Had a great experience with our sales person Brad Parks at this dealership. He and manager Alex worked with us remotely, as we live over an hour from their location. Once we agreed upon the terms, they offered to deliver the vehicle, saving us a long drive. We chose to come in person, but we re impressed at the offer. Also, there was a missing accessory item on the vehicle, and it was quite large. They packed it up and sent it to us, no problem. Finally, John Bragg in finance made the loan process clear and easy, no pressure. Thanks!

I purchased a 2011 Nissan Juke. I received it on a Wednesday and after driving it over the weekend (less then 100 miles! ) I noticed a burning smell and a smoke coming from underneath the hood. I called them on the following Monday with the issue, they informed me that they did not have the means to diagnose the issue! 2 weeks later with less than 250 miles since delivery it got worse so I called them back. This is where they informed me that I could pay Nissan to diagnose the issue (which I agreed to eat that price). I asked if they'd be helping financially in the fix of this. Thats when there GM informed me they would NOT! Leaving me a car right of there lot into the shop. I'm a 70 year old woman on a fixed income. I feel they knowingly dumped there trash on a seemingly easy pray. ( the picture was taking my son the day of delivery! Those are wood screws!)

Buyer Beware: A Porsche Panamera Purchase Gone Wrong at Canton Ford, Texas Buying a 2017 Porsche Panamera turned into a disappointment thanks to Canton Ford in Texas and their deceitful sales representative, Mr. John Bragg. What started as a remote purchase from the Netherlands, promised with a complete set of keys, ended in a blatant scam that left me 800/$900 out of pocket and feeling deeply dissatisfied. The Broken Promise: The car had one key only. John Bragg initially assured me a second key would be included upon purchase because. Trusting his word, I proceeded with the purchase. The Missing Key and a Shocking Revelation: Upon collecting the car in Belgium, my heart sank. The promised second key was absent. Contacting John Bragg, I received a picture as "proof" it was in the car before shipment (see photo in this review). But a closer look exposed the glaring truth: the pictured key on the right belonged to an older Porsche model type, completely different from my Panamera. See image. Scam Confirmed: This wasn't just a missing key; it was a deliberate attempt to deceive. The picture served as a smokescreen, further solidifying my belief that I had been scammed by Canton Ford. Now, I face the hefty cost of 800/$900 for a replacement key, adding insult to injury. A Cautionary Tale: My experience serves as a stark warning to anyone considering a purchase from Canton Ford, especially remotely. Double-check everything, demand written confirmation, and never take their word at face value. Mr. Bragg's actions were unethical and unacceptable, reflecting poorly on the dealership's integrity.

So an update to my last post!! @CantonFord in Canton Texas came through for the win!!!!! @Alexander Armenia the sales manager sat down with myself and my daughter Rylie Hill to work out the details of all the problems with my other truck I had purchased. After about an hour of discussion between us we came to an agreement that was fair for both parties. Alex was very professional and polite. They purchased my truck back from me for full price and Alex worked his tail off to get me into a 2022 Lariat with 17000 miles on it while keeping my payments close to the same as what I already had. And this truck is immaculate!!! Plus I got the Ford factory warranty plus a lifetime warranty on the truck. I am super happy with the end results of the day. So if you need a new car or truck go see sales manager Alexander Armenia at Canton Ford!!! He will do you right !!!!

Would not recommend this dealership to anyone! Purchased a pre owned vehicle with them. Within the first month the motor mounts and rear ended went out. It went to their shop 3 different times fixed other parts to use my warrant still was not fixed! Had to send it to a different dealership to fix it correctly! 7 months in having multiple motor issues! Beware they will sell you a burned out vehicle in a heart beat horrible. Haven t even had the car for one year and it s been in the shop almost the whole time

My second purchase from this dealership on January 22, 2024. They gave me a good deal for a 2023 Ford F150 on clearance and low interest rate for the trade of my original purchase from 2019. They kept my payment very close to my original payments on my first vehicle and so that was a good deal. Thank you.

Had an amazing experience, purchased my first ford.. and it was the lightning! Don't sell your car here - they "will" waste your time no matter what you have told them beforehand what you are willing to take. They will offer you the same as any dealer. Nothing special about this place at all!!

Car Dealerships are like Golf Shops. Sometimes they look at you as if you don't belong. Not at Canton Ford. My wife and I drove over an hour and a half from Fort Worth, TX to pick up a Bronco AFTER store hours and each employee treated us as if they had all the time in the world. They were kind and respectful not only to my wife but my 10 month old as well. Any future purchase from here on out, I will be going to Canton Ford. No doubt.

