If I could give less than 1 star I would, place is worse than a walmart auto center. Took my m3 there for a simple change on all 4 tires. Brought them the tires to put on. Doesn t get any easier. Anyone going to first choice is an idiot. Completely cracked my front fender, along with completely scratching up my rear fender. Also put my lug nuts on so tight they basically cross threaded. Complete trash shop and will act cool about everything.

These guys are awesome! I've lived in Anna for about a year now, and have visited this shop any time something has come up with my car. They've always been prompt in getting the work done, or very professional in recommending me to a shop that can meet a particular need of mine. They are affordable and friendly, and I plan to keep giving them my business for as long as I'm in the neighborhood!

I live near Oklahoma and had car trouble passing through anna with my family. They were closing up shop right as i limped into parking lot. They were willing to stay late to help me find the issue even though we were pretty sure it need to be towed to dealership and it did, but they let me leave it overnight until the tow truck could pick it up. Although they were unable to fix my particular issue their willingness to help was greatly appreciated. They wouldn't even let me pay them for their troubles. Great guys

I got a great deal on my used tires and everyone was so cool and so friendly! Highly recommend, highly satisfied customer. I was in and out before I knew it. My used tires were in great condition too.

Had them put brakes on my truck when they did tires, they charged $500. They put the cheapest metallic pads on with no anti-squeal, so my new brakes screech like a banshee. Tires were a decent price. I m disappointed because the $500 for the brakes was completely wasted as I had to go buy new ceramic pads and replace them myself

I arrived at 7:55am they were to open at 8am. No one opened until 8:20am, cars who arrived well after me were serviced and left before me. Absolutely unacceptable, not sure how they determine the order but this is wrong on so many levels. I would not recommend coming here unless it was a last resort.

Took my car there for a nail in my tire the guys there were very friendly and worked fast had me out of there in no time. I am taking my car back to get a dignoatic done.

Went to support this new local business and definitely suffered the consequences. Do NOT do business with these people! They will scam you while smiling about it.Went in for a tpms light and was charged $115 for the repair. Got in my car, the light came back on as soon as I drove on the highway. Went back 3 times explaining to them that something is wrong and they said that I have to drive it a few weeks to allow the sensors to reconnect. Waited 4 weeks and light is still on. Politely asked for a refund due to my time and the repair was not made. They did not refund the money and kept stating they fixed the issue!Horrible horrible service center. Do not trust them with your car!And to make matters worse. I had paid for an alignment and my car shakes now on the highway. Took it back in and another guy stated that we didn t do an alignment, I know this because i leave a special mark on the car. I advised him that i was charged for one, and he stated he will do it that day. Car still shakes once above 75 mph, which it has never done before. This car is a 2015 Hyundai.

Came here for a tire change, no hustle, they scratched not one, but THREE of my rims. Very unprofessional. Would give 0/5 stars if I could. Have never left a bad review until now but this was ridiculous.Service: TiresService: Tires

Looking on the outside of the building as you pass by, you d think it s just a tire shop. But my fianc� lined me up with them when I had some car trouble a few weeks ago. What a great local service team out here in Anna. I appreciate how they were able to diagnose and fix my car within the same day. The rates were reasonable for the work that was needed!

I had my water pump replaced on a Ford F150. This team of mechanics is great from start to finish. Their cheerful attitude is contagious. I can honestly say that I was very confident about them working on my truck..They did a great job. They communicated with me about an questions I had to my satisfaction. I highly recommend their service to anyone looking to have repairs done on their vehicle. Being that I am from another state they also checked my tires to make sure I was ok to travel back home. Thanks 1st Choice mechanics. Keep up the great work.

Lied to a young man who doesn t know better. Broke a lug bolt on purpose stating the nut was cross threaded. It wasn t Said it s ok to drive. No it s not. Disputing charge, hiring attorney - see you in court - last time you will take advantage of people. I guess I should have trusted the reviews. I should have waited until Monday when warrior tire was open. Live and learn.

