I can't praise the roadside mechanic enough for their exceptional service! However, this mechanic arrived promptly, exuding professionalism and confidence. Their expertise was immediately evident as they quickly diagnosed the issue and efficiently got to work. Not only did they fix the problem swiftly.

I drive an 18 wheeler for Morton Salt out of Grand Saline. Our leased truck blew a suspension air bag, and American Truck and Tire is who our lease company called. Dale called me, told me when he'd arrive, and set out towards the salt mine. He got to me in about 30 minutes, had the old bag off and the new one on in about 40 minutes. Super nice man, hard working, no foul language, and appreciative of our business! I'd gladly use him any opportunity that we get.Service: Steering & suspension repair

These guys jumped right on the situation. Really surprised me.I was expecting to pay more than they charged me. But I gladly took care of that.Very good people.I would definitely recommend them.

As a single woman woman traveling across Texas on a Sunday I found myself stranded due to a tire with a load. Within 45 minutes of calling this gentleman he had arrived, broken down my tire, put another on and got me back on the road. I can not say anything but great things about this business. The price was was better than what I pay for tires at home without a callout or weekend pricing. The gentleman was polite, respectful and made me feel very comfortable. I appreciate the service I received and could easily given them 10stars if possible!!!

Amazing customer service. We had a low tire on our RV and Dell met us right off of I-20 with all the equipment to figure out what was wrong. Very friendly, professional and thorough. He explained exactly what he was doing and why. Would highly recommend American Truck and Tire Repair to anyone!!!

Great people who went above and beyond to help us get back on the road! Had a trailer go bad on us couple hundred miles from home and they responded late at night to get us off the road and safe and then got us repaired first chance possible. Lucky to have found them and would recommend them to anyone!

While in canton my father in law had fuel issues with motorhome. Found American truck and tire repair online with 24 hour service. Calles and they dispatched technician in a timely manner. When tech arrived, Dell Bridges was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us. After checking motorhome found out we had a fuel pump issue. Not only did he find the pump on a saturday he went a picked it up. After repairs were made engine ran fine. While in route to another call , he stopped by again to make sure all was in good working order. Again thanks Dell for going above and beyond. Your employer should be very proud of you. PHIL

Needed tire repair, called the company, staged where I was told to stage. I was told that he would call me when he was ready. I never heard from him again, no reply to texts.American Truck and Tire,, if you don't want to do the work,, Don't Waste My time.

Today July 3th, 2015, at 7pm, one of my tire is broken and I have to park my car on the roadside. The location is three minites away from this tire shop. I called them to ask for help but the man refused. I feel so frustrated and upset. He is so cold.

I'm very thankful. He only works on RVs and Big trucks well he met me at walmart just to fix my tire so I could get home. I recommend him.

American Truck and Trailer had been working on our commercial trucks for quite awhile and we are very satisfied with their service I do know that they do not work on cars and pickups

They don't work on passenger cars and trucks but great place to get commercial vehicles repaired and commercial tires! This is the only place I take my commercial equipment.