I bought a f350 from here drove it for 2 weeks and it messed up. i took it to them so they can check what was wrong with it. They told me that it was the Turbo and that i needed to pay $4600 to fix it. i Only had it for 2 weeks and they wanted me to pay 4600 after giving a down payment of 8k . I decided to just take my truck home and find someone else to fix it and they still charged me $150 for diagnostics. I took it somewhere else and turns out it wasnt the turbo.

First off, I want to say that my 70-year-old mom is the one that purchased a vehicle here and kept me updated through the entire process, but she doesn't do things online so wanted me to make this review. She wanted me to write this review in hopes that it would save some other poor person from getting taken advantage of. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from literally anywhere else. This has been the worst car experience my mom has ever had in her entire life. Jordan the sales guy lied repeatedly about multiple things from the beginning and his sales manager Dan hasn't been a bit better. They were Johnny on the spot to sell the car but once the sale was made, it has been worse than ridiculous. The vehicle was supposed to be delivered and it took over a week of calls just to get that done. In the meantime, she was lied to multiple times about why it was taking so long. Even lost $275 on a reservation she had through Airbnb because they lied and said that the vehicle would be delivered the day she was leaving on vacation (she didnt have another car), and it wasn't until she called them at noon the day of supposed delivery that they told her the vehicle wasn't getting delivered because it was in the shop getting a taillight fixed (that they said was getting done earlier that week). Had she not called them, she never would've even known that. Finally, upon delivery she noticed the car had several hail damage spots, scratches under the door handle, and damage right by the driver taillight that looked like the previous owner had backed into something. She asked Jordan the sales guy repeatedly before purchasing the car if there was any damage at all anywhere on the vehicle and he told her there was no damage anywhere and that he personally looked over the car himself to make sure. Total lie! Not only was there the above-mentioned damage to the car, but the detail job was less than professional. The inside had not even been as little as wiped down. She called the sales manager Dan on Monday and told him all of this and he told her they would be getting something done ASAP because they don't do business like that, and it would get taken care of and that he would be calling her back with the resolution on Tuesday. Thursday rolls around and no call from anyone so she calls back only to be told Dan would be out the rest of the week. She calls back Monday and it takes 5 calls to finally get Dan on the phone because they said they kept transferring to him (he even answered the phone once and said give him 2 seconds to transfer the call to his desk and then hung up on her). Finally talk to Dan and he says I'm sorry but we're not going to reimburse you for your reservations and we're also not fixing the damage to the car because you accepted the car at delivery. Mind you, they had an independent contractor deliver and she did tell them about the damage, and they told her she would have to take it up with the dealership because they were not employed by them. She told Dan that something was going to get done because she was lied to about everything, and he said he would have to talk with his manager about this and get back with her which was what he said he was doing the whole week before but apparently didn't. She asked to speak to the general manager and Dan said he doesn't give out his number, but he would have him give her a call and she hasn't received a call from anyone as of today. They have done nothing but lie and deceive the entire time just to make a sell and they should be ashamed of themselves for doing anyone like this.

Purchased a new Super Duty, ordered truck through the Ford website. Delivery was faster than expected but the kicker was the team at this dealership kept us in the loop with updates and upon final delivery Mr. Monus gave us a bonus, LoL, with exceptional service and made the deal a definite 5 star experience, even working with a local accessory store, The Muffler Shop to get bumpers, winch and 5th wheel hitch installed to make it a one stop shop! Thank y all for a great Christmas gift!!

Worst customer service experience in over 40 yrs of buying trucks. Bought a brand new F350 from Canton Ford last month and paid over MSRP so they made a ton of money on the sale. I hadn't been on the highway much but last week I noticed a shimmy from the rear end at high speeds. Thinking it was tires out of balance I called and made an appt to get it checked out. Got there this morning and they didn't have my appt listed but said they would work it in and no mention of a cost. Now understand this truck has 2k miles on it and under warranty. When I get there to pick the truck up they said I owe them $40 bucks for balancing the tires. I asked why this was not under warranty and he said that the tires were not out of balance. I got pissed. Instead of saying "sir your tires are not out of balance so if you could bring your truck back one day so we could further diagnose the issue that would be good"- they said "your tires were fine here's the bill for $40". Now it's not about the $40 but about the customer service they don't know how to provide or don't care to provide. That $40 cost them a customer. New owner under new mgt that is worse than when previous owner owned it and that's saying something. At best they're a used car dealer at this point. After spending over $75K on a new truck a month ago they're gonna sacrifice customers just to try to get you for a little more money and not try to find the problem. I texted the new GM Travis Hickman about my experience/frustration and you'd think I would get some kind of reply but he did not respond. By far the worst experience to date and I hope the new owner reads the google reviews of his newly acquired dealership because this place won't make it in small town Canton with this kind of customer service. And the rebalance did actually fix the vibration. Finally got the skid plate put on my new truck after waiting 8 months. I will never go back to Canton Ford.

