Jeepy TLC day on the road.I m on the cross country trip from Seattle to New York to New Orleans and now to The White Sands National Parks.Jeepy needed an oil change and these guys took me in without appointment and now dealing with Jeepy TLC.I m learning other things about my baby too - thank you.

The service writer is Dishonest and a thief s. About a month ago I took my truck here for high fuel rail pressure by the way the truck would start and run but it was rough. They told me there was a foreign substance in my fuel and would cost 11,000 to fix it. We tried going through insurance and had the fuel tested by a lab which the fuelCame back clean so insurance wouldn t cover it so at this point I thought I was getting played but there was something wrong with the truck. I asked for my truck back to bring back home to get a second opinion . The service writer asked for a few days to put the parts back on the truck that they took off so Friday the service writer said truck is ready I sent a tow truck down to get it. My truck batteries were dead which were a yr old so they had to push it to the tow truck . The service writer charged me 400 bucks for putting the parts back on which after getting the truck home and charge back up I found the parts they charge me to put back on were not back on when my truck would not start anymore. I found the FCA on the back of my injection pump hanging by one bolt and not plugged in I also found the main fuel line sitting there not hooked up after my lift pumpKicked in and shot fuel everywhere. After finally getting ahold of the service writer after he would dodge my calls he told me I didn t give them a enough time to put the truck back together but I he never mention this when he charged me for everything and released my truck back. To me that is stealing and untrustworthy I would not trust this service writer or the mechanic that did the work! I m still trying to get this situation cleared up cause the truck still will not start after getting it back we re still trying to figure out if they didn t hook more things back up.

By far the best buying experience we've had! When I sent my information over, Ron reached out to find out exactly what we needed. We had some pretty specific things we needed in order to tow our camper. Ron gave me some suggestions to consider and then said he'd get back with me with some options. He found the vehicle we needed! When we had some doubts and needed to see all of the numbers, everyone was helpful in getting all of the specifics so we could make sure we were buying the right truck. We never felt any pressure and we felt they truly wanted to make sure we bought the truck we needed. We did not get that service from any of the other dealerships we spoke with. I wish every buying experience could have gone this smoothly! Thanks Ron!

We came here do to the almost 5 stars. Save your time and your money. We haggle back and forth but the bottom line is this place will take advantage of anyone if your not an educated consumer. We started out at one interest rate (Excellent Credit) and when we denied the gap and warranty the interest rate shot up almost 2%. Jason claimed that he had to buy the rate down and since we denied those items the rate increased. They operate on fees that consumers don't need and shouldn't pay not to mention the "dealership reserve", consumers should be bothered by this tactic of them playing with the interest rate. We were for sure. This place was the best reminder on why you should secure your own financing before purchasing a vehicle.

Great group of people to work with. They worked with me for a couple of months finding exactly the truck I wanted and getting me approved for financing. I drove 6 hours to get the truck and they had everything ready for me when I got there so it was a fast and painless process.

I-20 Dodge dealership is a complete disaster! They duped me into a $10,000 warranty, swearing it covered everything bumper to bumper. Surprise, surprise! A month later, 1100 miles in, and my repair cost me a whopping $7000 because their so-called "coverage" was a joke. Oh, and good luck canceling that useless warranty been calling for over a week, and it's like talking to a wall. Save yourself the headache, folks. Steer clear of these con artists. Almost forgot, was promised a second key and waited 3 weeks to be told they didn t have it and had to go to another dealer twice on my own time to get it and have it programmed

The staff here is exceptional, the most friendly folks ever and extremely dedicated to their brand so naturally they are vary knowledgeable but most importantly they are vary honest they smash the image of car salesperson this is THE place to go for a new dodge as well as some beautiful pre-owned vehicles....

Went in from an ad that they we doing 100% approvals but they turned me down. After the salesman I talked to pn the phone said yes no problem we will finance you. We was there less than 10 minutes and we were turned away. They didn't even want to talk to us. DO NOT GO THERE !!!!!!!

I love the service department. I was not happy with the sales department. Pretty sure I got ripped off on my truck especially since I put down $20,000. I bought it used and paid more than a new one. I guess because I was a woman and should of checked into it moreI have heard since management has changedI know after owning truck and trying to trade it in on a little bigger truck. I should still have about $20,000 in equity and they told me I only had $5000-$6000 in equity. This just does not sound tight to me so I probably won t ever buy another vehicle here.Service department is fantastic though

Horrible experience. Arrived to pick up vehicle. Would not start. Service jumped vehicle to get started. Finally, got started, was told battery probably, bad. Had battery checked where purchased on way home, with check engine light still on. Battery was OK. Battery terminal connector was just sitting on post. Many, other issues where reassembly was not completed. A sensor wire also was damaged. Went back to dealership and was told by Stephen Bolling, they could not possibly look at vehicle for two weeks. Must be nice to have so much business that you don't have to care about your customers. Can't imagine going back to this dealership.

Steve is an extremely valued employee. He is always chipper and a delight to deal with.I came in for an electronics issue- the technicians checked it out and could not duplicate the problem. They reset the system and now it works fine. I was told if it occurs to bring it right in .I am happy with the results of my visit- Thank you very much!

Business Advertised this veicule for 120 websiteWe drove almost 2 hours to purchased the carAfter they checked our credite that is great credit ,I drove the car I like the car we was ready to purchased , the manager said , the price was wrong on the website , they made mistake and asking for $24 Bad business , after they already checked our credit and lowest or points.They should honor the word , bad business

Had an issue with my tire and I had just moved from out of statue so I didn t buy my Jeep here. But that didn t matter. They were ver attentive, helpful and got me fixed quickly and not expensive. I will be back for sure. You know how we love our Jeeps

We had a pleasant experience here trading in our 2017 Jeep Renegade for a 2020 Dodge Journey. Shamar, I believe, was our salesman. Laid back country guy that was fun to work with for sure. My wife really liked his approach to things. He made her comfortable, which is difficult to do. Finance department, can't recall his name, he was very informative on warranties and took his time explaining the benefits etc. I'd go back and recommend this place to anyone looking to trade up or get into a vehicle. My wife is still all smiles over her brand new vehicle. Thanks guys!! Great work!!

Went in to have the cruise control repaired initially. After a day I picked up my 2014 Ram 1500 and cruise control worked but now the mileage, engine monitoring and status side of the truck no longer worked (all located on the steering wheel with cruise control). Left truck for a week and picked it up a second time. Cruise control worked long enough to make the first exit, but now the engine diagnostics and mileage side again worked. I couldn t leave the truck after a week in the shop because of a scheduled vacation but agreed to return it in October after vacation. While on vacation I discovered the horn buttons on the steering wheel were no longer working (along with the cruise control) - So that s going to be added to their list. Apparently there are lots of wires controlling many functions through the steering wheel! Every time the mechanic opens it up it affects some other function in there!I am glad I bought the extended factory warranty, though it has already cost well over $400 and a four trips to get my supposedly fixed truck! I think the mechanics need some training in quality service and learn how to check their work because all these systems are interconnected and access through the steering wheel is delicate and requires some skill to keep from adversely interfering with all other adjacent connections/systems.

I get my oil changed and my truck serviced here. Everyone is so nice. The service is top notch. And the fellowship is a God send. Everyone here at the service dept are amazing. Steven and Naomi are the absolute best, they both go above and beyond to get you taken care of. I will only go here for my trucks needs.
