Great service overall. Customer service was exceptional. They were very quick to give a fair quote for their services and were prompt with getting the work done. Had the misfortune of a dead tree limb putting a whole in our front windshield. Called them up and they were out the next morning. Very quick taking the broken window out and replacing it. They even cleaned up some of the glass that was all over the dash. I'd definitely recommend their business to anyone.

Just saw the news segment (channel 11) where the owner of Big Boys Auto Glass in Canton stopped to help a woman who s windshield was damaged while traveling on the highway. He witnessed it and not only stopped to help her, but totally replaced her windshield free of charge. He said God had been speaking to him and that she owed nothing. This totally renews my faith in humanity. The world needs more people like him. I will forever be a customer of this company just because of this story. And I will spread the word to friends. They were very prompt at communicating with me. I originally was going to go with someone else, and they did not and would not get back with me. I m so glad they didn t because I was able to give my business to Big Boys Auto Glass. All they needed is an outlet and they went to work. They came to my work so I wasn t inconvenience with taking time off or taking my car anywhere. Only took them about a hour and the back of my car was like new. These guys just came out to my home and fixed 2 massive rock chips on my car! I just knew with the summer heat I was about to have to replace an entire windshield! I just watched the news story regarding the rescue you and your family did for the woman on the hiway. Bravo and kuddos for being a fabulous human being. Well I shattered my back glass out of my Audi on Friday night and one call later, it was fixed the next day after we had already left town. I was in such a pinch to have it done by Monday and they came right out the next day and it was like new when I got back home on Sunday. Such a relief! Great job, trustworthy crew and know now who I can depend on!