These guys are TOPS in customer service. When they say they are going to call you back, oh BOY do they. When they say your car is all fixed and ready to go, by George it is!! And the syrupy pitches and the perfect set of excuses from both Travis the sales manager and Daniel and Alex in the service department? Oh yea they got em in spades. They are not at fault for any of the many inconveniences their customers experience at their hands, no siree Bob. And if you my dear reader didn t catch all the sarcasm in this sad tale, then go ahead and take your business to Canton Ford. Where they will say anything to get a sale and then not care how many times the service department sees that purchase oh wait, unit those were Daniel s words. Brilliant service department manager. Totally willing to accept responsibility for allowing a customer to be told that the problem is fixed when actually no. Check engine light was back on before we got home.So as the mistreated customer, you do the only thing left, you throw your words out into space and hope you save a poor soul from taking the same road you did. Canton Ford, you have lost our business and we know you don t care. But integrity goes a long way. Sadly you, like the majority of businesses these days, have none. No apology for all the inconvenience. No remorse for not being upfront about what was done to the vehicle. (OR NOT done rather!) and Zero concern for how much time wasted and inconvenience you cause your customers. You asked for a review and we are happy to oblige you!

I love my new car and the salesman that sold me the car is the Best. I told him what I wanted in a car and he delivered, not disappointed at all. I bought a 2017 Ford Focus SEL with all the bells and whistles I wanted..even a Sunroof...the Best Salesman at All Star Ford is Jackie Beard. So if your looking for a good deal, no hassle, go see Jackie Beard at All Star Ford...I'm a Happy Customer!

Great experience with Jackie financing a used Ford F150. Atmosphere inside was genuine and friendly. Place is always busy when I have gone in. The other workers were courteous to me when I was there as well always greeting with smiles. Thorough process with paperwork. Bumper has scratches they painted it fresh and gave the car a deep clean. Previous owner had tons of coins in a compartment that left Copper and rings - there was not a spot of it left! Car had passed all inspections about 1 week prior to me going to look at it. Called me right when the plates and registration came in ( about 5 weeks DMV took to send it to them) Happy customer here!

Purchased a 2019 F-150 King RanchOur buying experience was great, however..... that is IT. Numerous times they mentioned a 3 month, 3,000 mile warranty from the dealership. AWESOME!!! a week after buying the used vehicle from them, we notice a knocking noise when we start the truck, instant panic. surprise surprise..... their "warranty" doesn't cover "this type of work". needless to say, don't let them sell you on a "dealership warranty", because they only honor what is convenient, and cheap. $3500 later....

Courtney and Alex at Canton Ford were great. Look no one really enjoys the process of buying a vehicle. They like the new vehicle, but let's face it dealing with sales can be frustrating. Courtney,Alex,and the finance director (John) made the process easy and seamless for my daughter's first vehicle purchase. No hidden fees or numbers game. After working with Jordan at Canton Ford, my impression of what a car buying experience could be completely changed. He was knowledgeable, transparent, and honest. I wouldn't buy a car from anywhere else again, and whether you're looking for new or used, I can't recommend Jordan and Canton Ford highly enough.

We live all the way in Dallas and were referred to Dan a few years ago. We will follow him anywhere! We buy personal vehicles and trucks for our work fleet fairly often and he keeps us updated on the best deals that come through. He s reliable, trustworthy and a lot of fun to work with. The current car market is insane. I knew the truck I wanted and called several dealerships. Every one of them is adding 5-14k on top of MRSP. The MRSP is already higher than normal. Most of the dealerships don't post it online or tell you until you drive to the location. I had test drove a truck at a dealership and was disappointed. My wife knew I had looked at one in Canton, so she suggested we go since we were already half way. I called to ask what version of the price game they were playing. Shane answered the phone and told me exactly what I would be paying for if I bought the truck. We headed there, quickly made the decision. We got some entertainment as the crew fought the printer. It looked like a reenactment of Office Space, but they got it to work...kinda, but enough to sign all the paperwork. We got to watch several people come in and just talk. This is a small country dealership, but somehow they land the hard to find vehicles. We had a great experience and drove home in a great truck. Give them a shout, but remember you are not in Dallas. Relax.