Have used this business before and was very happy with their service but today was a complete opposite experience. Took my vehicle for a leak underneath and owner said tech couldn t find a leak. The manager caught the tech lying about calling for a part my truck would possibly need when the part was in stock all along, and just makes me wonder what all he s lied about to other customers as well. That s definitely a huge disappointment for me and I won t be back. Be cautious of taking your vehicle there and getting honest work done.

This is where we get oil changes and inspections for all of our vehicles, simply because the mechanics & technicians are awesome.I have heard many stories of them going above and beyond to help people who are not even customers. These are the types of small businesses that I love to support

**Stay away** Took family Van in for oil change on a Monday afternoon. Oil light stayed on and mechanic told us to go ahead and drive it for a little bit and it should shut off if it didn't to bring it back. We brought it back because the oil light was still on. He said it would take a little bit more for it to turn off, so when it did on Tuesday. We thought everything was fine but only drove it around Anna to be on the safe side. Wednesday morning when I drive it to work all the sudden the RPMs are retarding, the car will not accelerate. Took it back to 1st choice and they told me it would be $400 to fix. Took it to another mechanic down the road that we've used before and he opened it up and told us they had put on the wrong filter and tried to force it into place. He changed it out put in the correct filter and car resumed working like fine. 2 days later it started again now there is concern that they actually broke the housing when they were changing the oil and now I have to get that replaced. Which is a lot more money than the oil change that they wouldn't refund that started this to begin withService: Oil change

Best experience ever. They were about to close but stayed open to put on two tires that Walmart refused to deal with after a 3hr wait. They took care of the issue in less than 20 minutes put on my tires and I was on my way!Service: Auto tire replacementService: Auto tire replacement

I had heard good things about this business, so we reached out to them when our car had some issues. Very pleased with their efforts and our results. I can say they genuinely seemed to care about delivering value to their customer, something I think is rare with auto repair places. Customer service was not good. They suggested I use the higher priced oil not the advertised special. Which was no problem. When a different more honest gentleman came out to ask which oil I d decided on, I asked him the same questions I d asked the prior worker who made it plain I NEEDED the higher priced oil. This particular gentleman said it was perfectly fine for me to use the sale priced oil. I agreed to use the sale price. When they were checking me out the first gentleman charged me the higher price, when I asked why, his reply was, due to our first conversation, I told him to use the higher priced oil. No, problem. Well when I get in my car to leave, I checked my window sticker for mileage & the date for next change. I noticed it said regular on the sticker and it was noted for 3,000 miles not 6,000 which the higher price would ve given. Me not really knowing much about this stuff at all, I call over a different worker who had nothing to do with the situation & asked how do I tell which oil was used in my vehicle. He told me it was regular (sale price) and also showed me on the sticker, that s what regular meant.I went inside to clarify the matter, in which if handled correctly I would ve been fine with a certificate because obviously I d be back over & over again.The way this guy handled things were totally ridiculous. He calls the young guy over that did they oil change & started yelling at him in Spanish. Hat s off to the young worker who s responding to him in English so that now I know exactly what he s saying.Before leaving, he s still yelling at the young man telling him he s paying the difference out of his paycheck Such a sad thing to loose a faithful customer for $30. It definitely makes me wonder have I been paying for the higher priced oil all this time but riding around with the sale priced oil .Be careful ladies & check your sticker!****The owner actually responded to this review with an apology, I appreciate that!!! Love this place. The mechanics are knowledgeable and very friendly.They are all great guys and Haji is my go to guy! Any questions I have are answered to my full satisfaction. And on several occasions, a small problem was handled without even a charge. Air in the tires, check engine light on, etc. Their prices are good as well. They put an alternator on for me last year at about half of what the dealership was going to charge me! Anything auto related, I go to First Choice Auto and I recommend them highly!!
