility was nice and clean and didn t have to wait for service very long. I spent about 15 mins all together there and I was out and rolling

The workers so so kind, attentive, and really make you feel comfortable. I was helped by a young lady, I think her name was Emily! She was so patient w all questions and had and was overall a nice employee! Keep up the amazing work guys!

Very bad experience in Pleasanton areaWent in with my car running good came out with the engine block broken and over filled with oil.Driving home heard a pop and the oil everywhere.Luke came out tried to help. Adrian the supervisor or whoever wasn't no help at allThe other worker changing the oil didn't want to do it cause my car had a skid plateI will never go there again worse experience ever. Now I have to wait for claims.BBB is going to hear me out.

I just went in for an inspection and they still offered me water. They explained what they were doing without being condescending. It s surprising how just the little things like being polite that made things so much better.

This was the first time I have been to Take 5, the guys that changed the oil in my car were very good, I was treated with respect (BIG +), they were quick and answered all my questions. I will be going back for my next oil changed.

I went to Take 5 when the other quick oil change place was super slow and very backed up. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The guys were very friendly and helpful.

I was very impressed with the way they welcomed me first of all ,with respect they did my oil change replaced a filter and gas treatment they explained everything they did and I got a great deal a very nice discount they all knew what they were doing and did excellent job didn t take long at all I will be using them again and telling how wonderful they all were I do refer them great people

Went to get an inspection waited maybe 20 minutes for them to finish up with the other vehicle in front of me and then another 20 min for myself to be done, the young lady that attended to me was polite and another gentleman offered me water while I waited and I didn't have to get out of my vehicle so my first experience here was alright I'd say.

The team was timely, but had to ask for windshield fluid to be filled and tire pressure checked. Did not wash windshield or offer water. Was disappointed.
