S/O to o Riley s !!!My battery in my car kept dying on me so I took it to auto zone in Pleasanton to get checked. The lady had me turn off my car then told me she could not check my battery because the plastic Cover over it was a liability. Then told me she also couldn t jump start me because her machine wasn t strong enough for my car then proceeded to jump start a DODGE RAM.Now I don t know much about vehicles but I m sure a truck needs more power than a car. She told me she could sell me a battery but that I d have to put it on at home then left me outside with a dead car.So I called o Riley s and the manager (Greg) came over and changed the battery for me The auto some lady did not look happy she was rude.Needless to say I ll never go back to auto zone!

Came in to replace my brake light and the gentleman at the front helped us install it and remove the burnt one. Super helpful and patient.

Felicity and Woody were awesome! They were both friendly and changed our battery quickly. They were very engaging and chatted with us as they worked on the car, Woody even changed the terminal as well. All in all, great customer service and friendly staff!!

The place is clean up front and so is the parking area. The cashier's are always helpful in helping you find what you are looking for,and will answer any questions you may have about a product. The are even kind and soft heated towards the elderly and handicaps that can not carry heavy products they have brought and help you place it in your vehicle. Now that is a store going back to everytime,it shows you love for their customers.

Our two year old battery died! We brought the battery in, they tested it, he looked it up and replaced it with a new battery since we still had another year on our warranty! Thanks!

Went to get a free computer diagnostic test because there was a misfire on my SUV. Great customer service. Computer was on the low end & couldn't tell me what was wrong, but they suggested another way of troubleshooting which helped me pinpoint my issue.

Wait time was long,The guy at the register was rude and seemed like he didn't want to be there working. Was looking for a part(and I have a part # mind you) said he didn't have it to go to Another store they have it in stock. Went to that store and they didn't even have it either. Ended up ordering on Amazon. Came out cheaper. (2 day service) Will think twice about going to this location again!

One of my favorite auto parts suppliers. They have knowledgeable and well trained counter associates. If they dont have the part I need they will order it and will typically have it the next day.

All of the employees that work here are really nice and helpful... I pulled a muscle in my leg and could not get out of my truck... So my husband calls O'Reillys and a nice young man comes out and takes my list and said he would get the thing's on my list... Thank you O'Reilly's for having such nice and helpful Employees such as the young man and John

Awesome knowledge on Renard and Ricardo.. Jerimiah is also getting there.. He's learning from them.. The always have what I need and if they don't.. They are quick to get it ordered from their hub store same day if not to late...

I took my lawn tractor battery there to be tested. I dropped it off and was told to come back in 90 minutes. They charged it and tested it. They said it was a good battery. I believed them as they did not at any time try to sell me a new battery. I installed it in my lawn tractor after cleaning all connections and the starter made a clicking sound and that was it. That was more than what it did before they tested it. My tractor is under warranty and I am now waiting for a technician to come and check it out. I recommend O'Reilly to anyone looking for parts for their car or truck.

One star is even to much to give to this store ! The manger that is there now Hector is RUDE !!! He does NOT know what he is doing nor does he care about his job all he is there for is to get a pay check ! He will lie on the customers , he takes returns that have been replaced with the old used part then wants to tell the customer that bought the "new" OLD part that they are the ones that changed it out and took the new part and replaced it with the old one to get the money back he has done that to me and people I know more than once or twice. The store was much better off when RONNIE was the manger there , there was never any issues like there is with Hector being there now. AutoZone has same parts as O'reilly's does so guess what they done lost all my business because of Hector and his RUDE , LYING SELF ! ! ! So if you want honest people doing anything for you go to AutoZone for sure because O'reilly's will just lie to you and try to cheat you Because HECTOR IS NOT A GOOD PERASON NOR A GOOD MANGER !!!!

Had a gentleman help me his name started with a B. He was so helpful and he put my windshield wipers blades on while it was raining and did not once loose the smile. He is a great employee.

They are giving the competition to autozone, you can get parts delivered same day if not available in store but prices are slightly higher at oreillys

They didn't have the part I wanted in stock so had to opt for the more expensive part. Hey but at least I got my car fixed so I could get to work.
