Our experience with Fuller's Towing & Recovery on Easter of 2024, specifically with their driver Chris Joslin, was nothing short of exceptional. Chris not only arrived on time but said that the weekend dispatcher admonished him to wait for our ride so we would not be separated. Chris waited! This was a beautiful gesture, a Labor of love. Unbeknownst to Chris, being separated worried my 12 year old son immensely.Although simple, Chris waiting was a profound act of kindness that speaks volumes to his character. It wasn't just about towing a vehicle; it was about ensuring the well-being and comfort of his customers, especially in moments of distress. Chris' professionalism and courtesy created a warm and friendly atmosphere, engaging us in conversation and making us feel genuinely cared for. What could have been a mundane towing experience turned into a memorable encounter filled with genuine human connection with my family. Chris' actions exemplify the best of customer service and human kindness. That Easter night, we needed a tow, what we got was an expression of love and compassion. Chris may have just been doing his job, but his actions touched me and my family What's more, the price was exactly what they said it would be, and they use digital payment--I don't carry cash so that made things easy! Called Fuller s for a winch out of our equipment John took my call and got someone out there immediately to assess which equipment was needed. Wrecker truck showed up and got us right out in no time! Price was great, professional staff! 10/10 would def recommend if in that area! Thanks Fuller s!

Excellent service and Joey was so great from pickup to drop off. My car broke down in Canton and we had to drive to Greenville. He was so polite and made the trip so carefully. He impressed everyone at the Ford dealership with his skills. Highly recommend!!

Best staff EVER! No joke!I have such great conversations every time I go (2 times in 7 days, don't ask...) and both times each driver AND EVEN THE OWNER were such good company. I not only felt like family but I just might stop by on occasion just to visit with my old pals down at the yard. Loved it here and LET ME KNOW WHEN YALL NEED A FRONT DESK LADY!! I'LL BE RIGHT THERE!

Amazingly fast, competent & equipped service with compassion. I couldn t have made it my next shift at the children s hospital if they hadn t come thru with the right technique & tools to avoid days repairing my hub but they got me back on the road in less than 30 minutes from the first words said

fastest and friendliest Towing company I never expected. my wife's car got stopped (Alternator) on Hwy20 in Canton we needed to tow all the way to McKinney since we reside here, the tow driver who was signed with us named Joey Rowe who is 110% professional, polite, helped us with care through out the destination. Joey and his wife recently has baby he said~ wishing you guys the best and happiest days with your new born baby through out your future~

Our rv broke down in Dallas today. I called Fuller s towing because we used them in March 2022 and they where so nice to us and did a great job.Tracy remembered talking to me last year. We, first, called for confirmation that our vehicle was there, then got directions on where to find them. Directions were easy to follow. The yard is well organized with all the tow trucks in order, parked in their designated spots. It was initially confusing where we, as "customers," are supposed to go upon arrival, but we quickly figured it out. Upon entering, we were immediately addressed and accommodated. We were led back to where our truck was. The Fuller driver guided us to the truck's location so we could recover our personal items. He was patient and kind. We collected our effects and we're on our way. The whole process was easy and quick.

Predatory Towing Company. Patrolling the roads to try to make a living off of truck drivers parked at truck stops. Be very cautious around the counties these predators serve. They will try to tow your vehicle with you in it

Great quality service and extremely fast - they provided me with roadside assistance for a flat tire and were quick and professional. The price was the same as if I used my insurance provider s roadside assistance, and Fuller s was infinitely better.

Excellent service. Was in a roll over on 1504 and the driver picked up things that nobody else would and returned them to my truck. Most importantly, my Bible off the side of the road. And then stood there today with patients as we collected our belongings out of the truck. Great towing and recovery company. Great driver, wish I could ve caught his name.

I called this company for a customer who locked his keys in his newer truck. They said 30 mins and it was 50 min later. All they did was scratch his trick. They tried to unlock it with some metal bar. Luckily the was a off duty officer near by watching them struggle unlocking this truck with a bar. Cop grabs his slim Jim walks over and does it in 2 seconds. Turns out the guy had only been working for the company for 2 months and had never done it before. Why send some to a lock out if they have never done it before. Yes it's a tow company not a locksmith but it states lockout and was recommend by another tow yard.

