When I say if I could give 10 stars JD & Andrew were awesome!!! I was stuck onsideof the road since 2 am. This location opens at 9 but they were friendly enough to open before 9 to let me in to get warm in this cold weather and also charged my phone. Both fellas took out time to help me with my battery issue for an hour, each took turns to get to the issue and offer alternatives while it was freezing and also wanted to make sure I was ok inside with them as I waited. When I say they went above their job and pay rate y all don t understand! I m 4 hours away from home and state but this AutoZone Felt welcoming and Respectful. For Company Representation this the Autzone that y all need to use for training and also customer service training because Andrew and JD represent just that and more.

Took used hydraulic fluid to be disposed of. The store has adequate parking, friendly staff, the store was clean and well-stocked, and the disposal process was simple.

Very friendly but not very knowledgeable. I bought a new battery, and the guy stripped out the plastic pinsto take out the old battery. I took the new battery home to have my son do it. Done in about 15 minutes.

We are on a road trip and stopped with an engine warning light. Melissa H. not only diagnosed the problem- she helped us find a replacement part, locate mechanics and replace the part. She went so above and beyond. She was extremely friendly and tremendously helpful, we are so grateful. Every business would be so fortunate to have someone as wonderful as Melissa. There are not enough stars to express our appreciation.

I love their rent a tool program. You basically give them a deposit, take home a tool to use and when you bring back the tool you get your complete deposit back as long as you didn't abuse the tool and mess it up. Comes in handy if your not a mechanic by trade or a tool monger.

Had what I needed.If they sold the product they won't warranty it if you didn't purchase it or the elder person didn't purchase it, warranty doesn't transfer if you don't have the proper information.Thankfully I had the correct phone # they gave me another battery at no charge.

AMAZING SERVICE! Andrew L, did outstanding customer service! My babies had just fallen asleep in the car and I didn't want to wake them to come in, so he came out to me and Checked my car and got my parts and took care of things! Beyond blessed by this man! Needed a bulb for my brake light. Lady brought out bulb and installed it in the back of my car. New what she needed. Thank you for great customer service. I passed state inspection due to her helpfulness. Will be back. Thank you again!!

these two lady's here did a amazing job installing a new battery in my work vehicle in a quick amount of time when O Ryles store full of men by the way told me oh thats to complicated lmao .. well done auto?zo e way to put O ryles to shame . you did an outstanding job

Iam from Kilgore and was leaving my son's game on Tuesday 10-8-2020 and my expedition was making a noise so I pulled in Autozone there was a manager and anthor guy I wished I had their names they were so kind and even though it was closing time they weren't rushing me ,the manger called the 24 hour tow service but I decide not to use him and took my chances driving home, the manger told me the best route to get home and he was right I made it safely home .

I don't know why that it seems like AutoZone has it together a lot more than all the others, it's kind of limited on supplies or inventory but all in all their employees are knowledgeable and smart enough to remember year make and model

Was told toput on puppet mask .when three people in front of me didnt have one. Been customer gor long time . Yall going to make rules apply to everyone. But even if you didnt decide on who wears them and who done. You lost a some good customers today

I like that they have the parts for my 1994 car in stock so I can grab and go. I love my car and I work 7 days a week so I cannot wait for parts so be ordered. I needed a serpentine belt and tensioner pulley assembly. Without those parts I couldn't work.

Amazing place. They have the best customer service i have experienced. Had an issue with my trailer traveling from FL to West cost and i was able to make it to this AutoZone. They helped me find all the tools I needed and even let me park my trailer there while I made my repairs. Great place.
