This is the second time we have used this company. They were referred to us by a friend who is a builder. We live in Forney and were surprised that they serviced our area. First time, we remodeled a bathroom and they did the shower glass. It was beautiful. The second time did not go as smoothly. There were issues that arose that no one saw coming. However, the owner of this company took responsibility and was upfront and transparent with us. A quality that you don t see often anymore. One that we truly appreciate. When it was time to install, my schedule had changed. I only had select times I could be available, which was very opposite of their own work schedule. They remained patient in waiting for us to be able to take off work to be home. The week before Christmas I called to schedule, fully expecting a no we can t do it for a couple of weeks , ofcoarse I would have understood, but they made it work! A few days later and I was looking through the most fabulous window! We removed a triple hung window and replaced with tempered glass window. It s absolutely beautiful. The installers were the best and made sure it was a perfect fit. Thank you for your integrity Patrick and great service. We are definitely life long customers.

Called about replacing a window in my bedroom, I m 70 years old, I got up to go to the rest room an fell into the storm window, called them and that I was on a fixed income, they replaced it N/C Thanks so much..

I have been working on remodeling my home (DIY) had to subcontract a few things out One thing I was not going to even attempt myself was coming in behind a contractor who did not square up his work and try to install a glass shower so I gave Superior Glass and Mirror a call, Roxie had someone out within the week to get measurements and had an estimate to me within days gave me my options. She said it would take between 2 and 4 weeks to get it in and wow under promise and over deliver she gave me a call within about a week and a half and scheduled my appointment for install. Josh came out and installed our glass shower and Vanity mirror (we chose to do an open shower) he did a great job only one problem we changed our minds and wanted to add a door to the shower. Which turned out to be no problem at all. Gave Roxie a call she said I'll get it ordered a week later she called said it was in and scheduled my appointment for install that same evening, Greg and Jose showed up installed my shower door and that was that. I would just like to say thank you to the team at Superior Glass and Mirror for doing such a great job on helping in this whole experience. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

We had two windows replaced. Josh and Greg from superior glass called and arrived to measure. They returned and did a great job replacing windows and also cleaned them.They were both very friendly and personable men. Refreshing to find a company that does what they say. We would highly recommend them.

Josh and Greg have done two jobs for me now and both times let me tell you . AMAZING. They are not only great workers who perform amazing work at a great price, they are great at communication. Their customer service goes far and above what others offer. If you have any work that is needed, I urge you to use this company. They are outstanding

I called Superior to come and look at a window issue, they looked at it and actually said I could save money by going a different way and not even using their services. Integrity, Honesty all refreshing qualities, Superior will get all my glass work.

A window was broken at my work and they came out the same day it was broken then patched it with plywood. They ordered the glass needed to repair it and got it replaced within a few days. Definitely would recommend them for all your glass needs!!! Great people!! Great service!! Great Response Time!!

Replaced 3 windows and 1 picture window at my house. Came out and measured and ordered the windows then returned and installed them. Always show up on time for appointments and do great work. Will definitely use them again!!

Superior glass and mirror did a great job on our new custom glass front to protect our cashier and office personnel. Awesome custom glass work! We also appreciate the prompt service!! I recommend this Company. We had odd size windows that needed replaced due to a football. The gentleman called before arrival and were so quite while they worked in the house. From start to finish well under a hour. Thank you so much!