Highly recommend! I got in my first wreck, my car was totaled but no injuries, and I had no idea what to do. Tim was SO helpful! He sat on the side of the road with us in freezing temps until the guy that hit me got ahold of his insurance, he then got ahold of DPS to come out to make a report and drove me back to canton to meet my husband. This place should be turned in. They charged $598 to get my friends Harley Davidson motorcycle out of pound, that they had had for less than 48 hours. Very rude experience with my friend and my self. The. Bike had a scratch on the back fender upon inspection when they finally released it to us.. Would not recommend this tow company at all. As I sat waiting on them to check the insurance info, they were discussing taking items off of other vehicles that they had towed. BE AWARE

Our vehicle was involved in a wreck, 2008 Lincoln Navigator. Van Zandt county had fullers towing recover the vehicle. Van Zandt sheriffs report states that Fullers towed the vehicle, and also the DPS report.. They claim they did not tow it and don t have it. 2 other tow companies have told us directly, This place is crooked and stealing cars, I guess small claims court it is.

Quick and professional service. I highly recommend this company for your towing needs. A few places I called said they couldn't tow my type of truck and trailer. Corbin and Brian showed up and got me to the repair shop no problem.... A great crew and company.

My car was towed without me having any clue. Got a letter over a week later stating I owed almost 700 dollars. Tried contacting them several times leaving messages asking to have someone call me back. All while my fees were going up daily. Finally got in contact they were rude and not willing to help or work with me in any way. Very rude unprofessional people.

From the first phone call the company was very helpful. My church needed a 40 container moved and they said call when your ready. I called and they got on it promptly. David was very professional. Made short work out of it. Thank you FULLERS s, you have a great team!

Fast response. Great service.My truck broke down on the way home from work on a Friday at 5PM. One call to Fuller s and someone arrived in just a few minutes. Turns out I didn t even need a tow. They fixed my truck right there on the spot. After a temporary repair, I was back on the road driving home to my family and still made it in time for dinner. I d recommend Fuller s to all East Texans.

Horrible customer service and misrepresentationthey were hired for a job and the agreeable amount was $1,500 between me and Diana, they come do the tow and that's where the story is supposed to end unfortunately 3 days later I see a charge of $3,650,i called them for an explanation and instead of reviewing what happened they kept bouncing me from one person to another and nothing was done, later today I get a call from Diane stating she told me its going to be more and she left so no one called me to tell me how much more and when I try to talk she hags up the phone in my face, and when I called back she did it again!fraud fraud fraud!!!I am definitely disputing this amount and considering filing legal action!be aware!Service: Car towing

Absolute highway robbery. Muddy sloppy yard. My trailer and car were stolen and later recovered by DPS. I was charged to tow the stolen truck the thief used, my trailer, and the car. When I arrived, I realized they had just driven someone's stolen truck to the yard with my trailer. I was charged for towing and hook up fees for all three. It was at the yard less than 12 hours and had to pay over 500 dollars to get my property back.

100% great! The dispatcher told me they had someone in town (Canton Texas) and it be 30 minutes and Nathan was there in 10. I was on my way from Wichita Ks to Florida to see my son who in the Air Force and unfortunately ran into car troubles. It was nonstop rain, he never complained once and was so professional but better yet a great person and was more worried about me than just getting my car where I needed it. Thank you so much!!!On a side note, not that anyone wants their car to break down but EVERYONE here in Canton was super nice and tried to help how they could.

We had to be towed on Saturday night and I would recommend this company to anyone. The driver was amazing and so kind. Mr. Fuller was even going to come and check on us to make sure we were ok but his driver got to us first and she was amazing. She got us where we needed and stayed with us to make sure we got parts before she put the car down just in case and was just hands down amazing. Keep up the great work for a terrible night I'm so glad I called this company for help it made things so much easier!

This is the greatest tow company i ever met!They allow us to to store the trailer while the truck is in shop with no extra fee, drop off and pick up the driver from the hotel, the last and not least the rates are very afordable .Will defently use them again!Service: Car towingService: Car towing
