Very bad customer service can help someone who handicap and 66 years I have flat couldn't fix asap I had emergency they don't give a dam I went to Walmart took right in to repair my tire don't go to here don't give a dam all they care about waiting people do have emergency I hope one of there people work there have emergency one day and get treated like me can fix asap it will happen have my granddaughter 7 also don't give a dam we break down on road this place don't give a dam about anyone how need tire fix asap DONT DO ANY BUSSINES HERE DONT GUVE A DAM ABOUT PEOPLE AND WONT HELP!!!!!!!

The salesman at the front desk informed me that their technician accidentally crushed my hubcap. He offered to cover my bill which was close to $100. I appreciate them telling me, many tire shops would have not said a word and let me drive away but not Beasley Tire. I ve got a new respect for this business and will be using then from now on. I ordered a replacement hubcap off of eBay for about 30 bucks so Beasley ended up saving me about $70 on the job. I am grateful for their honesty.

This is a very busy repair shop. They do oil changes,tires, and suspension type repairs. They could probably do just about everything you may need. I would recommend calling ahead to save you some time as they are usually very busy.

Overall very satisfied. I brought my car in for brake inspection and they truly put the customer first. They informed me the details in a way I could understand since I am not a car guru. Furthermore they briefed me what was wrong, my options and what it would cost with no pressure on which option to choose. This shop is by far my most preferred one in Pleasanton.

I would like to once again thank Beasley s Tire for there awesome customer service. I just brought my daughter s car in now we had to replace another tire within a month of each other. With everything going on right now I have no problem saying Thank you Lord for everything. All Glory and Honor to you. We decided to go to Beasley s since they took such awesome care of my daughter. I will just say this. God is in control of everything and my savior always has a plan. Meeting these amazing people, having God fearing employers and employees you can t go wrong. If you need anything this is the place to go they will take care of you. Professional, Honest and compassionate they will make you laugh even in the worst situation thank you Carey, Demetrious , Robert to everyone at the Pleasanton store. I would also like to thank the District Manager Brad Z. for taking time to speak with me. Also for taking the extra time you took it meant more than words could say.I just want the Pleasanton store to get the recognition they so deserve they go above and beyond the call of duty at their store & it shows. To the owner I haven t met you but have heard some amazing things about you. What I see is what tells me everything. Your District ManagerBrad Z. he was a blessing for me when I called. As per their usual, I received excellent service again today from Beasley Tire. Came to town only expecting to run errands, and ended up needing a tire patched. Showed up at a good time, and Demetrius was able to slip my vehicle in for a patch, and a check of the other 3 tires. Took a walk to grab lunch, and my vehicle was ready to go when I got back. Have purchased tires here previously for another vehicle. They sell a road hazard service on tires they sell and install. Clean lobby and waiting area, clean restrooms, excellent customer service everytime I've been there. When there is a long wait, there are vending machines available in the waiting area, and a beverage barn and IHOP within short walking distance.

Staff was friendly but took 2 1/2 hours to fix a tire. They must have been busy or short staffed.

Brought my Co. Truck in for new tires, asked about getting a higher profile tire 265 to a 285 size was told by Carey it that it couldn't be done! Come to find out 5 of my coworkers had it done to their co trucks with no problem. Would have been nice if he would have at least checked. I drove from San Antonio to have the work done here I Pleasanton wont be doing that again

Great help in an emergency, they didn't have a replacement tire for the ruined flat we had on the start of summer vacation, but they pointed us in the right direction. Also, they did not charge us anything for looking at the tire. Great people.

Dropped off flat tire for repair, wasted 2 hours waiting around just for the technician to take one look at it and tell me that the tire is not repairable! I try to stay out of San Antonio but ended up going to Discount Tires, got the tire replaced for free and 2 new ones mounted in 45 minutes on a busy Friday afternoon. Beasley's, I'm all about small town service but your Customer Service sucks and your front desk folks have ZERO common sense!

I had a complicated two truck. One trailer tire switch. I Called them they sent the Moble guy out I didn't think they would do exactly what I wanted .I told him and it happened The pricing was very fair. I will be using them for sure.

Best place in town to get a front end alignment. They had the truck done in little over 1 hour. Great customer service! I will definitely be back!

Aunt was visiting town had low back tire and they were wonderful!!! We were in and out in 15 minutes and everyone was so friendly!

The service was great, and they did a great job in a minimum amount of time . I would highly recommend Beasley Tire Shop to all my friends .
