I want to write another review for Brakes Plus to show my extreme gratitude for the excellent and professional customer service yesterday. I took my sisters car earlier in the morning for an alignment (which was efficient, professional, and affordable for a quality job). I noticed when I got back home that it appeared the underbelly of the car was dragging a little and so I called back to see if this is something that they missed by accident while doing the alignment. The manager insisted that I come back and they would take a look at it. I quickly drove up to the location and it was 10 minutes after the closed and they took the time to look at the under carriage and make sure it was enact. They didn't have to stay open for me after closing time, but they DID and they took care of any issue for me that they didn't cause. It was just normal wear and tear, but I never noticed. I can't thank them enough for taking time to go above and beyond to take a look at it and fix it (even though they didn't mess it up; it was already like that and I didn't even know). Plus, they stayed open after closing time. This is what you call exceptional customer service. I will always come back to this location (and I don't even live in Anna) because of the high quality of service, the professionalism, and the willingness to go above and beyond. Many thanks to the team at Brakes Plus in Anna for going above what was required.

Came in this morning for a tire rotation and Ronnie was absolutely OUTSTANDING his customer service was just impeccable! I spoke with him a few days ago as well when I called and he was very attentive and getting all the information he needed to get my car done correctly! I will definitely continue to come here just because of Ronnie!

Ronnie at brakes plus was great in the office and very upfront about pricing. They were efficient and got me back on the road quickly! Matthew is the one who did my alignment and was very tedious as to making sure it was dead on. I will definitely return for future alignments.

This company is just well ran to begin with. However employees make an even bigger difference when it comes to one on one care and customer service. Ronnie is that employee. He is very personable and a pleasure to work with. He is a asset to Brakes Plus. I always receive top care, great prices and quality work from this shop.

Ronnie and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful. They provided clear and detailed explanation of issues I had with my car and how to fix it. I really appreciated how Ronnie and everyone else didn't try to pressure me and make sales but instead focused on taking care of me and keeping me safe.

This was my first time visiting this location and I had an amazing experience! Shane Taylor, Ronnie, and the rest of the team helped me and took me through everything that needed to be done. Amazing experience at this Location. Jake was helpful and also gave me a great rundown and explanation of everything before my repairs were OK d as well as give me a list of future repairs/maintenance items that I should be expecting. The team of auto techs did great work.

Was in desperate need of brakes. Ronnie Stoner, not only saw to it that I received the services I was needing. He went above and beyond. I knew my muffler was needing work and had started rattling last week. Ronnie took me out while my truck was on the lift and pointed out the giant crack in my muffler, hence the rattling. They recommended a local muffler shop. The service was rather quick considering all the work it needed. Could not have asked for a better experience or customer service.Service: Brakes

I normally don t write reviews but I gotta say Ronnie from Brakes Plus is truly amazing. I m not working right now and my car has been down for a while because I didn t have money to pay to figure out what was wrong. I bring it to brakes plus in Anna and they went above and beyond to make sure I leave here in a safe vehicle since I had no brake fluid and couldn t afford it at the moment. Thank you Ronnie for the tremendous help.

Came in for a wheel alignment. I've used Brakes Plus before, but this was my first visit to this location. Shout out to Ronnie Stoner. Ronnie was very friendly and helpful. He also kept me informed on the progress and timeline for the work to be done. The shop itself was very clean. Prices are posted and explained prior to work being done. I would definitely use this shop again.

I took my sisters car here for an alignment. It was a pleasure to visit a business that didn't try to price gouge me on an alignment. Daniel was professional, timely, and detailed in the explanation of the alignment process. I also brought my own car back for them to check the brake pads. Daniel and his team were honest and didn't sell me into getting something I didn't need right now (I will need it, but have a little time before it is in dire need to be done). I don't live in Anna, but will drive back to this location for the honest customer service.

Great place with great people. Ronnie was very pleasant and great to deal with. Very helpful and honest. Had my brakes checked and told me brakes were fine and could go a few months longer. Would definitely recommend Brakes Plus in Anna, Texas.

I typically don t trust anyone with my truck much less companies with several locations. I like going to the guy around the corner I know I can trust and feel like most of these multi location places don t offer that. Just Brakes in Anna is different. I was in a pinch and didn t have time to do my own brakes on my truck like I usually do. I begrudgingly took my truck into Just Brakes expecting to get upsold and ripped off. My experience was the exact opposite. I m very familiar with the pricing for different services to my diesel truck and was blown away by how fair the pricing was. Shane and Ronnie both went above and beyond to win my business. Since then I ve had my truck in for several standard maintenance tasks and these guys always deliver. I can t speak for other locations but at Just Brakes in Anna you ll get hometown service that you may not expect from a multi location company. I m more than pleased and will make them my first stop when my vehicles need it. Thanks Shane and Ronnie!

Ronnie is the best, great on the phone and in person. Facility was/is immaculate. No wait at 8:00 am. Save yourself a few dollars on your auto needs. Most definitely a customer of Ronnie s and Brakes Plus for life.
