We were SO blessed to have our tire belt separate where and when it did. I would definitely come here again when in need, in this area. The people were extremely helpful and fast. We were there less than an hour from the time we pulled in praying until the time we shook hands and left. THIS place is the very definition of best public relations! Thank you so much Mike! I was quoted $180 for a single tire. The girl at the desk had vision problems because of her eyelashes. I ended up paying $393 for the single tire . They acknowledged their mistake, so I stood at the desk for an extra 30 mins for reimbursement . Swiped my card 3xs but they could get it to go thru. No prob taking my money but couldn t figure out how to pay me back for their mistake Hanna, their go to tech also couldn t figure out how to give back the extra

I had a nail in my tire and went in to get it fixed. the patch they put on didn't hold once driving two hours away from home. I made it home on a spare and we took the tire in again the next morning. The man who fixed it helped us and told us the patch he put on didn't hold, but he couldn't do anything for us because the tire separated once he aired it up. all of this is very understandable because things happen. however after telling us the patch he put on didn't hold and he was sorry, he refused to refund us for the faulty patch. we go here because we are local and it's close and convenient. won't get our service again. very disappointed.

Did nice work, but if you have a dually check and make sure your valve stems on your rear tires are lined up so you can air the inner tire. I had to go to the Big Spring store and wait for an hour or so to get mine fixed.

My family has used Franklins for years. Always got and still get great service I was there today for oil change.Will always do business with them and highly recommend

Was down on my luck needing tire services with no funds and these awesome people didn't hesitate to help and did it with a smile! It's places like this that restore my faith in humanity! Thank y'all so much and God bless!!

If I could id give them 10 stars. They had extremely friendly and helpful staff. Even though they didn't have the correct size tire I needed they gave me something close and were able to put in extremely quickly.

I get fuel at Franklin's. They pump my gas for me. This is such a nice service and wash my windshield. Friendly, helpful service and also tire air checks offered with a smile.

The woman at the front, I think her name is Mary. She was an absolute delight to deal with. Her knowlege of belts, tires and additional auto accessories is amazing. My family and I will be returning customers! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The Mechanics in back were very helpful. Work was done quickly and accurately. The inside staff is a different story. I walked in with my siezure alert Service Animal beside me and their, so called, "service dog" jumped out and went after my smaller Service Animal. I am not happy at all.

Found these guys during a road trip from Tucson to Dallas. I had a screw in my tire, losing pressure, and they had me back on the road in 20 minutes for $20. Courteous, trustworthy, and efficient, no attempt to take advantage of an out-of-towner. And they were friendly with my big white dog! Thanks for solving my problem without any stress.

Had a very low tire I called them they were kind enough to send a employee with a air tank put enough air in the tire so I could make it to their shop unfortunately I had a bad tire lucky for me they had it in stock very clean waiting area and friendly staff I will be back and recommend this establishment thank you so much

The people at Franklin and Son helped when I needed it most. We were trying to drive home from LA to NY as quickly as possible so I could have surfery on my eye, when we hit a piece of metal on the highway that took a chunk out of the left rear tire. Franklin drove 20+ miles one way to pick up a tire from the BMW dealer and had us back on the road within 2 hours. At a cost 33% less than list.Amazing!I am very sincerely grateful for Franklin and Sons kindness. I can now attest to meeting the friendly folk in Stanton, but did not run into any of the few soreheads .

Nice new fuel pumps. Don't take my fuel card so can't give any other info price was the same as the card price down the street at the truck stop. Fuelman fleet cards since stripes stopped accepting it

Great service! Only place in town with air for my tires. Worked a night shift and certainly did not,want to,deal with a flat tire at 7am. They were very courteous and eager to help!!!

Franklin and Sons provides Martin County with propane delivery, auto fuel, and car/tire service--all with a smile. They are responsive and thorough with emails/questions and have always given our family great service.

I LOVE this place! I pulled up to the pump on a freezing, rainy day and there was a gentleman there to pump my gas! I am from out of town and that was a very rare treat for me. BRAVO Franklin's.

Repaired a tire that had a nail in it and never mentioned the inside of the tire was bad and needed replacing so I paid $20 then had to go somewhere and buy a tire. I'm from Oklahoma and when I have taken my tires to be patched or whatever they need they have always told me if I had a bad tire and that it would need to be replaced. I'm in Midland for my very first time for a family emergency, this was disappointing
